Small Hiatus
Posted 3 years agoEdit 9/2: Upon trying to get the last of what I needed to do to draw set up, I realized that my computer tower doesn't have any open hdmi ports, due to this I needed to order an adapter off amazon that will be arriving on the 6th. I'm unable to work on commissions until this adapter arrives. I am sorry for the delay!
New computer is now here! Had a crazy adventure with the delivery people but after all the delays the tower for my PC has finally arrived.
I'm going to be taking tonight and tomorrow to get everything transferred and downloaded from my laptop to this pc. After that is all set I will be back to working on commissions and streaming! I'm really looking forward to having a smoothly running art program after so long. Progress will start speeding up once everything is transferred over.
Thank you again to everyone who helped me along this journey!

Computer Update~
Posted 3 years agoTLDR: Old laptop is dying and becoming a literal snail. Waiting on desktop computer parts to be shipped later this month. Streaming for non sketch/simple comms will be postponed but, I will be working on them as much as my laptop will let me, off stream.
I'm finally going to be getting a desktop computer and move away from the laptop I've been working on for ages!
Really looking forward to when my computer tower gets here and I can put the 11 year old laptop I'm currently using into retirement. Progress runs so slowly when you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your laptop to turn on and let you log into it. And then takes a random secret number of minutes for applications to boot up and (hopefully) not crash. I'm excited for the coming weeks when I can start working at a steady flow. Work lately has been a heavy mixture of smooth with a little bit of issue or working in slow motion. This laptop was nice to work on but it is definitely time for an upgrade. Sometime within the next two weeks the final piece of the computer will arrive and I will be able to greatly increase my workflow. I'm very excited.
That being said, I'm going to postpone streaming bigger art projects until later this month when I fully get the new computer set up. I will still be working on them but having larger CSP files open while also trying to stream really makes my current laptop suffer.
And finally, a big thank you to all you wonderful people who helped me get to the point where I can make this upgrade happen. You have all been a huge help. ^.^
I'll most likely post another small update when I get everything set up.

YCH Topics (NSFW) and Clay Ideas
Posted 9 years agoHello everyone. =^.^=
I'm going to be posting a few more cheap YCH pieces over the next few days (depending on when I finish up the base sketches for them)
They are going to be in relation to vore(prey), curious/frisky tentacles and possibly one of just a sexy pose of some kind.
Does anyone have any fun ideas or topics that I could possibly use as a YCH concept? I'm looking forward to doing more fun YCH's in the future. ^.^
On another note, I have a few ideas that I may be trying out in regards to sculptures.
I bought a glass jar and will be creating some kind of "creature trapped in a bottle" scenario with it. I have also obtained a wood base and am looking forward to making future large sculpts with bases. (Still unsure as to what I will be creating on this base, thinking something feral)
I will also be obtaining some materials that will allow me to create more realistic eyes, water for environmental effects (On bases and in containers) and I may also be using it to create different styles of pins, key-chains and charms.
I have also obtained detailing tools that will make it easier for me to add smaller details to sculptures.
If anyone has any ideas or requests for clay things you may like to see, feel free to comment about those as well. It is always fun to hear others cool ideas!

3 Slot Raffle: Free Clay Character Buttons!
Posted 9 years agoI am going to try something new. I have a whole bunch of pin backings and I recently obtained a clay flattener and I want to try making pins!
The pins will have peoples characters heads on them. (kind of like a head shot con badge but in button form) I want to try to make something along the size of a 1 1/2" - 2" button.
Characters heads will be in flat color and may include a bit of the neck as well.
Since I want to practice this concept and it will be something new to experiment with I decided to do some kind of a raffle for it. =^.^=
I will have three slots, if you would like a chance for a button of one of your characters just post the best headshot or reference of your characters that you have. I will use the face in the references to make the button!
Each person who comments with a reference will get a number and at the end of the month I will pick three people's characters using a random number generator.
- multiple characters references may be posted in the comments(each one will get its own number)
-each user may post up to four references
-users may only obtain one slot(if the rng picks multiple characters from the same person they will have to choose the one that they want to get done for their slot)
If you like the look of your button when I am finished I can mail it to you if you want! =^.^=
*if you happen to see this and you aren't a watcher, non watchers are also welcome!*

Almost done
Posted 9 years agoMan, this project took a lot longer than I thought it would. Cleanup took a while as well cause the clay's I used were so lightly colored and just love to gather lint. Hopefully it will survive its baking cycles and then I shall be posting it here. I wasn't really sure as of who/what I wanted to use for this experimental sculpture and eventually decided "Well I haven't actually made anything of my fursona quite yet, so why don't I do that." This will be the first thing I've made of my character, Ash. =^.^=
I will probably be able to make something like this again, or in a different pose. It will take a while to finalize and use a decent amount of clay, so I have no idea how much something as big as this would cost. I spent a good portion of time for 2 days with just the building and cleanup alone. However, this was my first time trying to make something of this fashion and is also the biggest thing that I've made out of clay thus far (it fits along my palm). It was a fun and interesting experience to work on something of this size.
Should be posting it within an hour or so if all goes well in the oven!

Clay
Posted 9 years agoWorking on something at the moment, taking a lot longer than I thought it would. (though I am trying to figure out the whole thing from scratch so I guess it makes sense its had so much trial and error.)
Should be finished with it within the next few days, this will be a nice chance to test out our new house's oven! I will post it whenever it is that it is completed.
On a side note, I bought some glow clay! I am really looking forward to working with it. I have green, white, light blue and orange glow colors.

Random art spam
Posted 9 years agoI was in the mood to actually draw something and then ended getting distracted by my art portfolio instead. I pulled out random drawings of old and oldish art I've done and I'm going to be periodically posting them. Hope you guys don't mind a small spam of various sketches and drawings. =^.^=
Preparing to move
Posted 9 years agoThe time has finally come, we have gotten enough money to rent a place and talked to the realtors and bill companies. We are going to be moving on Wed so it may be a few days till I start working on clay related things and drawings that I have an idea of. This will be a new endeavor that I hope will go well, this whole thing makes me a bit nervous but I'm sure things wont turn out bad. =^.^=
Help my friend get more exposure! =^.^=
Posted 9 years agoMy friend is trying to generate more exposure and wants to sell more art. She is an amazing artist and has very reasonably priced commission slots for wonderful quality artwork. She does speedpaints, character expression sheets, pose sheets, and greyscale all can be NSFW and multi character if interested. Her journal has examples of work that she has done and she finishes her commissions in a very timely fashion.

Moving and clay.
Posted 10 years agoThis week will be an interesting one. On Thursday we will hopefully be going around with the realtor looking at the houses we are interested in. I've never done this before so it should be an interesting experience. I also have friday-Sunday off and if i don't get called into work I think I going to be working a little more on some clay figures. I've also been thinking of a pose I wanted to see if I could make with my clay. If I do end up being able to do it I think I may open up commissions for figures like it in the future.
