developing my style
General | Posted 11 years agook, so if you've seen my art you might have noticed how inconsistent my art style is (Or maybe you may not have, that's ok too. My best friend apparently can't see how my style differs from piece to piece). So, basically starting now im going to be focusing on maintaining a consistent style when i draw.
I might be uploading bunches of sketch dumps or drawing my OCs or other things that i can practice with. Until i get the hang of drawing in the way that looks good and makes me comfortable, then I'll be doodling and sketching, and trying new things in order to figure out how to draw in the best way i can.
I want to have a more recognizable art style. I feel like every artist needs to have their own unique style. That's what's so cool about art! Its your own aesthetic, your own thoughts and ideas laid out in a way that no one has ever done before. And no matter what anyone's style is, it is always cool! So im going to try to have the style that suits me best.Flight Rising registration open!!!!

General | Posted 11 years agoI applied for a job a while ago at my local farm/amusement park. Farmusment park. Anyway, i just got a call back from them today, and they want me to work as a pony handler! I'm so excited!!! Even though i know i'll probably be cleaning up horse poo the whole time, at least im being payed for it!
This is gonna be my first real job ever. I've never really been paid for anything else but pet-sitting before.
I just can't believe i'll be making money soon!!! Real money!!!! I love money!!! I can buy stuff with money!!!

General | Posted 11 years agoUgh, ok, i'm gonna start off by saying that i know i know, a million times, i know. I havent drawn a thing in weeks. And its inexcusable.
I just haven't been feeling so creative lately, every once in a while i go through this phase where i don't feel like drawing for almost a month, and then i suddenly dive back into art again and pick up right where i left off. But these huge week long pauses without drawing a single thing are just not healthy for me. its like im starving my artistic spirit, and thats just no good.
So i'm really gonna try to make some art soon. Don't worry, this sort of thing just happens to me once in a while. I'll be back on my feet in no time, and you can all see my disgusting art and silently judge me as soon as i get over this thing.
I wanna thank all of you for sticking around with me through this, and watching me even when i draw complete crap. It really means a lot to me that you guys look at my art.
I'm gonna do my best to grow as an artist, and make fantastic art that hopefully all of you guys will like.I really do want to become a great artist. And i wont ever give up drawing, you can count on that!

Overgrowth is really fun basically. its a game where your a bunny and you kick other bunnies in the face.

Computer problems

General | Posted 11 years agoim not sure why i keep sharing online movie links. i think its partially for my own benefit, so that i can remember where to watch free movies, but i also like sharing movies with other people, who normally might not ever hear about them. idk. i like movies.

Leafie a Hen in the Wild is a very sad movie with some ducks and birds.
Seriously though, its very engaging and despite the occasional poop humor it has some very adult themes and the art is just fantastic.
its korean w/ english subs, so if you REALLY hate reading and you dont speak korean, im very sorry.

I really like the animation, and how the animals are drawn more realistically instead of just being circles with eyes like i see in other shows with animals.
Grizzly is my favorite character so far. he's basically your average tough guy with a heart of gold.
Panda is pretty cute, i used to be kinda annoyed by him but i think he's cute now.
i love this show so much, it makes me think about how it would be to live in a town full of talking animals. like animal crossing, but without the being indebted to a tanuki

General | Posted 11 years agoSince i finally finished watching the dumb childrens TV show about a wolf and a goat who become best friends, I've decided to celebrate with a week of fan art. Not just of the show, but from the movie as well (who knows i might even work on some Ringing Bell of Chirin art also).

General | Posted 12 years agonot a lot of art happening lately, and im sorry about that. I've actually been spending a few days working on designing my fursuit. Its probably gonna be pretty expensive for me to make it, so commisions are much apreciated.
anyway, i'm working on some art pieces right now, so hopefully i can share them with you all soon. I'm moving away from pokemon, and im gonna start trying to draw fantasy creatures. so stay posted, and i'll be more active very soon.
