Yes after literally YEARS the comic is coming back!

Real life events have come fast and furious the last couple years, plus a crippling art-block, but things seem to have stabilized and the itch to make swamp adventures has returned! Those of you who've seen recent streams already have some spoilers but those of you who have been eager to see my comic continue will be happy VERY soon. Without spoiling too much you can expect wrestling frog girls, angry crayfish and BIG hungry alligators! Maybe not in that order.

I'm also planning to re-open commissions! Though i will probably limit the comic commissions to just a few like i did before, but i will let you know once i feel ready to tackle commission projects. Right now i want to stay ahead of my comic posting.

Thanks to those of you who have stuck around through this dry patch of mine - i promise to make up for it this year!

Happy death-to-last-year!

So it's finally a new year and my resolution, first and foremost, is BEGIN NEXT CHAPTER. So after a rather tumultuous year and living day to day job-wise it seems my current job career is be returning to some semblance of stability. This means im feeling more inclined to draw and create some fun stories and characters on the side again. This means we will be returning to the Stalklands where we last left our frantic frog boy waiting for Nestor's dinner service. Hopefully will have pages coming soon but i will probably be posting some character art ive been working on to get warmed back up into Swamplanders mode. (Possibly starting with a certain fat frog and his sock puppet returning soon!)

As for Commissions; i have had some folks ask and i am planning to reopen - possibly soon - but it might be same as before with less slots and limits on comic commissions. We'll see how things go and how i manage my time. Be sure to check the commission tab on my front page as ive been adjusting and editing it accordingly so my prices are more accessible.

Then i realized my birthday is coming - good god. I feel like ive aged 5 years since last January. Normally i take some time off for it but HA - not this year. So hopefully i can get back into the swing of things again - i hate leaving things on a cliffhanger.

Hopefully brighter year awaits us all!

First off, thanks for all the birthday wishes and gift arts. It was all wonderful!

Secondly, my commissions will remain closed for a little while. I may re-open closer to Spring but we'll see how things go. If i do comics will be back on the table this time!

And lastly, MY comic will begin again soon! Already sketching out ideas and refining some designs and ideas for later on. I'll also be posting a comic soon featuring a couple of old buddies from the past i havent drawn in a while! :D

First off, thanks for all the birthday wishes today!

Secondly the chapter is coming along - maybe slower than normal but hopefully i can pick things up. I may be adding a new character to the mix too! Some of you have seen, but most havent. (Hint: may or may not be a SNEK)

Hello all! I'm not sure how many of you are still left at this point (Judging from the ocean of new watchers ive gotten some of you lost your emails) but i wanted to officially close commissions for now. This isn't so much because of the site crash but more about time and the fact i want the next chapter to start soon.

I've really been debating whether i should focus my art elsewhere after the last attack - this was a rough one. It also seems a lot of cool artists have packed up and gone once again. I feel more and more the party here is starting to clear out. But i'll see how things go for the next month or so. I will definitely get to all the commissions!

Another chapter has come and gone for my silly comic. Oddly enough this last page marks my 50th page overall for this entire comic. I was never sure if i would make it this far so it feels good to hit this milestone. So with that said i'll be taking a break before starting the next chapter. I want time to work on other things as well as plan out the next chapter as much as possible. I'm also planning to re-open commissions to anyone who might be interested!

But i actually was sort of curious about this. When i first came up with him for this comic he was going to just be an easy starting point for Hooper to set out on his adventure. A dream figure that convinces him to go out and do great things. I honestly had no intention of bringing him back for much of anything beyond that. But people seemed to REALLY like this guy and wanted to know more about him, and when he would be returning. So over the last few months i've actually been plotting his return, i even made big changes to the story in order to accommodate him. These latest pages you're seeing with Fats now are a part of that. Just wait til you see where his backstory goes! ;)

Anyways - let me know why you guys love this blob so much! I'm curious :D

-Anyways, just a heads up that my main comic might be taking a short break while i work on a project for the king jester himself, Kaz!
His guest comic month is coming up fast as his latest chapter ends so i've decided to throw my hat into the arena. I'm planning a far bigger comic than last years so wish me luck with it.

-Secondly; i'm NOT moving to Weasyl. At least not yet. I don't have anything against it i just really don't like managing multiple accounts. Just ask my poor watchers on DA.

-Next week i will be on the road for a couple of days (weather provided) so that might also impede any updates.

-Next Thursday is my birfday

So basically i'm saying that my next comic page might take an extra week or two.

Got my brand spanking new comic underway, and you know what that means! I don't either. Nothing good i'm sure. One thing is that i will be closing commissions up (Not that anyone would notice) and i will be posting a new page every week or so until i get sick of it or someone begs me to stop.

Believe it or not i do have a story line in my head and some story arcs planned. So i won't just be making it up as i go (At least not all of it.) Hopefully some of the new character designs and rewrites i've been doing these past few months will begin to make more sense once you see these characters show up in the story. Might have some new ones popping up to, who knows.

I'm just curious to know how many of you might be interested to see me try to make a continuing comic featuring my characters. I have a story line that's kind of jumbled in my head, or at least some shorter stories that could broaden into something much larger. I'm curious as to which characters you'd like to see me utilize and if you think even more characters is a good idea right now. I have more developmental pictures underway as i try to solidify each character's appearance and backstory so you guys will have more to chew on.

I would just like to hear some thoughts on the subject. Any advice is appreciated.
