TERMS OF SERVICE:

† No Refunds, so PLEASE be certain before commissioning!!

† Please Credit me for my art and Designs by tagging me or linking one of my pages (DA/FA/FB/ etc.) (IMPORTANT: If you bought a design from me please be sure to credit me for the design not just the commission!)

† Commissions will be done in the order they are received

† Payment is due right away for Quick Sketches BUT only HALF the payment is required for character sheets or Busts/Midrifts UNTIL AFTER customer has approved of the rough sketch for the commission. Then final payment MUST be made. (If customer does not make final payment, they will only receive the rough sketch)

† After the Rough Sketch has been sent, Custom will have two days (unless discussed otherwise with me) to pay the balance of the commission, otherwise commission sketch will be discarded or re-sketched to another character/adopt. (Keep in mind this means the Customers OC features will be removed from the sketch.)

† Payment plans on any purchase that is $50+ will be accepted.
-With Payment plans pertaining to an adopt, the adopt will be held until payment is complete and will NOT be handed over without full payment.
-With Payment plans pertaining to commissions, The commission will be sketched but if after the fulfillment period, Customer does not pay, the customer will receive the equivalent of the down payment in work. (ex. If customer has paid $25 toward a piece, they will receive a colored quick sketch.)

† When doing payment plans, I will not start the sketching phase until 25% of the amount due is paid, Lining phase will start at 50%, Coloring phase wont be done until Full payment is made.

† I do charge a little more for creating a custom character or an extremely complex character on ANY Commission (added amount depends on the complexity of the character in question)

† Yes, I do do holds, Never be afraid to ask! (Please know I usually wont hold longer than a week)

† If you EVER have questions, feel free to ask!

† Please when commissioning try to send character examples and color palette(s) is possible.

† Reselling a character or piece obtained from me in an art trade (or received for free in anyway) for monetary gain of any kind is NOT Allowed or Tolerated.

† When doing Customs, if finished result ends up not as ordered, you are welcome to request a refund but the design in question will then remain my property and will be subject to being sold as an adopt. (this applies if I have sketched a custom and client backs out or does not like the sketched design)

† You MAY NOT (nor have/ask another artist to) create a Replica/Sibling/Twin/Mimic/ etc. for my designs without discussing it with me. This DOES INCLUDE having the design remade in different colors.

† When creating customs during the sketching stage (and ONLY the sketching stage) you may request up to 3 changes for free, However after the 3rd alteration you will be charged a $3 fee for every change requested. Alterations will not be made after lining has begun unless it is small (ex. change a line, remove a small add on, add or remove a piercing) IF you do request multiple changes after the 3 allowed and opt to pay the fee(s), your commission will be pushed back in the que while alterations are discussed. (This isn't to be mean I promise, it's to be fair to the others in the line, who are waiting)

† Any changes on pieces (Adopts, YCHs, etc.) After the line phase will be a fee to alter in anyway.

† If you ever Resell a custom character/ adoptable/ design/ art from me, please do not sell for more than you paid unless it comes with more art and please make sure new owner credits me. Please also let me know if possible so I can tag them as the new owner. (FAILING TO HEED THIS RULE WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST)

† I will likely post your commission on my sites (DA, FA, and here. IF that isn't ok, please let me know in advance.

† Selling, Buying, Or Gifting to ANYONE on my Blacklist is by NO means allowed.

† Be respectful. When talking to me, don't make any rude comments about my artwork. If fail to do so, You'll be BLACKLISTED.

† My Art is 110% NOT for commercial use!

† Please don't ask for free art.

†Violating ANY of these rules will result in being Blacklisted.
