Still here!
General | Posted 7 years ago First, this summer was brutal. For two months the temperature rose on most days above 25C, or above 77F. For many people that isn't much, but I'm accustomed to far less. 18C or some 64F is where I go around in a T-shirt. -10C or 14F is where I start using gloves and a jacket. So a lot of the summer I spent in just boxers, sweating profusely all the time. Drawing was literally impossible since the paper got went immediately, and I didn't have the neccessary concentration to write either.
And to make matters worse productivity wise, I relapsed on my Minecraft addiction. But lately things have gotten closet to normal, with me diversifying my activities again and resuming writing and drawing. I should soon finish putting CR chapter 13 together, it is already written, just in need of proofreading and final touches. A short story related to Coneridge is also in a state of near completion, and an entirely unrelated story is getting along well too.
The game project I had been working on back at the beginning of the year is buried though. I both lost interest in it and realized it was too ambitious a game to start with. A much more manageable game is now in early stages, mostly planned but with practically nothing coded, written or drawn for it. I'll see how that goes.

New years resolutions?
General | Posted 8 years ago I didn't really have any set in stone plans for the past year, nor do I have much in the way for this one. But I have seen a lot of people do a resolution journal, so I thought I woulddo one as a sort of status report, if nothing else.
Half a year ago I posted some stuff after a long break, and said it shouldn't take as long for me to post more. That goal pretty much failed. I did post the next chapter of my Coneridge series to Eka's Portal, but realised that it skirts dangerously close to cub porn, despite such having not been my intention while writing it. So I'll just post a place holder for the chapter 11 here, with a link to EP.
As for chapter 12, I've had the bulk of it written for months. But there are few parts of it that I haven't been able polish, nothing I write sounding right. I think I'm just going to publish it as it is if I can't come up with anything soon.
Still, while my problems with chapter 12 have stopped me from uploading, they haven't stopped me from writing ahead. Chapters 13 and 13.5, a short story, as well as chapter 14.5, another short, are essentially ready. Chapter 14 needs some work still, but is already longer than chapter 13 is. I've also started writing chapter 15, though that's just a few paragraphs and some ideas for now.
Other than Coneridge, I have another series underway, the first part of which is basically complete. It's a science fantasy in nature, or perhaps somewhere between that and science fiction. The beginning is certainly far less a fantasy than it is a fiction.
There's also another writing project I started quite recently, and which is highly likely to be the next thing from me you migh read, being one shot and nearly complete already.
Drawing wise it's been quieter. I have an image I drew at the beginning of the summer that I still haven't finished colouring, and another I started about three months ago that is basically ready. Those are computer coloured ones.
Then I have the illustrative images for Coneridge chapters 12 and 13, both ready and waiting for their chapters to be uploaded. Those two have been coloured with pencils. Then there are some sketches, and two images I am quite happy with that are in graphite only.
So there should by all means be plenty of stuff coming out from me at the start of this year. Including, possibly, a demo of a game I have been planning. No promises on that one though.
So hey, happy new year!

Back from the hiatus.
General | Posted 8 years ago So, someone might have noticed that I haven't posted anything in here for almost half a year. This is mostly thanks to my laziness, but also do the the simple fact that I've had less than a fifth of the readers here when compared to Eka's Portal. So while I have uploaded stuff there, I simply didn't go to the trouble of uploading here. Also, I wrote very little during a three month period from february onwards.
But what people here in FA might be more interested in are images. During my writers block, or slump, I took up drawing. It turns out that after twenty years of occasional bouts of practice, something finally took and I managed to draw stuff worth uploading.
I won't post everything here, so if someone wants to see the sketches and stuff I have uploaded, head over to Eka's Portal. I haven't turned on the need to register to see my stuff, so go ahead if you happen to be interested.

Chapter 8 up.
General | Posted 9 years ago I didn't manage it within the week, but 11 days is still close enough. Especially since during the weekend I had no idea how to put all the pieces together. It still isn't the best chapter by far, but I am content with it.
But now I am in a situation I haven't been in at any point during the Coneridge series. Namely, I don't have even a rough draft of the next chapter ready. So I think that the next story or two that I'll upload are going to be short stories, like chapter 2.5 is.
Also, this time I won't even try to promise a time for the next chapter, long or short. More than a week certainly. Probably two or three. Or I might build up a little again, writing a rough draft of several chapters before uploading anything. That would likely mean a month or so.
The fact that I've spent some time trying to improve my drawing skills lately wont speed my writing either. My drawing is done mostly with thumbnails in mind. My current thumbnail images never were the best, and I dislike the idea of using official art without permission, so I'll try to draw my own. Some day. At the current rate of progress, I'll likely manage to draw something suitable by next year.
Also, I know there aren't many people here in FA that read my stories, but I wouldn't mind getting some comments. What do you like in my stories, if anything? Or what do you dislike? No need to be shy!

Holiday Hurry
General | Posted 9 years ago I just uploaded Chapter 7 here. I actually did so on Eka's Portal full eight days ago, but forgot to post the story here afterwards. I blame having been in too much hurry lately to even turn on the computer at some days, let alone do writing.
But things are calming down now, so hopefully I'll have the next chapter out within a week. I promise I'll upload that here the same day I do in Eka's.

First Journal Time
General | Posted 9 years ago I guess I could write up one of these. Not that I have much to say or stuff.
The Coneridge series will keep going at its own pace, a chapter every few weeks, I would imagine. But among those I now plan to add a bunch of short stories.
They aren't meant to drive the plot forward, though they can add some detail and background to the setting. Mostly they exist just to put in some vore and possibly sex without having to write it in as a part of the larger narrative.
They'll also be short. At least when compared to the normal chapters. They will also all be canon, as I don't think I have the neccessary mindset to write non-canon stuff.
Also, chapters 7 and 8 are basically written already. I just need to take the time to read them through and correct any problems I come across, as well as make sure that all the details match up. Hopefully chapter 7 will be out this weekend.
