Payoneer is a payment service I'm planning to use as an alternative to Paypal, because Paypal is gradually and now rapidly stopping working in my country. (I'm completely devastated tbh) Paypal doesn't work in Ukraine and Belarus either, so artists from there usually use Payoneer so it's a tried method.
As far as I understand you can pay with any bank card or with a Payoneer acc there, if you don't have an acc there's a quick one-time registration
