Posted 3 years agoHey, so this is just an update on stuff that's happened recently, to those that want to know. I've officially left twitter, though I've stated it would just be a break, I likely won't come back. Locked my account and everything, so if I do return it'll stay locked and I won't be posting art there anymore. At that point it would just be a retweeting artwork blog and that's it.
The main reason why I left was simple, too many zoophiles. Way too many. And before anyone says "but the art you draw is-" no. Big difference between having a fantasy tied with furry culture and wanting to bang fido or any real animal.
The final straw was seeing someone who was a minor and a zoo follow and like my art. At that point I'd just had enough of the site, it already was a shit hole hell site to begin with, and I was tired of having to block the endless hoard of fucked up individuals that ignored the DNI in my bio. Nothing but negativity there as well, especially after Elon Musk bought twitter. I definitely don't regret leaving as I'm in a much better mindset after leaving. Furaffinity has always been my main platform anyway, despite this place having it's problems recently.
Art will always be posted here, as well as commission openings. But I also have a telegram channel I encourage folks to join as well! Got a little community growing there after I signal boosted it from twitter.
