How is this gonna work Halfeb?
Well! I will do them in the order they are received (meaning I'm not trying to draw a bajillion at once and can actually dedicate my time to making them look awesome for ya'll so when you post your side I'll git ta work!)
It will be like for like: meaning sketch for sketch/ ink for ink/ sfw for sfw/ nsfw for nsfw. ^_^.

Are there any rules?
Indeedy. Your deadline to finish your image is JAN15th (This will give me time to get all the reply-images done before the February workload hits - in which I may not have much time at all to do arts and you guys enough notice cause I know life be busy ^_^.)

So what can I draw?
Note me yer ideas, Some characters have limitations so I can run by them on a case by case scenario.

Why are you doing this Halfeb, to get more art?
A number of reasons actually;
I LIKE drawing for people (but sometimes don't know what to draw)
Every year I review my art and look at what's improved/what needs to improve and work on it so this will form part of that process.
Last year I did a pic a day for my friends but this year I'd like to open it up to everyone, cause you guys are ALL awesome.

SO...

RULES:
If you want a sketch I'll do things like wings and any sex but they will be WING IT sketches. So, I chose pose and stuff, you can give a suggestion of theme if you like.
I'll do as many as I like till I get tired. If there are lots then don't get upset if I don't get to yours. FIRST IN BEST DRESSED.

So, in my last journal that no one seemed to read I said I would like some volunteers to record themselves saying something. Can be something funny, a bad ass one liner or even something dirty. What I'll do is take that audio and animate your character saying it.

Just comment below or note me, I'll get you to send me the audio and a character ref sheet and I'll take it from there. It's that easy.

ONE LAST THING...
Ive been thinking of getting some audio clips for lip syncing in flash. If anyone wants to volunteer, I'll have their character say it. I like the thought of either funny or dirty things. If you offer a bad pick up line, I'd definitely do it. Just wondering if anyone is interested.

So You know how I was in hospital a while ago? It was an issue with my Chrons disease issue. Well I went for a follow up meeting with the hospital doctor last Monday and she was worried because she thought she found a polyp, which might be cancerous. They were really worried so they had me come in 2 days later for a flexoidscope endoscopy to biopsy the polyp. Monday and Tuesday I was freaking out wondering if I had cancer.

Anyway, they took the biopsys and the doctor came when I was waking up and told me it wasn't a polyp it just looked like a bad ulcer in my system.

So good news, no cancer, bad news, I'll be back for more surgery within a few weeks to deal with fistulas in my system and make them go away. But, hey, no caner so its a win for me.

Okay so, Trump has always had very democratic views. A lot of people were saying this was out of character for him, not to mention he had run as a running mate for a Republican candidates running mate back in the 90's and dropped out due ti the guy being too racist AND he had said back in 1998 that the republican party is ridiculous and he could run for president and say anything and get it.

And then he did run for president... under the Republicans... and did say anything... and DID get in...

AND NOW...

He's come out saying "Actually we're gonna work openly with other countries to work on open trade. and basically all that stuff I said, well... gotcha."

HE JUST TROLLED EVERYONE AND YOU ALL FELL FOR IT.

To me, that's the funniest thing.

Halfeb is in the hospital do to an infection caused by gastroenteritis, he is getting better slowly and is starting to regain the smile on his face but I ask anyone with commissions to please bare with us.

I hope you all enjoy and like my first full animation with SOUND! Took me way too long to make...

So I'm gonna start offering animated icons and short animation commissions. I'm not sure what to ask for so my first few are PWYW till I get an idea of what I should offer.

Come get them while they are cheap!

Might as well have called it Dawn of Justice League. If Zack Snyder would have toned down the Easter eggs and took out the dream sequences and cut out the ending because that was stupid trying to make us think Superman is dead (I did say spoilers, but more on that down there) The movie would have ended half an hour earlier and I ould have been a lot happier. Also, Zack, no need to reprise Batmans origin story, we all know it of by heart by now. Seriously, as any 10 year old how Batman started and they'll tell it to you.

This movie was supremely mediocre. There was just nothing outstanding about it. In the world of superhero movies it was just another superhero movie. All be it with more superheros. Problem I found is it was too much bruce wayne and clark kent, not enough Batman and Superman. And how hamfisted was the excuse they gave that they teamed up? "Omg, my mum and your mum have the same first name. Best friends forever now!" If Superman had just said, "Hey Bruce, Lex Luther kidnapped my mom, can you help me in getting her back?" The whole fight would have been avoided.

The whole success with leading up to a big all in movie is tiny easter eggs. Remember the first Iron Man movie and there were a whole heap of small easter eggs, same with the incredible hulk. Nothing obvious, just hints here and there. BvS just might as well got a megaphone and shouted "JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE IS COMING!!!" Not to mention that ending, don't try and bs me and say Superman is dead. Why string that out? He's superman. He's not going to be dead for long. Might as well have had him fly in at the funeral and be like, "Justice league assemble." and then they all fly off.

Please, don't see this as me hating the movie, it had some good parts too. Everything with Wonder Woman was perfect. I wouldn't change a scene with her in it. And in the beginning I thought Jessie played a fantastic Lex Luther. Young, charismatic, strong willed, methodical, powerful, analytical... it was Lex to the tee. Why he turn into the Joker in the end scene was no other reason than to broadcast Darkseid. Having Mercy in it made me smile wide. I always loved Mercy. Ben Afflec did a brilliant job playing the dark knight and Jeremy Irons and Alfred was delicious. He was always going to have a tough time again Michael Cane in my eyes but he stood up well.

Anyway, that's just my opinion. Rage at me if you wish or don't that's cool too. You're all beautiful people and you've read what I had to say so, go nuts.

First of all, Happy St. Patricks Day and a fine top of the morning to ya! I don't drink so I make a nice Irish meal for St. Patties. Anyway,  ~Yuna~ and I made a Potato, Leek & Bacon Soup today that was just like, off the top of our heads making it up as we go along, it was AMAZING! So, here is the recipe if you would like to make it at home.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 1L of Vegetable stock
- 8 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 Leek, sliced thinly
- 6 Rashers of Bacon, Diced
- 1kg of potatoes, washed, brushed and cut into large cubes
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar

TO COOK:

- Combine all ingredients, except 4 cups of water, into a large pot and set on high heat.

- Once the pot has come to the boil, put down to a low to medium heat, cover and leave for 1 hour.

- Use a potato masher and mash all potatoes until the potato is well mixed into the soup. (You may chose to use a food processor for a smoother soup)

- Leave on a low heat for another 2 hours before adding the rest of the water.

- Wait for a further hour then serve.

FEEDS 4-5 PEOPLE (or 3 if you're all really hungry, possibly 6 if you don't eat much)

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Add salt and pepper to taste. You may also serve with a splash of cream through the soup. (My mum did this and said it was really nice)

And I must say, Chimichungas were brought, my friends. It was everything I was hoping for and more. I was laughing the whole way through... well except at one point, but I wasn't meant to be so that's okay. Still was bucket loads of awesome.
