I will be gone for nearly a week. I'm forced to return home as someone close to me is in the hospital. If my mood seems a bit worse than usual, that's why. I don't have a laptop and only have my old 2nd gen ipad pro.

So yeah, guess I won't be attending MFF this year. I usually liked going to it, treating it as my lil vacation time. Instead I'm just going to just keep working.

Honestly not even sure if I'll relax as I got a lot of plans to take care of that require funds. It would be nice to relax and play games but this dragon wishes to travel to MFF and take care of some things. Who knows though, either way, will continue working on stuff where I can while dealing with my recent anxiety/depression spikes. Don't worry, i'll take rests when I can.

As much as I might worry about funds... I think I really, really should take a break. Depression and Anxiety levels apparently have been extremely high and might explain some of the older tweets (and posts?)... 😰

My birthday's coming up next month, woo. Will probably take a break when that time comes but til then I still work. As usual, I've been mostly updating over on Twitter and neglecting to do so elsewhere, so if you suddenly see a bundle of uploads, that's why, just me attempting to correct my lazy posting.

Bunch of stuff's happened from art blocks to covid itself. I keep twitter more updated cause laziness perhaps. rough sketches seems to be fine yet inking's my slow bit right now.

I know i dont update my fa journal much, as i tend to mention updates n happenings over on twitter instead. Recently have been having a weird art block where inking's halting me badly yet I've been approaching that in different ways to try to get back to the groove. Well today I'm going to be getting my second vaccine shot so expect slowdowns as I deal with the after-shot aching which I'm expecting. Will still keep sketching n stuff though, just expect a lil slowness.

Well I figured I'd say this as a heads up. As usual will probably attempt to take some time off during that time to relax as my personal bday holiday/vacation thing. Not gonna leave or anything, just attempt not to work. Might even make a big batch of curry or something to be lazy for that day or something.

So I decided to restrict myself to 5 hours of drawing a day, save for 1-2 days a week to make it a more job-like situation and not burn myself out completely. I'd add more hours but due to speed, I end up doing twice the work and burn energy faster that way if that makes sense. Hopefully this means I'll be more consistent with pic completion and actually play games and relax.

Aside from that, I'm saving up for Anthrocon as well as other things, like new glasses. Who knows, maybe I might do badges for it or something.

So unfortunately it seems our roommates and I got sick again, with me being one of the later people. Energy levels so low that I keep falling asleep, minor aches, and the random dry coughing despite staying hydrated. On the bright side, I can still sketch.

Had been in a bit of an art block or burnout, either way, had just gotten back to the groove of things when i was hit with a cold. Still not fully recovered from it as of this message, but attempting to draw regardless. Will be fine in a day or two afterwards. Also I'll try to update my FA more often. Going to keep at my drawings, even if it's in tidbits.

Been a bit sluggish due to random temperature changes. I'm still working of course, even after my cold. Hope you guys stay hydrated and keep at it as well!

So yeah, just attempting to gather funds for a replacement graphics card as the one i have has been with me for a very good while. Kind of wanting to prevent another artefacting card. Don't worry, I'm still working on dues, just throwing in some growth comic pages whenever the goal stretches get reached, whenever that may be.
