Adoptable ToS - [2018]

When buying an adoptable, you will receive the files that are linked to the adoptable-design.With hatchable egg adoptables, you will receive both the egg and the finished drawing.
Artwork is sent over as a high-resolution PNG-file. If you would like a smaller size or another file-format, please let me know.

PERMISSION & REPOSTING
By commissioning me, you allow me to post the finished work on the social media where I promote my art. Exceptions are possible, but only if discussed beforehand.
Artwork of the adoptable is for PERSONAL USE only (ie. used as an avatar, twitter banner, computer background etc.) and can NOT be distributed for profit.
Commercial usage rights are not included in the price.
Adoptables may be traded.
Adoptables may only be resold for a maximum of the price they were bought at.

WORK PROCESS
When working on a hatchable, you will receive various works in progress to allow for feedback on the adoptable design.
If alterations need to be made, please tell me as soon as you see the need for one when I send over an update.
Minor revisions are included in the price. For major revisions (ex. redoing an entire pose or the layout after a thumbnail sketch was already approved), an extra fee may apply.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment is required before work is started. If the sum of the payment is above $100, I am willing to discuss payment-plans.
Payment is in USD via PayPal, fees are included in the quoted commission price. The equivalent of the price in Points is also accepted.
If you need a full refund for whichever reason, then please request it before I have started your commission. If I have already started, I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am.
Refunds are not given for completed pieces.
If you have any concerns about the image, please voice them before the commission is finished. I always send over WIPs for feedback.
In the event that I, the artist, cancel the commission, for whichever reason there may be, you will get a full refund. This is regardless of the work already done.

Egg-adoptables - Which themes would you like to see next?

As the title says, so input is appreciated.
I'm currently toying around with another dessert-themed batch (Panna cotta! Flan! Cheesecake!) of chibi hatchables.
I'm probably going to try and do one inspired by either demons or semi-precious stones for regular hatchables.
But suggestions are always welcome. c:

Does anyone know how you do that via picarto?
Because I'm kinda scared of having a stream with choppy / garbled sounds instead of music. ; u ;

Seeing as I have an entire summer to draw, I was wondering what kind of adopts you guys would like to see more of.
More hatchables, more human / anthro-designs, or more of my original species? Comment and let me know!

Exactly as the title says: I'm pretty used to pixeling, so how would you guys feel about drawn adoptables in bundle with an icon of the character you're adopting?
Depending on how detailed the drawing is, prices would tentavely be around $15 / $20 for a clean sketch (coloured) and a static pixel icon.
Just throwing this out there. Q u Q

It seems neither the discount-sheet nor the newer adoptables are really sparking an interest and I can only come to one conclusion, which is my art needs work.
But, I do really wish I could get some feedback.
- Are the designs too bland or too weird?
- Should I do more anthros instead of ferals and original species?
- Should I stick to themes instead of just putting out what I feel like drawing today?
I really am trying to save up some money for during the summer, and I know there are a lot of adoptable-makers on this site, but I'd really love some feedback, to be honest. Because it seems the only times I truly get feedback is when I offer stuff for free. D:

I've been thinking of designing some clothes that can be "adopted" for an existing character, instead of just designing new characters every time.
Personally, I think this could be really fun to do, but: what do you guys think?
I was thinking of doing some Lolita-designs, since I adore the style and since it allows me to be creative.
However, I feel like only doing those might get repetitive after a while, what with all the bows and frills and such.
So when it comes to clothing-designs: what would you like to see?
Also, on a side-note: I'm overwhelmed by how many people are participating in the give-away.

Posted 13 years agoDoes Furaffinity suck so much when it comes to uploading and displaying transparent .png-files? Q n Q
All my stuff gets put on an unflattering white or black background and I don't think there's a way to work around it.
