basically:
we don't realize that we are trying to console someone sometimes we're not really being empathetic. sure we're being positive and trying to help but often we're telling them they don't have a problem or that their problem is SO easy to fix. When what they really need is someone to listen and tell them we understand and it's okay for them to feel that way.

I know i've been guilty of saying things trying to make them feel better but didn't realize I was actually dismissing their problems.. :c

It's been a minute since I posted a journal so here we gooo!

How ya been? I've been pretty well.

I went to FWA and had a pretty good time, wasn't the greatest con for me but I still had a good time for the most part. I wish I would have taken video but i did not. Hopefully my next con I will be better about that, I really enjoy capturing the memories and editing them.

SO, since my last journal I reached over 1000 watchers, which is pretty cray. I love you guys and appreciate the interest! I hope Havik has been able to entertain you and will continue to do so. Thanks so much. <3

Life has been pretty ordinary, but in a couple months I will be moving up north to Minnesota. I've been wanting to move out for sometime and had considered other places but when it came down to it I felt most comfortable moving there. I've got family up there and its super far away. So that's kind of exciting news, that'll be leaving the nest and becoming a real adult.

Oh in case it matters my birthday is the 28th and i don't know about you but i'll be feeling twenty-two.

Where's the next con you can see this pandog at? Well it looks like Indy Fur Con is going to be the next one, so nope I won't be at Anthrocon this year. With moving I just can't really afford to. Then after that will be Rainfurrest followed by Midwest Furfest!

well obviously I can't make ALL DA CONS and probably not any that involve flying over seas to another country YET. But I wanna make a few this year like I did the last but I'm thinking of trying a new con or two.

I will be moving to Florida in like late May so I will probably want to go to some cons there too.

I don't think I wanna make Anthrocon this year. I just didn't have as much fun as I do at FWA and MFF. So I'm not sure it's worth the trip EVERY year.

I was considering FCN but I don't know if I'll have the funds available for that since, I'm moving and such the next month and it's after FWA.

BUT my next con will be Furry Weekend Atlanta, I'm excited to hit it up for the second time. I wish I could go to FC but i just don't have the funds to go. >: BUT everyone going, have fun but not too much without meeee. Hoping to also go to FCN this upcoming year as it's my birthday month and I haven't been to it yet. I am most likely not doing Anthrocon again. I had a good time but not the best time evar so it's not really worth it to me this year, but maybe next time. Other cons are up in the air, i'm thinking of moving to Florida this summer.

My buddy is visiting me next weekend! I'm excited to see that crazy guy and we're going to make a YT video for you all hopefully, a Holiday related one. (;

okay. WOW. this con was the best con for me yet, I mean there was so much hype for it beforehand and it really didn't disappoint. there were things i didn't get to do that i wanted to but i enjoyed myself so much that it didn't matter. I don't even know where to start.

*Sparkledog panel was pretty fun and blondefoxy has the coolest mom ever, no joke!
