Posted 11 years agoI just downloaded Final Fantasy VII last night and started playing. Had to tear myself away from it after nearly 3 straight hours of playtime. I miss that game so much.

Posted 12 years agoHad my mate move in with me a couple months back, finally able to live together and be with each other on a more permanent basis. That is, until my room mates get tired of having me around and come up with a way to get rid of me.
Was accused of stuff by them........accused with no proof and no way to dispute their accusations. It was admitted to my mate after I was kicked out that one of them had been sour with me since FCN because of a breakdown I had. That there tells me that they no longer wanted me at their house, and instead of manning up and confronting me, letting me know that there was a problem, they take the cowards way out and frame me for something that I swear I had nothing to do with.
Now, my mate sits at that house, wondering what he is still doing there. They started becoming distant with both of us a couple months back, and now he is there with no one to talk to, no one to give a damn about him, just like I felt while living there before my mate moved in.
I despise having my name slandered and people accusing me of things with no kind of substantial proof one way or another. I hate that my mate and I are separate from each other once again, and I hate that there isn't a damn thing I can do about it.
Sorry for the rant, just on the verge of another breakdown and needed a place to vent.

FCN
Posted 12 years agoWe made it to FCN around 7 EST this morning. Was able to hang out at the con hotel till the overflow hotel opened rooms for the weekend. Got to mingle and meet many new furs, along with a few I had been looking for. Been up for 32 hours now, and tomorrow is sure to be a great day. Will try to get some rest, but a little drama caused me to become stressed and not as sleepy as I should be. Will try to update again later.

Late Valentine's Day Thoughts (Lovey Dovey Warning)
Posted 12 years agoI never really considered myself much of a romantic, not really at least. I had dated in the past, quick flings and some that I thought to be serious. But never did I truly get into all the emotions of being with a true life partner, that is till I met the center of my universe 21 months ago.
I have found one that loves me for who I am, even knowing of all my faults and shortcoming, of which there is no shortage. He has been there through the really tough times, through the mundane, and the happy moments that I cherish.
Neither of us are perfect, we have our differences, our spats, our moments we argue. But after it is all said and done, we can forgive each other and talk through our problems.
To my dearest mate StarGate05, I want to tell you that I love you, unconditionally, with all my heart. Posted 13 years agoWell, it seems that we will be unable to make it to Fangcon this year. Our friend got his schedule today and found out that he was unable to get the time off for it. So instead, we are just going to go hang out with our good friends xanderfoxfire and swiftcheetah_01 There will be other conventions, but I will never get the privilege of meeting any other furs as awesome as those two. Posted 13 years agoAfter a long drawn out discussion with all concerned parties, we have all decided that this was the best step to take. We are still going to be friends, and my mate and I are still going to be together and go on with our lives. I still feel shitty that I had to do what I did, but perhaps it was for the best. We can all go on and live our lives, and if someday in the future, we are able to meet and become more than friends, great.

Posted 13 years agoIt seems that I find the thickest minefields possible, and lead those that I love and care about through them without consideration of their feelings or safety.
I had a great friend, who my mate and I enjoyed chatting with online greatly. He was really sweet, and had an exceptionally large heart. He was also lonely, and desired to be shown affection. I unwittingly mislead him into thinking that a Long Distance three way mateship was the answer to all his woes, and worries. I continued to play along with it, even though I never had any desire to do anymore long distance relationships. Until.....
Things started changing. He started to become involved deeply in my relationship with my RL mate. Wanting to be included in decisions about our relationship. Which is when I finally had to say STOP.
I ended it. I shut it down before it went any further. I was the jackass that couldn't live with what was happening. I hurt my good friend, and in the process hurt my mate, and for that in itself, I deserve to be alone.

Anniversary......little late but better than never.
Posted 14 years agoToday is the anniversary of the news release about the wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald. The ship sunk in Lake Superior on November 10th, 1975. My uncle had an old Navy pal on that ship the day it went down, and so I remember every year, and try to remind everyone that I can.
