lifes been hecka a busy and I'm sure its been the same, so yeah what has everyone been up to?
What is your greatest challenge at the moment?
found or have any significant others recently?
anything youd lie to see happen with this group?
anyway I'll be back to updating on a monthly basis and get things going again
and now the worst part about neglecting an account, all of you guiys have successfully submitted 8837 submissios, and 6688 journals, and 56 new watchers since I last logged in XD

I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving, or whatever you happen to celebrate, or at least a good week. -.-' (I'll win somehow)
Wolvie here, throwing out some greetings and asking if anyone has any month of December sales (such as Christmas themed art, or discounted Christmas art, or free Christmas give-aways).
Also, currently trying to get a hold of the other admins, to try and do... SOMETHING REALLY COOL. muahahahaha!
I myself, am trying to send out CHRISTMAS CARDS, with discount codes in them! the discount you get is completely random, and could be anything from "free sketch" to "75% off" to... "10% off" or "5$ off purchase over 30$."
If anyone has anything like the above going on, let me know, and I'll post an ad-board! Ad-board will be updated once a week, so please send a NOTE, not a comment, with your ad/discount/whatever, and I'll put it in an ad-board.
ALSO, what is everyone doing for Christmas? Going skiing/snowboarding? Visiting family? Having family visit? Whats up with you guys, how do YOU spend the holidays? ^^

Halfdragons, is going to do... A SECRET SANTA!!!
The way this works, is... you post that you'd like to participate, and include a reference of your character.
You will be randomly matched (by me, yes I use a randomizer) to draw art of someone elses character!
THESE WILL BE DONE IN "BATCHES" so that people can work on the art! please continue to jump in if you are interested!
So, everyone does a piece, and everyone gets a piece!

Welcome to everyone whos joined recently, theres been so many new members as you guys can see that I havent been able to keep up to date with the member list. so this month when we have time most of the updates will be adding more members to the memberlist

weve noticed that there are a lot of members joining who dont have a distinct half/hybrid/fur dragon character to please check the memberlist and make sure I got your info correct, I've noticed a couple members have multiple characters so please check that I found it for sure. all the details I get from the new member journal or from your page
I've talked with other group leaders and noticed many dont watch back because some people join groups that have nothing to do with them because they want the watch backs to increase theyre popularity. we will not turn anyone away from the halfdragons group, in fact weve made a section for allies of the half dragons. however if your not a half dragon we will not be watching back anymore unless its clear your an earnest group member :).

due to current exam schedule so bear with me dragons.. alright so how will I run these adboards?

I apologize for lack of recent updates, things got a tad stressful this month,
and even though decisions have been made on extra leadership
I didnt want to disappear in case questions arose. the to be assistant Admin
also had some issues so discussing the group was on hold for a bit by the end of
this week things will be completely under control, so by June we shall be running full force :D

anyway I will be attending Califur 7 this year, so out of curiousity what are everyone con plans for the year?
perhaps some of us will be able to meet up for fun, and if you get group pictures together
be sure to note the group so we can post them on the front page. more news about how we'll run the group submissions will be open forum and discussed next month :).

A big thanks to everyone! at this point My biggest concern is to be sure this doesnt become a let down of a group. but Its a group effort on all of our part to see where this will go.
Welcome everyone who has come in, and will know doubt join us after this journal has been made, going through the new member journals I can tell weve got a great group of furs together.
so just a couple notes I wanted to highlight:

---<>--- I have recieved about 3 applications to be officers in the group, we still have a lot of positions open and will most likley assign multiple people to tasks to spread the work, obviously everyone is busy in rl and with your own accounts, but your help and volunteer efforts is what will really move this group forward, and we'll do our best to accomodate for your help.

would you be comfortable identified by species?
or do you prefer to just have a simple list based on the watch backs?
other ideas that you think would be cool to enhance the use of a memberlist?
