So i'm no longer homeless anymore as of yesterday

and I have my beloved PC back as of today

I was expecting to be homeless a liitttlle longer than 2 weeks, but I made a deal with my dad and moved back into his place (which is obviously a good thing lmao)

So I rise again from the ashes

idk when i'll be streaming again, I am physically and mentally WIPED from the last two months, and the wifi reaching my PC is kinda weak from being across the entire house from the modem, so I might need to got a wifi extender before my pc can handle streaming lmao

I'm now homeless and can't access my PC so pretty much my activity here is gonna dwindle for a while, boyos

I can use FA on my phone but whoo boy this formatting is crunchy

So i can still see and reply to comments etc but honestly if u wana see any art from me follow me on instagram where I post sketches occasionally amongst other wank

It's been a long time since I've seen Titanic so that might not be the correct quote phrasing

So you might notice my art basically completely stop some time over the next month

That's because I'm packing all my things again, only this time it's because I'll be moving into my car as a homeless person

It's a long-ish story, but basically there are literally no rentals on the market that I can afford on disability welfare AND that also meet my needs as a disabled person

I also have my un-registered service dog Yuki (who i had to live without for one year and it Fucked Me Up) and no rentals allow pets these days, finding my current one was literally a needle in a haystack

So I'm going to be renting the spare room mum has in her rental (she isn't allowed pets either) to store all my stuff and then me and Yuki will be transient

My plan is to save up for a van or something so we can have some more space if it looks like this will be long term, I currently have a Toyota Ractis 2005 which has a REALLY big boot for a standard car when the chairs are folded down so at least I'll be able to put a small mattress in there and sleep semi-comfortably

This possibility of car-living has been hanging over me the last few years as I saw my renting options quickly drying up in the market, so this wasn't exactly a blind-sighting for me, but it has still been pretty rough to process and accept

I have a lot of family and friends in my town so I will have access to safe places to park at night and facilities to bathe and do laundry etc

I'm not asking for donations or anything, but I'm also not too proud to accept any help people may wish to offer

I've had two people say they can't sub to my patreon, it just gives them a 'something went wrong, try refreshing'

It didn't pass it's WOF cause I got a big ol dinger in the panel above the front left tire last year, and the dude is like naw dog that aint good you gotta take it to a panel beater or just buy a new panel

it also apparently damaged the headlight when it happened too, and there's some other little things he said he can fix himself once I've got the panel sorted

HOWEVER I'm fuckn broke, and I was trying to save for a road trip at the end of this month but all those savings went to pay for the WOF and I still have to pay for all the repairs AND get a chip in the windscreen fixed that happened the DAY BEFORE THE WOF like are you serious, AND then get it registered afterwards, which you can't do till it's woffed

SO I'm gonna take some commissions

So, i am here

No but really I am here and lingering, but I have been working heavily on my web series since January hit, because I put some deadlines in place for myself and I am sticking to them well

The TLDR is that its a webshow/scripted podcast kinda thing, that is 1/10th visual and the other 9/10ths is just audio, so it will be released on youtube and as a audio-only podcast (cause it works both ways)

Set in space, cause ofc my lil fruit ass did sci-fi

I started it about a year ago, but it's kinda amazing how spending 9 months with an emotional black hole will sap all energy you have to work on your passions, but that's done and dusted

Currently I'm working on putting together the pilot episode and writing the first 5 eps, and when I write I tend to draw less. plus I'm well experienced in keeping my CF in check and not hurting my health more than i help it by hyper focusing on a project and forgetting to blink, breathe and eat

Aside from a few bits and pieces some of yall already saw on some of my streams last year I'm not really putting out any more info on it currently

Consider it building suspense I guess, though I will tell you it's called 'Faraway' so that's just how I refer to the project as a whole in conversation

So i'm moving house, again, who could have forseen such an event

My PC has 2 hdmi ports that I guess are linked to the graphics system, cause i run my two pc screens through them and my 3rd port will not work for a screen

I now have a oculus rift VR set up, that needs a HDMI port, and it also wont work through this 3rd port etc, so I have to switch out ym second screen for the headset when i wana play

I wana know if i can get an adapter to split one of the two viable ports into two new ones, so i have 3 ports

or if i can get some kinda software download that will let the third random port communicate to the right parts of my PC the way i need

I have a gaming pc that I bought as a prebuilt rig, I know fucking nothing about building PC's etc

so i have no idea if, should a multi adapter for the hdmi port exist like i want, if HDMI ports even work like that

all the adapters i can find are, like, usb to hdmi adapters, and i assume they will be just like my 3rd random port that dont work

pls offer any info that could help in any way, or am i stuck switching hdmi cables forever

So I'm kinda on pre-production-mode for that which is using whatever energy I do have at the moment when not dealing with one of the most obnoxious house moves I've done in a while (the TLDR is my dad is a cock, which I was fully aware of)

So yeah, normal drawings are kinda at the very back burner of my mind rn, and when I do start drawing again I have a com for Vyth to do first so if anyone else was hoping to get something I'm afraid it will be a while

I'm still here, tho, still logging in every day and looking at my notifs etc so I'm still reachable

Well, my second monitor is having issues, so either it has to pull back from the brink of death or I have to hit upmy old flatmate for the one I left them

And apparently we have a cyclone incomming, and my data reception is trash on a overcast day let alone a storm so i'm thinking no stream today

My power could also fuck out if the storm does hit so better not risk it anyway
