2 years ago I opened commissions, I got a slew of people who contacted me wanting to buy, and then I didn't do a single commission (Don't worry, I didn't steal money from anyone because I refuse to accept payment until I finish an image).

But I opened commissions at a bad time because I was already involved with a much larger project for someone else that was incredibly draining. To make matters worse, I was having issues with a long time relationship that was going downhill. Top that off with a decade’s worth of negative emotions and experiences that were finally reaching their boiling point.

Because of how all this was eating me up and overwhelming me, my artwork slowed to a crawl and I stopped drawing all together. Hell, I tried working on a friend’s birthday piece, only for a full month to pass by and I didn’t even have the basic sketch completed (and keep in mind, it was a VERY simple image). Shit like that just discouraged me further and made me cancel all my commissions once I saw how much time had passed.

Once I finally hit my breaking point and lost it, I stayed offline because I was either extremely angry or extremely depressed. I knew I’d either explode on my friends or force them to be my therapist, and I didn’t want to make my problems into theirs.

I’ve been in this sorry state for well over 7 months now, and I’ve been slowly working through it. I’ve drawn barely anything since. I dusted my tablet off to draw something personal over a month ago in hopes to feel something, but aside from that image I’ve done nothing else.

Well, I’m back I guess.

Aside from finally catching up with and talking to my friends again, I’m going to resume drawing. However, I need to relearn how to draw again since I’m incredibly out of practice. I’m going to challenge myself to doing small sketches and posting them, but don’t expect anything interesting for a long time. It's just going to be self indulgent self-insert Gary-Stu OC's.

I just wanted to let people know that I'm still breathing. I haven't been doing well mentally this year due to personal things that escalated as the year went on. Unfortunately, I can't resolve it as fast as I hoped due to complications I didn't see coming. This has been dragging on and I'm sick of it, but I don't want to make it anyone else's problem. I'd rather not get into detail about what's going on or what will be happening with me in the future.

For now, I've deleted everything from DeviantArt and Twitter, and I've purged a number of images from this account already (don't worry, I won't be purging anymore).

And to those who normally speak to me on Discord: I know I haven't been on Discord in months, but that's because I'm not in a good state of mind and I'd rather not make my problems everyone else's. I'm sorry if anyone feels like I'm ignoring them or avoiding them on purpose. I promise that when this is resolved (and it will be), I will come back and speak to you all again.

I'm sorry I've been away for so long and I'm sorry if I've left anyone feeling neglected. I don't want anyone to feel as depressed as I do these days, and for now I just want to wish everyone some cheer. It's the least I can do.

I'm going to do a purge of my gallery on January 1st 2025. I'm not deleting everything, but I will be deleting a large chunk of my gallery here for personal reasons. What I will be getting rid of I've yet to decide on, but I don't want people to DM me or send me notes asking where certain images are after the fact.

I am calling attention to it so people can save what they want before I take it down, and giving them over 3 months to do it. If you miss this, I'm sorry.

So for the past while I've wanted to do pics featuring my OC's and the OC's of my friends, while other friends have asked for my assistance with things they might want/need. Because I don't want to lose tracks of what I'm doing or feel overwhelmed, I'm making a list of pics I either promised or owe and for the next few months will be dedicated to completing the following images:

Yano, considering I'm trying to get my masking art mojo back and considering Halloween is approaching, I figure now is a good time to do a project with masking involved. I question what I could possibly do for a Halloween themed pic though, especially since such a project could take awhile.

On one hand, I could make a pic that involves Sammy and a bunch of friends OC's, but the problem is putting so many people in one pic (and trying to work with all of them) might make it take too long. Not to mention there's the issue of me feeling bad having to exclude people I know for different reasons.

Something involving Gretchen, Hansel, Gretel, and Marquis is off the table due to my desire to focus on my OC Sammy for the time being.

And a solo pic of Sammy wearing a random disguise just wouldn't sit right with me.

I don't want something that's too simple and nothing too complex. Any ideas?

So long story short, I'm need some one to take a look at my summary of my OC Sammy. I'm trying to find some one who is willing to read and help edit/fix the presentation as well as the over all summary itself.

I'm not looking for some one to rewrite it, I just want some one who can fix it up for public presentation.

The summary is a total of 292 words (1,663 characters) and I'm willing to pay 15$ for some one to fix it up.

Two people who offered to do this job of mine ultimately couldn't. The first got too busy with every day life and had to cancel at the last moment, and the second just never got back to me on the date we were supposed to work on it together and has yet to respond.

So I've decided to put a "Help Wanted" here in hopes I can find some one else. I require some one that has the following:

1. A lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to writing and character creation.

2. A paypal account so that I can pay them for this job (Note that I will pay after I get what I ask for. After having 2 people cancel I'd rather make sure it's done before I pay.)

3. A discord account so we may speak directly. I'd like to ask ask for their advice/critique as well as guide them through what I'd want them to do.

If I don't choose you for what ever, don't take it personally. I'm looking for a specific kind of person to handle this task.

So I've made it my mission to try to develop my OC Sammy and finally make him an interesting/likable character. I know I can't not everyone is going to like him no matter what I do, but in the very least I can improve him until I'm able to hit that sweet spot with as many people as possible in a way that makes me happy as well.

I know there are OC/character creation sheets online that people use to flesh out their OC's, and I was wondering if anyone here could recommend one that they might have used (and provide an example so I can read it). I want to fill it out and see if I can use it as a way to flesh out Sammy as I fill it out.

Are any friends of mine willing to allow Sammy to be in the same image as their OC's? Whether it's drawn by me or I commission it from a third party?

I've had a hard time getting him drawn with my friends OC's, even if it was something I was willing to draw or even pay for. I know I can't get you guys to love/like my OC, but keep in mind that Sammy is my main avatar/mascot as well as my oldest OC of all the ones I've shown on this account. The character is special to me, so it would also mean a lot to use him with friends or just in more stuff in general. I just want to see who's willing for the sake of future projects/collaborations.

Whether it's Sammy as himself or an alternate version of him, I'm fine with it as long as it's something we can both agree/collaborate on and enjoy together.

So what does this mean about my other OC's? What's going to happen to them?

After a lot of consideration I've decided to limit/lower my total amount of OC's. It came to my attention I was creating too many characters and barely using them before moving on to more. So I've deleted some pics from my gallery of OC's I won't be using in future content on this account and upload them elsewhere.

The OC's I'm going to make sure to keep around for use in the future are the following:

Samuel "Sammy" Sanchez
Maxine "Maxie" Darley
Sofia "Sophie" Robinson
Gretchen Nachtmerrie
Hansel and Gretel
Marquis Mausolée

This will make my line up easier and less overwhelming to keep track of for both me, friends, or just people who visit my page who have even the smallest interest in my OC's. Some of my OC's have alternate versions of themselves (Example; Sophie is a human, but she has an anthro sheep counter part for anthro/furry settings) but it shouldn't be hard to keep track of. Plus alternate versions just increase the possibilities for images/pics.

Now does this mean all these other characters are off limits and they won't be used in future stuff with friends? Not at all. I still wish to focus a lot more on Sammy and make/get new content of him for the time being.

Does this mean I won't make new OC's in the future? Of course not; I still got a handful I've yet to finish/make public. But for the time being I want to make good use out of my current cast first.

Hopefully I can deliver good content in the future and work along side friends more down the line.

I personally really enjoyed it, and hope to not just bring attention to the story, but also attention to the writer who takes commissions.

Hopefully in the future we can do something that explores Gretchen herself a little more while still having fun at some one else's expense, but for now this is a fine story debut for her!

I've been thinking. While I have decided to be more open about what I like/post and to be more experimental in the future, I think maybe it would be a good idea to put warning thumbnails on future pics.

There are many concepts, scenarios, and subject matter that I'm partial to. Though I recognize that this means different people are following me for different reasons. Some people want to see certain things (and ONLY certain things), so they'd likely be put off by certain subject matter and wish to avoid what they don't like all together. And since even I often don't know what I'm gonna do next (to an extent) warning thumbnails might be the solution.

Example:

Some people might watch me for body suit stuff, but won't wanna see Transformation/TG and vice versa.

I intend to experiment with other concepts such as vore, possession, and other such things that people might not want to see either.

Though I'm not sure if this is necessary or not.

I think everyone here realizes that if they don't like a concept, they can just click away from it (or simply not click it at all) and move on to something else. At the same time, a preview thumbnail could pretty much tell them what they're in for immediately so they can better avoid what they don't want to see.

I'm still thinking about it, but maybe some one here could share an opinion with me?
