I don't know if y'all are still around, but I finally figured out to transfer files from my iPad to my PC without crunching up the files, so there will be a deluge of art being posted! But don't fret I won't post absolutely everything, after all, you'd have to look at a lot of garbage WIPs lol

Anyways, I'm gonna get more active here again! I look forward to posting more often! :>

HACKIE ATTACKIE'S TERMS OF SERVICE
Hello valued customer! It is I, a humble merchant of art. I would like to inform you of some things you need to know before letting me get my paws on your cash! Priscilla has wares if you have coin.


PAYMENT:
I will only be taking payment through PayPal. When you send money, please do not include any information but "Payment for {Username Here}", seeing as PayPal does not endorse the sale of adult art/commission work. I would simply like to avoid the hassle. An invoice will be sent to you once the commission is accepted.

All payment MUST be sent in USD and must be paid upfront!!! The commission will NOT be started until the payment is recieved and cleared.

COMMISSION PROCEDURE:
Commission openings will be offered on a slot basis, and openings will be posted in my journals on FA. Slots WILL NOT be filled on a first come first serve basis. I do not want to be flooded with notes so I have created a Google Form,
here , that you will need to fill out before commissioning me. Please follow this procedure as it will be what am I using unless stated otherwise on the work or journal. Revisions will not be offered on commissions unless stated otherwise. All details will be held through your preferred form of communication, which you will tell me when filling out the form. When I have completed the commission, I will note it to you or e-mail it to you, based on your preference.

CONTENT:
I reserve the right to refuse requested content for any reason. What I will not do is listed in the information below my Will Do image.

REVISIONS:
Revisions will not be offered for any commissioned work unless stated otherwise.

The only exception is if I make the mistake -- such as a forgotten detail, missed marking, colors, etc. In these instances, I will correct my mistake, free of charge!!!

RUSH ORDERS/DEADLINES:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know when you fill out the form! I will need at MINIMUM, 2 weeks to complete it!

PERMISSIONS & PRIVATE ARTWORKS:
I retain all rights to my art. This means I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would likes, as well as use it for my portfolio, prints, books, or any other merchandise I should desire. If you would like me to refrain from posting your image on my galleries or for personal/selling use please state so when filling out the form -- BEFORE PAYMENT! I will understand, but you have to tell me BEFORE anything is started so the happiness of both parties is maintained. Still, if you post this image anywhere for yourself, you still must credit me for the work and link back to my account. Just because I don't post it, doesn't mean that you own the rights to the image!

You are allowed to post your received artwork in your gallery, but once again, I must be credited and linked. You may also use it for personal things, like printing it out for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout. When using on a website or blog, I must be visibly credited. Please do not modify my art in any way without my permission first.

Commercial use of my artwork is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. These rights will NOT be sold with auctions pieces. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it.

I will not give up the rights for any price.

REFUNDS:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, you MUST request it BEFORE I've started on your commission. If I have already started, I will give you a partial refund based on how far I am along. I DO NOT give refunds for pieces once they are complete.

If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission I will refund the payment in FULL. I can issue a refund at any point if I no longer feel comfortable working with a commissioner and I am NOT obligated to explain why.

RE-SELLING:
When re-selling an adopt or character reference sheet, do not sell for more than you purchased. However, if you have additional artwork and references, I implore you to raise the price!

TREATMENT:
Please be kind and respectful with me. I always give the commissioner the respect and politeness they deserve. Treat others how you wish to be treated.
