Terms of Service (For YCH's!)

By ordering a Commission or YCH, you agree with this ToS
- I create digital products that do not need to be delivered by postal services
- I carry out NSFW orders for people over 18 years!
Note : I draw in my color palette and with this in mind the shade of the character may vary slightly. Also because of my eyesight I don't like to draw characters with very bright/acid colors, so please refrain if you were planning to offer such a character.
Copyright : I own the full right over the content I produce. I can publish or add to my portfolio all the pictures I have made, if you want to remain anonymous costumer, let me know. You can publish my artwork and share it with friends, but under no circumstances use it for commercial purposes. During the work, I send a WIP sketch with a base color, at which point you can make corrections. Once the sketch is confirmed, no significant corrections can be made, but I am open for small corrections.
Refund Policy : Do not order a job from me if you are not sure about this, please! Think about it a few times if you need it. I do not refund money after payment and for work already done.
I have a floating deadline and I report it when I publish a YCH. Usually it takes 2 months.
