Heh. Well, school's out, and now I have free time! Also, I got that replacement part for my tablet that I needed. So expect more activity, alright?

I did.

When I was a tiny furry, long before I got an FA, I was super into this book series called Warrior Cats. They were garbage, but brilliant garbage. I'm jealous that the writers are able to make so much money off this series aimed at 10-13 y/o kids. The basic idea was that there were these groups of feral cats living in the woods and they fought over prey and territory and stuff.

I was way too into them. Like, I was the kind of fan people wouldn't approach. It was bad.
Anyway, I was innocently browsing a fansite the other day when it all came flooding back.

Logically, I rebooted what was essentially my first fursona. They were a blue-grey ticked tabby with white tux markings and bright blue eyes named Rainheart. And then I rebooted their friends. And then I made them a blog.

I've fallen back into feral cat hell

So, everyone knows my main fursona is Noble the hyena (she/hers they/them, just like me), and recently (ish??) I introduced McMurphy the opossum (he/his?? haven't decided yet), and recently I dug up a folder from around 2010/2011.

It was full of ponies.

See, that was around the time when I realized that nothing was actually stopping me from liking ponies. My parents never bought me any as a kid. I ended up with Star Catcher, Lavender Locket and Bee Bop partly through friends, partly from saving up my tiny child allowance to buy them at the local Target. I can't remember what exactly my parents said but essentially they tried to discourage me from liking these technicolor horses because they were too childish or something.

Around 2010 I discovered the wonders of the internet and I think that's around when MLP:FIM came out? Cause I found the fandom and realized it was full of people my age and older that I could chill with. Anyway I got shit on for being a kid girl-person brony and I kind of left the fandom cause I realized it was full of shitty people. I shoved my art somewhere and forgot about it.

Till recently.

So.... (re)introducing Storm Bright! After a minor overhaul, my ponysona is back. I'll post a fullbody ref eventually, cause I still haven't posted refs of Noble or McMurphy.
