* - 20% up front prepayment is necessary so we know you won’t ghost us after you take a payment plan. We start working only after full payment. Once you paid we don’t do refunds according to our regular ToS

We’ve made a little update of our ToS about payment methods and prepayment:

• First of all we removed Hipolink payment method due to we totally moved to LavaTop. We still may get payments this method, even though this is no longer convenient for us. Direct PayPal transactions are still available, too!
• Unfortunately we no longer working without 100% up front payment due to there’s a lot of situations when people either forget about their commissions and reject after completed sketch or holding payments for too long happen, which is inconvenient for our clients and ourselves as well. This change was made to make both commissioners and us work process easier and more convenient, especially keeping in mind our long deadlines and huge queue. These changes don’t apply to our current commissions!

• Commission Info
Finally happy to announce what our commissions are open again and we’re able to continue working on new commissions and YCHs, previous ones are almost finished and as soon as they’re all sent to our clients we’re about to make new multislot YCHs and some more limited ones with cheap SBs! We also reduced our deadline from 3 months back to 2 months as we have less queue^^

• Current YCHs
We had a lot of YCHs which are either limited or multislots which are still open. For most of our one slot YCHs we reduced prices and quality as well, so if you’re interested in purchasing some, but the price was too expensive for you, - you may get them for less they were on the start! We’re also open for price offers for YCHs that are pretty old due to we want to finish some previous works before starting new projects

• YCHcomm
We now have more activity on YCHcomm where we post our YCH slots, commission slots and sometimes do exclusive commission formats (such as different render type, price cheaper than usual, etc) slots, so if you’re interested in commission, but for some reason were not sure about your safety enough - you may take slots there for your comfort and our both convenience UwU ✨🍃

• Discord
 AiryMiller now have active Discord so we able to communicate there, too! You may see the nickname of his Discord in his and ourselves ’contact information’ section on FA, so feel free to send messages there too if you want to commission us^^

*According to regional restrictions Airy isn’t able to check Discord all the time and doesn’t get notifications from Discord so please allow longer reply time there

We’re temporarily closing our commissions due to current huge queue and Wasdi’s disability of full-shift work as it was before, which is also leads to lack of content lately. All current commissions and YCHs will be done according to their deadlines and we will inform in advance if we have any issues with doing our work in time. We’re doing our best to recover as soon as possible and will bring new artworks when we both return to our regular temps of drawing. Thank you for being patient with us, we’re really appreciate this 🙏

Greetings, everyone! Most of our customers already know about Hipolink issues with PayPal payment, the whole month we’ve been struggling with solving how to get paid again, and finally we announce we now have Lavatop payment method which works with PayPal and has even less service fee than Hipolink does, hurray! Airy’s going to prepare his account for further work and then we have no issues with payments. If you wanted to commission us - it’s time to commission us xD

Although we don’t drop Hipolink, but keep both payment methods in case someone is more comfortable or convenient with one of them. Hipolink has finally informed about the progress of PayPal fixing and now it works for some few testers, unfortunately Airy didn’t get the tester status, so we wait till beta test is over

Greetings, everyone! First of all we want to announce that we’re about to change our Hipolink payment method from private content posts to tips next month. Some of you may already know what Hipolink announced tips system so you may pay any amount shortly without need in purchasing private posts. This new feature becomes more convenient for payment, also we no longer need to create personal links each time we get commissioned so it’ll be easier for all of us with new system^^
