So how about that downtime?
Posted 4 months agoLeave it to FA to bork uploads for a week straight after routine maintenance. Just when I was gonna have something ready to upload soonish too.
So here we are.
Posted 5 months agoRound about... two-three months since my first post here, and quite a while longer brewing things in private. And two dozen followers so far, not bad. A while to go yet, but not bad.
I do have more characters around than Tracy, and you may have noticed new folders in the gallery that have yet to be populated with anything. These are other PCs I've played in the past or have prepared waiting in the wings for their time in a game. I'll get around to drawing/getting art for them eventually as I do have a sketch challenge planned for the future when time opens up. Naturally most everything is set in Avorada. What is Avorada you might be asking? Put simply it's a Pathfinder setting with vore added. It isn't constructed entirely around vore in order to avoid porn logic and a sense of every worldbuilding decision being an excuse for indulging the fetish. The goal is a rich setting to facilitate a wide range of potential tales and adventures that can stand on its own without the fetishistic garnish entangling itself with vital cogs of the setting, perhaps even playable without the vore (if you like). I have... rather a lot written out for it that hasn't been seen by anyone outside my playgroup yet that may come to light in time. Down the road the goal is publishing it, including feats and systems to make vore happen mechanically at the table (based on the foundation of preexisting VSRD content from Eka's with some tweaks and many additions), a festoon of furry races, some custom items, and even homebrewed monsters fitting in with the presented setting. One of said monsters has already made an appearance in a certain story I've written.
(This is a longways down the road for now, I'm running my own game and playing in a couple others while building up the setting as we go, as of time of writing I'm confident in stating I have well over two hundred or even three hundred pages written on various subjects. I've been at this in earnest for going on two years.)
If it does see publishing it likely won't be through the same avenues as the Gorge World project I've seen floating around, it seems a bit too much for Drivethru RPG, but we'll cross that bridge as we arrive there. In the meantime more art and stories will be on the way. Do stick around won't you?
