I shouldn't Complain...
Posted 13 years agoEven though I lost my memory stick, I shouldn't complain.
I am able to retrieve all the data that I lost to make the CD, All of it.
All of the data already used to make my current mixes was backed up on my laptop just in case, but it has limited memory as its only a Notebook one, so It only has a few gig memory. It was enough to back up my current work.
as for all the notes, Sheet notes, Pictures of music sheets, Midi's, college notes I had from when I went to college, and stuff that I used to make music and synthesis, That's all lost.
Thankfully I was able to retrieve the Midi's for the Touhou tracks that I had, and all at once! So that solves the minor issue, I still remember the site I got the Midi's for the pokemon and sonic tracks too, hopefully they wont be too hard to retrieve, I just have to remember which ones I downloaded were...
As for all the sentimental stuff, like my music (14 GB worth of it...) and my pictures I've taken with my friends and stuff over the course of 4 years, and pictures I had saved, and Pictures I've drawn, and Pictures I've had drawn for me, along with 2 years worth of work from college, That's all gone....
The music and pictures hits me harder then anything, Music Is a large part of my life and I link memories to songs, I can remember how I was feeling another point in time if I listen to a certain song.
And the pictures, Those weren't just pictures, they were memories, they were happy times and stuff, places I've been to.... I suffer minor memory loss and gradually forget things over a short space of time, so I won't be able to remember them, the pictures are all I had really.... and that hurts...
the Drawings too, man those were things people did for me as gifts! and there were also drawings I did from up to 5 years ago man... They mean something too...
It was my own fault I lost my memory stick; In my rush to leave the uni to catch up with people I must have left it thinking I put it in my pocket....
*sigh* Oh well, back to work I guess....
Time to build up an entirely new stack of songs, photos, pictures, and most importantly;Memories.
I shouldn't complain, Shit happens, right? and we all have to live with it when it does.

Posted 13 years agoIm thinking of making a Demo album with some / most of hte mixes I have made.
Obviously most of the tracks will be Touhou tracks, and of course I will obviously tweak and remaster all of the things I plan to put on there. I may even include some bonus tracks that havent been uploaded here!
The album, when finished, will be free to download online, Im sure of that.
I will need a few things to make this happen though;
- Album Art
- Album Notes
- An artist I can work close with to creat said Album art.
I am willing to listen to anyone you can suggest. Really. But please bear in mind that I am REALLY strapped for cash (Who isn't?...) so I cant blow a whole lot... If I do have to pay quite a bit then this will have to wait untill I can gather sufficient funds together.
Credits will be written in the Album notes, Including credits to ZUN, and credits to the artist. The notes may also contain art of some of the characters involved in the tracks.
If there is anything that anyone wishes to donate to this album or the creation of it, anything at all, then they will also be listed in the credits as those who helped the album come to fruition.

An update on the world of Guystar
Posted 13 years agoI still have no internet! Stupid virgin media being robbing bastards....
so i am writing this on my phone.... Dx
okay. Let me first thank all those who have recently watched me. Shall we dance? :D
i will take time to thank you personally when i have an something i can use the internet on, you're my first priority.
secondly, I GOT THE AXOLOTL! His name is Wooper. :3
he is all cute and adorable and shit! :O
he got into a fight with the others in the tank before i bought him and they bit off a leg... D: but its growing back remarkably quickly, after 3 days he has the stump of a leg back, digits should soon follow after. :3 they are renowned for their regeneration abilities!
I got my tongue pierced Monday.... This makes it my 18 piercing altogether. (I had taken my clavical piercing out however.)
Oh the metal detector is going to love me so much <3 and so will the MRI machine... D:
my tongue is throbbing like Hell but its getting better.... I think... X3
lastly, a lot of shit is going down with me lately, but ill take it on in my usual stride, but i sorta lost it after being called sick; Im sorry but only a saint has the right to call me that. That is a LOW blow! Besides after some of the things i have heard this person has done/ said, i felt they were definitely in no position to call me sick.... The old phrase "hark at the pot calling the kettle black" comes to mind.... But no more on that. Its not my biggest concern and i have friends who will help and support me. Bless their hearts...
Even though without internet my computer is practically useless, i can still use it to make music. So in my time off I will probably make some new mixes! :D
Hehe hopefully when i get my internet back i will have some new mixes for you!!
And finally... IVE FINISHED COLLEGE! :D two years of studying music tech has paid off... Now i must find a job though. :| fun times.... X3

Posted 13 years agoMy internet has been cut by my service provider because they have charged us a ridiculous amount unfairly and they have basically conned us. so because we refuse to pay up for their mistake they have cut my internet off completely...
So I won't be on Skype for quite a while unfortunately. :(

Posted 13 years agoThat's it. Fuck it. I'm sick to fucking-death of these panic attacks! I want to move away from Stourbridge, somewhere where no one will ever fucking recognise me again. Seriously!
I'm tired of it, I hate it here, I hate the people here, and I hate the memories I have here!
The sooner I can leave the sooner I can leave my life behind, and the sooner I can rid myself of every fucking panic attack caused by people who have done nothing but cause me trouble, harassed me, and just make my life a complete hell.
People only have to call my name and I will look without hesitation, the instant I do not recognise them, panic sets in. The instant I hear someone shout my name in a gruff voice, I start to hyper ventilate. The moment I see a chavy figure or a group of people, I blindly panic and run home or to the nearest fucking convenience store!
IM SICK of living a life of fear, and Im tired of people instilling that fear and taking pleasure from it. It's wrong, it's not right, its immoral, I Should not have to live like this! NO ONE SHOULD!!

I have an account on there that I use to watch some of you draw, which I always find entertaining and I am always learning new techniques, so thank you all <3
but I thought, maybe, I could do it too?
I'm not that good an artist yet so don't expect me to live stream a colour or a sketch, but what I might do is live stream myself re-instrumentalising a track or remixing a track.... but I don't know.
Heck I may even Master the track if I have the time, the patience, and I'm not completely sick of listening to music by that point!!
What do you guys think about this Idea?
