Considering how much there is still left to do in Guyus's Olympic Special, I doubt my team and I can finish it before the end of Paris Olympic Games without suspending our other projects entirely. So we may have to cancel it again. Guess it's no use to even consider any Olympic Specials until we've made our first CGified Guyus shortfilms.

Is it gonna take long before FA enables the video uploading?

Newgrounds, ArmorGames and some other Flash sites are sponsoring Ruffle, the Flashplayer emulator. It can basically run .SWFs (whether interactive or not) without additional plug ins. It's made with Rust programming language.

I highly recommend FA to utilize it. Or at least consider it. A certain user in DA just shared me some examples that use Ruffle:

Adobe is threatning to close down Flash in Dec 2020, and there are no alternatives exist! Thankfully someone opened a petition to prevent Adobe from closing Flash, which I recommend to sign!

Other option is if FA could come up with the way to get SWFs play in FA without Flash (or with other extension that can play SWFs), or make uploading of all types of video files possible.

One thing's been bothering me lately considering the (exaggerated) gender control in JWs, as in keeping all dinosaurs female. The only point it has is preventing dinos reproducing in case they escape. It does have a downside though: Running out of each species. Personally, I think it's better to control their reproducing instead of making all the same gender.

In Jurassic Park trilogy however, there ARE both genders of each species. The biggest evidences are difference between male and female raptors in at least last two JWs - particularly in JP3 - and raptors' nest and eggs.

Then there's Jurassic World games, that seem to let you decide - or at least imagine - what gender each dino is, except raptor squad from the movie.

And judging how humanity and animals already come along with each other, I don't see why that wouldn't be the case with dinosaurs as well - if I-Rex and Indoraptor don't count.

Personally, I was also pretty certain that at least Charlie was male judging by the name and goofy personality.

Howdy! Most of you have seen my animated shortfilm Guyus and the playground bully. In case you haven't, you can watch it here:

And I'd like to thank you for the reception I received. But the fun is only beginning. I planned this being a series of multiple shortfilms, and I'm seeking for unpaid assistance in case some of people who helped with Playground Bully aren't available. And this time I'm hoping you to be more enthusiastic.

Here are the roles required:

Plot/synopsis ideas
If you got any plot ideas for the shortfilms, please let me know. But remember, it'll be hit or miss if I accept the suggestion or not, so don't get upset.

Here are some ideas that I hope to be extended and detailed:
- Some winter-episode with Guyus, Terry and Ervin (I'll introduce him soon)
- School-episode where Guyus has conflicts with his teacher

Key animators
I too can do key animating, but with multiple people this too could be easier and faster. This should be easy, as you won't do very smooth movement, and some frames will be left rough. This requires more attention to model sheets and art style than inbetweening, cause inbetweeners can also follow the keyframes. Model sheets and further guidelines will be given to every recruit.

Adobe Flash CS5.5 (or compatible version), Adobe Animate (or compatible), Toonboom or other software that supports .fla and .swf formats.

Inbetweeners
Animation of Playground bully was inbetweened by 14 inbetweeners. In case some of the are unable to reprise, I'm open for more. Model sheets and further guidelines will be given to every recruit.

Clean up and colorists:

I decided to ask you some true or false questions, which's answers could help me with next Guyus shortfilms, particulary the winter themed ones.

1) Dinosaurs are warm-blooded, so all temperatures feel neutral to them

2) Because of being warm-blooded and fully scaley, not even Guyus needs any winter clothing when going out in winter.

3) Warm-blooded lifeforms feel warm when touching them.

4) Since sizeshifting bases on molecules multiplying or diminishing, this could heal the physical injuries like scars, bruises or muscle/bone aches. Unsure if it heals broken bones though.

So what you'll asnwer each question is either true or false. You can also give a specification after your answer.
