Alright guys, I was able to finish my short story just last night (seperating it into five smaller parts, surprisingly :/ I'm not sure I'm grasping the concept of 'short story' very well...), after having it on my mind for almost a week...

And I'm happy to say I like how it came out for the most part :3

I do want to post it up with my other short story, but I actually wanna illustrate some scenes from each part of the story and post the sketches up along with the story so maybe more folks could leave comments and such on the story as well as on the pic :3 just to let me know how I did on both.

'Cause critisism is never a bad thing.

So, I'll post the other one tonight without a drawing (just cause it's pretty open to interpretation) and, once I'm finished with the five sketches (sob) I'll post up the other as well :3.

My Internet has been a little spotty as of late, so hopefully I'm able to do it without consequence...

I'll keep working on other stuff as well in the mean time, so I'll let you guys know how I'm doing and what's coming up on updates when I get a chance.

Hey guys :3 Back again.

Alright, so me and  panda_lover have settled into our new place with our two new loverly roommates (chicas, no less ;3) here in Oakland, CA. And so far things have been going pretty well.

I've pretty much begun my own semester in school, so I'm not entirely sure what my future will look like as the semester continues...but I will try my best to update you guys on artwork and stories as best as I can :3 and in fact have two short stories I have on reserve that I'll put up as soon as I finish the other that I started yesterday (which I'm almost done with :D).

Plus, I'm also looking for a work study job as well as a outside job for extra cash, y'know, just to help out with rent and books and food and such.

Any Califurs out there in the bay area who can help out with that, please let me know :3 it would really help out.

Happy New Year guys! :3 I'm happy to still be a part of this place with all you wonderful furs in 2012, and I hope to be here for much longer so thank you! Sincere thanks for a wonderful 2011, but now it's time to move onward into the new year!

Please excuse my dust ^^'''' I know I owe a few folks here (specifically five) requests that I promised them on a payday a couple weeks back...

But...well...y'know...life can kinda get in the way. That, and the shiny new 3DS I bought myself with my paycheck for my birthday (massive fail)...So, yeah, got heavily sidetracked with that.

BUT! I have had the time to complete those requests, and they are now officially sketched, scanned, and edited for upload! I'll have them up tomorrow (10/21/11) for you guys, and I hope I did a good enough job to please ^^.

As for those on the waiting list, I'll be sure to work on yours as well, from time to time. Now that work has me busier at times when it is less convenient, I'm going to try to put myself on projects so I can keep myself from going crazy about chicken (explanation required, at a later date).

Also, I'll be going back to my own personal projects of mine, including my stories as well as comic ideas I'm bouncing around with my buddy  panda_lover, so be on the look out for updates like that as well, if it interests y'all :3.

Alrighty, it is (very late into) Wednesday, and today I am starting on my first batch of what will soon take over most of my weeks coming up X3 Sketch Requests!

Alright, by know you guys probably how requests work. If not, then let me give a quick run-down: A request is basically free art. In some cases, an artist will have limits to what he or she will draw/color based on their level of skill.

For me, I'm keeping them sketches because anything else would require more OCD work from me, and I want to be able to shell out these bad boys every two weeks.

Plus I have a job, so, really, no time for the OCD work.

Now, I'll be doing these S.R. Slots every two weeks or so; every Pay Day, in my case. So, if you didn't get a slot on this first batch I'm doing, don't fret; I'll be free to do another slot in another two weeks, unless I state otherwise.

Now, some ground rules:

- I will personally hand-pick the requests I will do for this first batch; so screaming out first doesn't guarantee you a slot.

-You can get more than one request from me, but it will be limited to one request per cycle. (And that's if you're lucky that I like both ideas)

-I will take male and female fursonas; for now, I cannot accomplish herm/trans furs just yet. Crossdressing cna be attempted.

- Please have a description (as detailed as you want) and a reference (as many as you want) ready when you comment on this journal.

- Keep it Rated G to R, folks; no obscene fetishes or strong acts of violence. I only willing to do so much before it goes a little overboard. A short list of kinks/fetishes I'm willing to do will be provided below.

- Be creative, and fun with what you want :3 I won't pick something that wouldn't be a small challenge in itself. Go nuts!...but, not too much either ^^''''.

What is up, my furs?

Alright, so right off, as I see it, work pretty much tuckers me out to the point of neglecting pretty much everything else that I do, writing and art wise.

Plus, maybe keepign myself busy with friends isn't soing me any good, workwise...but, hey, life is life, can't really have one or the other with its complications. Sigh...

But, anywho, I'm gonna try to catch up once more, with as much things as I can. I wanna pick up with my wriitng so it gives me something to work on when I'm not at work. Now that I'm steadily getting used to my mostly morning shifts, I can easily get back on track with things now, and the sooner the better.

On the writing side of things, I'm working on a small project of short 'one-shot' stories that I was inspired to do, based on little fantasies, sexual and otherwise, that I have had and with a little influence from my good friend , I got to it, doing my first one with a character of his named Marcus (here's a visual, if you want it: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6158315/). So, I'm trying to finish that and getting the hang of doing a One-Shot, as they will be called.

If they become successful, I would like to use them for use in trades and commissions soon, if I get any better. So, I hope you guys give me some support. :3

As for my maintaining series of stories, I shall continue to work on them along with the One-Shots and a variety of projects that I shall be announcing sooner or later, once I get headway in them. They may not be put up as often as I would want them, but they shall still be put up whenever I get the chance.

I love my stories with the deepest of passions, and, even if I don't have as many readers as I would want, I still write them for myself, and for those who find the time to read the rubbish I happen to put up here hehehe. But, for those people who are constantly giving me feedback and comments on my work, I wanna say thank you for doing so, it means so much to have people enjoy or talk to me about my works and really give me some insight on how to better myself. Really, it means so much to me that you do that and I shall continue to do the best that I can, and hone my skills, for you guys and mainly for myself.

On the art side of things...I'm starting sketch requests now :3 I shall be filling up five slots every two weeks to accomodate the bi-weekly pay rate I'm paid at work to help better range my sense of timing for these things.

So, come...what is it, Monday today? Right, come Wednesday (note how I made it bold and underlined so that it has special meaing, people), I shall start on my first batch of five to...idk, to whoever's idea stands out or something XD. I'll be working out some sort of system in these two days.

No worries, folks, I shall be doing these every two weeks or so, so if you couldn't catch a slot this week, you can always catch one my next pay day :3.

Hopefully, this practice will help me start getting better in order to start doing commissions.

For those who are interested, start coming up with ideas that you might like me to do. I'll be structuring a system of how I will do these come Wednesday, so you guys got some time. And tell your friends, tell them to tell their friends, get people interested in this so that the wins go both ways, folks!

Anyway, hi guys :3 welcome back to another Weekly Update, where I tell you guys what's new on my gallery as well as annoy the hell out of you by discussing my pretentious life details :D

Ok, not really, but an explanation IS needed for my absence.

Things have been getting a little hectic on my end, what with trying to get a job, and now that I managed to nab one (YAY!), I can finally relax a bit knowing I'm secure on this end, financially and eventually scholarly.

Now I just have to be sure to catch up on my writing. XD Those requests/trades I've been working on nearly made me kill myself (or rip them all apart, whichever hurts more), so, here's what I have to say about the matter, art-wise:

I know it's been a while since my last update, and I'm sorry for being behind on them :/

I've been pretty distracted with trying to land a job so I can continue staying here with my hubby in Texas; and just last week I contracted a case of strep throat (it isn't pleasant :/...) So, I've been even more behind with things more than usual...

But, so far I'm feeling a lot better. I've been taking my honey lemon tea and gargling up my warm salt water (blegh) and Listorine-ing most of the blisters in my mouth away as well (another unpleasant venture...)

So, I should be making a recovery pretty soon...I hope...for now, I'll continue to work to my best ability on things that will hopefully liven you guys, my audience, up more.

Now, I know I'm a little late with this particular weekly update, but I've been hella busy this whole weekend with my hubby's family and whatnot, so I haven't had a lot of me time to do one of these.

Anyway, what's happening, FA? Another Friday is upon us. But not just any Friday, ladies and gents. It is indeed...Harry Potter Premiere Friday XD.

Yes, this is my shout out to all you Potter fans out there out on their final premiere of the world's greatest series of films based on the series of books of the same name(s). And what a finale it's gonna have, right guys?

HHHOOOOOOWWWWWWWW'SSSSSSS it going guys? Another Friday is upon us yet again, which means...it is indeed time for another Weekly Friday Update! XD WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Ow, that actually kind of hurts, in real life...ugh...

Anyway...by the way, I gotta find myself another name for these things. Anyone got some ideas for what to call these things? XD

Anyway again, yes, it is indeed time to catch up with what is NEW on today's submits! Now, I know it's a little late as it is, but I have been trying so desperately to get a simple short story of mine finished and this whole week practically it has been the very BANE OF MY EXISTENCE!

I almost ripped my hair off, guys, that's how bad it got. Actually, my hair HAS been falling out due to it, so there's that.

But I FINALLY got the fucker done just last night (FINALLY!) and was very happy to see its completion done in this century.

Unfortunately, I don't know if I will be able to upload it right now, since my boyfriend, AKA  panda_lover is just now doing the sketches for some of the scenes I plan to also feature with the short story.

Now, the short story did run kind a long, even for my personal taste, so in order for make it possible for people to actually read all the hard work I put into it, I'm seperating it to four different parts, with four different scenes that me and le BF will try to pick out from within that whole section of story.

Once those scenes are done, I promise, you guys, that I will put up those pics and those short story parts up and edit this so that people can get to them easily.

But for now, you're gonna have to settle for my other crap XD.

So! Without further ado, let's get down to wha's new on today's update!

Now first thing we have today is the addition of (yet another) new story for you guys to enjoy. The title of this new series is All That's Beautiful, and, like it states within the description box of the submission, is my take on what AVATAR could've been (just with, you know...reptilian folk.) and starts off with a bit of a dramatic origins for the main character.

Now I can't say much about what's going on later on in the story or what's the conflict in just the prologue, but, if you're yearnign to feed that curiousity monster you got chained to your brain, hey, give in to the craving!

Alright, next up is another new addition to the team, a series I like to call Invaders Must Die. Now, please don't get this confused with the The Prodigy song of the same title. It may have been the inspiration for the story, but, aside from the level of epic they share, they are not at all similar.

The story's protaganist, Sam, happens to have a bit of a crummy life due to parental issues and emotional scarring due to a death in the family. Then a muse comes along in the name of Scott and, well, its as they say, there goes life as we know it.

This story has some particular personal touches to it that, I thought, would really make an impact to the reader towards the main guy due to the realism of his problems. I felt a little heavy after writing just the prologue itself, but, I think it came out great, for something inspired by true events.

Before I start to cry, let's go to the next item on the list...uh, let's see...ah, here we are. Now, I know some of you may already be familiar with the submission name itself, but this story is actually a bit of a re-amp for that previous submission. I wanted to bring it some fresher content, so I replaced it with a better one.

Hey there, fellow furs! It's Friday once more, which means it's time for another weekly update! XD WEEEEEEE!

Sorry again for my absence as of late ^^'''' being as busy as I am is beginning to get very aggravating.

But, alas, it is to some good news I make this journal :) for I have finally moved in with my mate  panda_lover and his family and I can't be more happier and proud for finally taking that step for myself ^^

Of course, it's gonna be very different being in a whole ew place surround by unfamiliar faces but, given time, I think my move here will be a great one. :) looking forward to getting to know any Texan furs out there who have or have not yet met Panda yet and I can't wait to begin my new life ^^.

For now, I shall continue to work hard on what I have been doing and hope to score a job soon so that i may help out on my end here. It's only fair, seeing as they took me in when i thought i had made a pretty big sacrifice on my own to do so, but i can't say i regret my decision.

So, keep looking out for me guys ^^ a lot of change is about to commence, and my excitement can't describe the bright future that is surely to come.

Thanks everyone out there who has kept up with me, I hope you can be just a little more patient with me as I begin settling in here. Hope to make more works than ever now and can't wait to put up more stuff and start up new projects along with my mate ^^

I know I haven't been very active lately, but that mainly has to do with the fact that I've been KILLING myself for the past few weeks trying to get my art pieces done in time for my AP Portfolio exam.

Which I did, and finished setting up the portfolio and sent in in last friday XD YAY! *collapse*...

Anywho, with that out of the way (FINALLY), I can focus again on my art stuff and writings ^^ which i sincerely need to catch up on...*sob* So expect a flood of stuff soon guys XD sorry for keeping you waiting and all. Life's still kinda hectic over here, but I'm still doing my best ^^.

Also, if I get to editing them, I'll show you guys what I've been working on for AP ^^ I gots a cool backstory for it as well, so look forward to that too! Till then, PEACE!
