Back from a wonderful livestream weekend with friends in Michigan. Lots of art done, much art chatter with my girls, a trip to the expanded Blicks for art supplies.Laotian hot pot on Monday. Yummy coffee and morning casserole from Gary Bratzel and excellent tech support from Dave Stein. We watched the entire royal funeral on Monday, then up at 4am today to train it home, my first in person livestream in three years. it was heavenly. tomorrow I’ll get back to work but today was flake and recover. man, that three hour nap I’vn the afternoon felt so good! Thanks to those who came to hang out, purchase commissions or just soak up the silly atmosphere. We love you guys!

Well, today is recovering day from the con. How lovely it was to be at a con again. So wonderful to see old friends for the first time in almost three years and to chat with a lot of fans at their first con. I was happy to see everyone safely masked and following protocols, even on Monday when the nas mandates were officially dropped. Just over 2,000 attendees were obviously ready to have a good time and general mood was very positive and upbeat. Sales were good, lots of excellent conversations and a fun last night dinner at the Old Spaghetti factory with a fun crowd, I I had an excellent time! My only complaint was it was freezing in the dealers room. Really should have brought my winter coat. My next In person con will be Anthrocon and I can’t wait. Till then, there will be livestreaming and working on commissions and Patreon art intermingled with personal art. Gearing up slowly to a return to normal. Great to see some of you there!

Thanks so much for folks who showed up to our first livestream of the year. We had a great group, lots of good chatter and plenty of art. Still got a few leftovers 5 to finish then I’ll scan and post some here. Since we all couldn’t attend the planned FC this weekend, the livestream was especially welcome. I know I haven’t been posting a ton of furry art lately. A lot of it being posted on my Patreon, including many in progress shots. Well more like put off till a later date. Diana’s father passed this past weekend and she needs time to grieve, process and deal with the aftermath. We all agreed it would be best to give her all the time she needs. We’ll make a ne2 announcement when we’re ready to move forward. Thanks for understanding.
