Just a small notice that I'll be uploading some art of my OC's in the next few days/ weeks. Some will be old, some will be new all of them are mine fully paid for by amazing artists on this site and others.

It's Been Eight (8) Years
Posted 5 years agoDamn, I can't believe it's been that long since I've been on this site, since I've be actively watching some of my fav artist work and dropping $$$ for commissions, sometimes fighting for an open slot, lol!
But in the past few years, a lot has happened, some good some bad. I've lost more family members than I'd ever like to think about, the most recent is my grandmother this past September and my grandfather two years before her. They have hit me the hardest as I grew up living in their house and stayed with them for about 3 years when I moved back to NY for a little while.
But on the positive side, I've earn one degree, I'm in the process of finishing another (Spring 2020). Through my Uni I've gained the most opportunities and am so blessed for them. I've become a writer at my Uni's independently student-run newspaper, become an Editor there and I've earned awards that allow me to say "I'm a multi-award winning journalist in the southeast" some of the work I've written was picked up by The New York Times...so yeah I'm super proud. I've also earned internships at some of the top news orgs in the country and even with the current pandemic, I don't see myself slowing down any time soon!
But all that aside, I'm back and I look forward to reaching out to my favs again =3

Posted 15 years agoWell this is just wounderful, I was going to logon to MSN to chat with some ppl only to find that I somehow logged in my password too many times even though its been a week since I was online at all.
Soo someone tried to hack my account, might have done it too. So if you see me on my regular account that's SOOOO not me.
I'm starting over from scratch so i have no friends, lol, if you still wanna chat sent me your MSN name either here or in a note.

Burned By FTD [Rant]
Posted 15 years agoMy mother's birthday is today and a over two months ago she got a new job that she loves and she told me this year all she wasted was flowers delivered to her office so she can place on her desk. My mom is really into flowers. So I was fine with that. I saved up and a week before her bday i had enough to pay for a gorgeous vase of flowers from FTD. It was a bit expensive but i figured it would put a smile on my mother's face so why not just go for it, cost me about $100.00. Days go by and nothing from FTD other than the email saying they have my order.
Well today my mom left for work and i was happy because i knew she'd get quite a surprise at receiving flowers (I didn't tell her about the flowers). Noon, 1pm, 2, pm, 3pm...not a word from my mother about getting anything. So i call FTD and it turns out they were missing info about the building to deliver the flowers....so why am I now hearing about this? Why do I have to contact them about it? Days between me making the order and the day of delivery and they didn't thing it was importing to call me for the needed info? Even if they called me 8am this morning before the truck went out would have been fine. NOT A DAMN WORD. They have three different ways to contact me yet they didn't use any. WTF is that? Now my flowers wont arrive till tomorrow the day AFTER the event i paid for. I'm so pissed, I'm tempted to cancel the whole thing.

Speeding tickets to be issued in ATL- AJC article!!!!! Be aw
Posted 15 years agoI got this email from a friend of mine last night, its 100% true as Ive seen it on the news!
Starting Aug 1, Georgia will launch a 30 day speeding ticket frenzy. The state estimates that 9 million dollars will be generated in speeding tickets. 1 million will go to pay state troopers' overtime. The rest to help with dwindling budgets. There will be 50 state troopers on duty at all times patrolling the 7 main intersections and highways. They are the following:
I-20 east and west
I-75 north and south
I-85 north and south
I-675 north and south
GA-985 north and south
GA-316 east and west
GA-400 north and south
5 mph above the limit can justify a ticket and every state trooper is supposed to pull a car over and write a ticket every 10 to 20 minutes. They have issued 30 brand new unmarked Dodge Charger Police cruisers and are bringing in all of their part timers on full time. If you work in the Atlanta area, you will probably take one of these highways. It's up to you how fast you are going when they clock you.
WSB and WXIA & CBS confirmed all of this. So be safe and don't forget speeding tickets are on you. Look for city and county governments to adopt similar polices in the near future.

Posted 15 years agoIt seems after this week a lot of the places I visit to read manga are either shutting down completely or doing some lame week long waiting period before they post and there is some openmanga thing too. It smells like Crunchyroll and their paid membership nonsense but I'm hoping wrong about that....this really blows.

Posted 15 years agoOkay this makes three years in a row that I missed FWA. Damn it I hate this! And its not b/c i'm broke but i have class on Sat morning and I do not have a ride over there. Grrr Next year.

God of War Collections (God of War I & II) - 40% (GoW I)
Bayonetta - Late b-day gift from a friend -20%
Final Fantasy XIII - (Ch 4) 10%
God of War III - (Ch2) 5%
This is going to be it for the whole year. I can't really think of anything else i was looking forward to this whole year sooo yup. =>

Posted 15 years agoYup got my copy at 12:10am, got home at 12:25 and I've been playing it ever since, xD
I'm still going to be around but...not very often and when I am online I'll be playing/multi-tasking around the game.
Oh yeah and I got the limited edition of the game guide too.
Oh one more thing....this if the first FF game I have EVER owned/played. Yup. I didn't have a PS One or Two...so yeah. Fun fun!

Food Poisoning Sucks Balls
Posted 15 years agoI caught a bit of this yesterday and to this day I have no idea what exactly it was that caused it...either way I've been sick for about two days. It wasn't very bad, thank god. But I was still tossing my cookies for most of the day, had a fever, and worst of all I could not stop drooling?! More than anything else that got to me the most... -_-

Posted 16 years agoFirst off, Happy New Year! I hope you had a good one, I did, I slept right through it, lol, yay jetlag. Ok now I have an MSN account which i use more often than my AIM or Y! accounts and i have over 100 ppl/contacts on there but i only ever see about 10 of those people, 20 max, ever online. The rest are either always 'seen as offline', artist that never log on or ppl I’ve added so long ago i don’t even recognize their email or s/n anymore. So I’m a at a loss at what to do. I could A) Delete everyone I don’t know, B) Make a new account and add only the ppl i want to talk to or C)Contact everyone i don’t know and get chatting!

Posted 16 years agoOk I'm saving up for this game and it should be the last game I get this year, next year I'm looking at GoW 3 and FFXIII
But back to the topic, the only reacon I want the Collections pack is becasue my (borrowed) copy of GoW 1 no longer plays, it gets stuck on the loading screen and if i'm going to strart feash i might as well get the bluray version for my lovely ps3 and 42inch HiDef TV no?
My only set back...i'm short $20 right now BUT I have till the 17th of Nov to get it >_< I hope.
