Medical Bill Commissions - Open

Updating from my previous journal for those keeping up with my messed up health issues. The Endoscopy went fine and other than some pretty bad damage to my esophagus I'm good.
Problem is that wasn't my issue.
I am finally home, and mostly functioning, after being hospitalized on Dec 27th and undergoing two surgeries. I no longer have a gallbladder and will require a 3rd procedure to remove a stent put in during my first surgery but should hopefully be on my way to being healthy now. From what the surgeons saw this has been my issue all along (they could see the damage it was doing to my liver as well) and with everything removed I should be alright.
This is still going to leave me with some substantial medical bills after a week in the hospital and the 3 surgeries. While my insurance will cover some it is going to put a major strain on my finances to have to pay for all of this.
I will still be offering commissions and that info is below and my roommate also started a donation fund as well. Help either way is appreciated and I will get working on owed art as soon as I can comfortably sit at my computer.

General | Posted 10 years agoBy purchasing an adoptable from me, either character design or closed species, you are agreeing to the below terms. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. ToS can be changed at any time with or without notice.
Payment
[*]I accept $USD via Paypal or points. Some sales may be paypal or point only. Please make sure you read the instructions.
[*]Payment must be received within 3 days of the confirmation of your ownership.
[*]Once it is confirmed the character is yours I will note you with my paypal. Once payment is received you will be sent the original .png of the image.
[*]Refunds will only be made on customs, minus the paypal fee. You must request a refund within 48 hours after the final design note has been read. Otherwise I will assume you are satisfied.
[*]If you are purchasing a character for someone else you must give me the deviantart name of the owner. I will include both the purchaser and the owner on the Note with the final .png image.
Copyright & Usage
When you buy a design, you are buying partial rights to the design only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to distribution, reproduction or the usage of the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
[*]Once purchased the character becomes yours. You can give it a name or make minor alterations to the design. Any large alteration to the design is however not allowed. If you have any questions regarding these alterations, you may contact me about it.
[*]I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property of the character. I will not resell or reuse a design that's already been sold or given away. Lines may be reused, the only except to this will be any that are non-base or unique lined.
[*]You may repost the image elsewhere as long as it belongs to you and I am credited as the artist and owner of the species.
[*]You may not claim the work to be your own.
[*]I reserve the right to modify and/or resell any designs that are refunded.
[*]I reserve the right to reject any custom designs without explination.
[*] Fizzies may not be co-owned. Other adopts may be, please make sure you check the species/adopt information. If in doubt just ask.
Re-selling and Trading
[*]You may trade or sell the character but please let me know ownership has changed.
[*]You may resell a design but you may not not sell for more than you bought it for. If your character was obtained for free (contest, MYO, etc) you may not resell the design, only trade it.
[*]Make sure the new owner has a link back here so they know the rules as well.
[*]Please make sure if you are purchasing or trading for a character that you confirm the seller/trader does in face owner the character. If you suspect someone is selling characters they do not own please let me know.
