i have decided to turn  juxtapose back into a regular art account. that means from now on more humanoid stuff as well as non fetish art will go over there! not sure if i will be deleting the stuff i have uploaded here or just reuploading it over there with more info, stay tuned! but please, it would mean a lot if you watched me there too, as the work that will pop up on that account will be the stuff im generally really fond/proud of.

canceling commissions? and when i say that, i mean that no money has been exchanged, nothing whatsoever. a person came to me for some pinup commissions on tumblr a while ago, and i just havent had an inspiration. i sent them a few thumbnails etc, and we altered what they wanted a few times. but i just havent been able to build up enough steam between work and stress to do them, and so i finally sent them an email telling them that the commission was off, and i would be happy to refer them to some better artists who could actually get the work done in time for them. it was a gift for a friend, which is why i felt so bad waiting. i didnt want to keep them waiting any more, so i pulled the plug. no money was exchanged, just ideas.

if you were that commissioner, how would you feel? and would you do the same thing in my position? i just feel like crap doing t, but i would feel even worse with it sitting on my shoulders and all these months with nothing to show for it.

ive seen people do em, and i was curious, if i did a few (no more than 5) slots of certain fetishes that i normally dont draw ever (because im not personally into them or they just arent comissioned) would anyone have interest in that? i would go in waves, like one bunch might bee transformation, next week might be feet, etc. just to throw around different ideas, and try to expand my knowledge and drawing ability. it would mean people taking a chance on me with new kinks, but i think i have a strong enough artistic mindset to do some pretty good work even if i am not "into" the kink im drawing.

these would be the same general price range as my other work, and im thinking that i will be setting up the slots in this order (tentatively, feel free to suggest other kinks!)

first an explanation

these gifs have been going around, animated by an individual on Tumblr. they have a shit ton of notes and as soon as i saw the first animation gif i immediately felt it was off.

i dont know if its been lifted from something? the style and everything seems to be directly picked up (possibly rotoscoping or something) from a disney film, i am thinking Spirit, Brother Bear, even Bambi. im not sure. i showed it to a few other people and they immediately thought the same thing without me even saying a word, so im not sure if the style is just really familiar or if its a trace.

the style of the first one especially seems really odd, like the bird changes styles halfway through the animation.

here are some more we cant exactly place, though we suspect the first might be something off the character JoAnna in Rescuers, and the second might be Pongo from 101 Dalmations, Chief from Fox and the Hound, or some other dog character.

I AM NOT GOING TO BE GIVING OUT THE NAME OF THE ARTIST because if im wrong and i cant find the timestamps from movies for these im not going to say anything. i just really feel like these might be inspired to the point of a partial trace etc and they havent been crediting anything so if they ARE i just want to make sure proper credit is given, since thats only fair.

basically, the program i use to design embroidery patterns has shit itself (its a hacked version from 2002, im not surprised.) it still works on my gf's computer so i CAN do designs in a pinch, but its incredibly frustrating and time consuming to continuously switch computers in order to do this.

my laptop is probably to blame, this thing is a hellspawn that corrupts everything it touches and i am at the end of my rope.

i am looking for relatively up to date embroidery software. even a better torrent of PE Design Version 7 (or a more recent version) would work. i dont want to pay anything, since embroidery software is upwards of $200-900 which is insane. anyone who can find me something decent will get free art from me.

there are super good programs out there by Husqvarna that would be a wet dream to have, but im not crossing my fingers.

I'm finishing up the art trades that went through before, and I'm looking for a few more folks interested in trading! I would be willing to do a sketch for a sketch, or something similar. Anyone game?

Would anyone have interest? I have a brand spanking new embroidery machine and I feel like embroidered badges would be awesome. I would only be able to do a few on a limited palette (think only up to 4 colors on your badge) but they can be up to 4 x 4 inches and I can include a short name (either within the 4 x 4 space or as a separate piece of embroidery.)

Since a decently complicated patch ties up my machine for upwards of an hour or more, I would start custom embroidered badges at $30. Would there be interest?
