Check out the game I've been working on!
Posted 2 months ago🦦 Alright I guess I'm doing this.
Hey everyone, I've been working on a game! I'm in a bit of a rough patch with it atm, but I figure it'd help if I showed off what I have so far! Don't trust itch atm, so I'm hosting it on Mega. Feel free to check it out!
https://mega.nz/folder/KpY2lBYQ#JeW.....0aGf3AkWOF6Dcg
🐺 If any of you know what Lucosa is, this is that. If not, don't worry about it
It's a metroidvania, and while I think this is pretty firmly past MVP, I also feel like it's pretty clearly unfinished in a lot of places
My biggest hurdle is that I am not great at music & have issues motivating myself for the pixel art. I feel like I need help from people to move forward with this, but I don't have the connections or money to hire people to help adsfgsdfgsdf
If you get to the fat frog, then you've reached the end of what I have so far

KaraShiftclaw!
Posted 6 months agoDisplay name stuff is finally a thing, so I can finally stop having the dumb name I came up with 10 years ago! I think my URL is still herpaderp2015, but I will now display as KaraShiftclaw to keep in-line with my Bsky signature.
As an aside, I have a Bluesky I didn't announce! You can find me at https://bsky.app/profile/karashiftclaw.bsky.social. I think FA will still be my main base of operations, since it's where I get the most interest on each of my posts. However, I will be posting there as well :p

Where I've Been
Posted a year agoSo, it's halfway through March and I've just posted my first pic of the new year. Hooray!
I've been having a weird, less-than-preferable year. For family reasons, I have had less time available to do arts and things. As a result, I haven't been doing nearly as much. I am working to resolve that, but I don't know what the other side of that road looks like.
But, that is only half the story. The other half has to do with game development. If you've been following me for a while, you may or may not know that I have a love-hate relationship with gamedev. I love doing it, I always feel anxious when I am not doing it, yet there are a lot of barriers that make finishing projects... difficult. This year, I got a Playdate microconsole, in part so I could guilt-trip myself into sticking to a project. It actually kinda worked! I have been dedicating most of the remaining free time I have towards my game, and I have also been feeling less motivated to do fatfur art over my game. I have definitely swung back to the "love" side of my relationship.
I don't know what this means for the future of my art. My mood tends to change a lot. Some days I feel like I should throw in the towel on normal art and make fatfur games (that fatfur Pokeclone is still on my mind!). Other days I feel I should work up my animation skills. Other other days I feel I should instead continue to do art and just up the quality. Today was the rare day where the last mood lasted long enough to overpower my gamedev mood and carry through a pic, combined with the incredibly incredibly rare Guaranteed 2 Hours of Free Time that I don't really get any more.
If I had to guess at my future, once I get my household baggage in order and have less to worry about with going all fat all the time, I'll probably start working more on fat games. Maybe fatfur Pokeclone, maybe another idea, maybe even something that isn't specifically fatfur but has an obese animal in it anyways. I don't want to make promises, I am far too flaky for that right now, but I feel like that's a natural evolution of my artistic skillset. The biggest issue is the Patreon news, since even if I do get a solid pace with fatfur gamedev I would have next to no avenues for funding. Eh, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
Tl;dr I am alive, just lacking in motivation and even more so in solid blocks of time.
(Also if you're wondering about the end of Snow Angels; I have all the pieces to put together, I've just been procrastinating on the proofreading. Writing kinda sucks like that! Hopefully it'll be out soon.)

Tumblr!
Posted 3 years agoFind it at: https://www.tumblr.com/blog/chellechonk
This is a bit of a gamble for me, I just wanted to find another good art site. One where it's easier to reach far than FA, but not as BS and cruel as Twitter. Hopefully this works (and my rampant obesity fits the narrow amount of allowed nsfw)!

A Heads Up for Account Renaming
Posted 4 years agoJust to let y'all know, now that it's public info that account renaming will be coming to FA at some point, I will probably change my name quickly after it happens. Probably RyujiThicc, to match my Twitter account. See y'all then!
Cannot upload to FA?
Posted 5 years agoIs anyone else getting this? It won't let me upload any images, which is a shame because I have a ref for a new character I really like.
Lucosa FA Page
Posted 5 years agoMaking a new comic, Lucosa!
Posted 5 years agohttps://twitter.com/lucosa_

This comic will be more serious in tone, following a continuing story of a young creature from a violent race trying to find a place in the world! (Also the protagonist is hella chubby, if ya want some of that too :p)

Instagram!
Posted 6 years agoI am not fully on-board with FA or Twitter, as shown with my attempt to leave to Weasyl earlier this year. Now I have another attempt to broaden my social media reach, this time without leaving FA: Instagram! You can check me out at https://www.instagram.com/ryujithicc?r=nametag ! I'm going to be posting mostly the same stuff that I do here & on Twitter, but I'd appreciate y'all checking it out, especially cause neither FA nor Twitter are entirely the best sites. There aren't really that many truly great furry art sites, but I hope spreading myself across a few good ones will be better than living and dying by one of them.
Update on Spoopups
Posted 6 years agoHey y'all! I've been gone for a long time, and I'll probably be gone for a long while still. This isn't a return or anything, I just had something I wanted to say.
Recently I've heard of a lot of drama with the Protogen species, with odd mixtures of Protogens (like pinata or winged protogens) being illegal or banworthy. I also heard about Primagens, a similar species from the same creator that is not open to anyone who doesn't pay and is protected by copyright law. That's harsh. Like, waaaaay too harsh. However, it made me remember my own closed species: spoopups. (Click here for details.)
And so, from this day on, spoopups are an open species. Make as many as you like. Make them as weird as you like. Make them as skinny or as tubby as you like. No worries from me. They only started as a closed species so I could get some side money when money was tight, but since that didn't pan out I might as well make these optionally-doughy dogs available again.
(Also, who knows! If you do want to make a spoopup that isn't immobilizingly obese, I might be willing to draw some again! You can contact me at
ryujidev, but do note that I'm much more picky about the weight of what I draw now ^^;)

Posted 7 years agoI'm gonna try and explain what I'm thinking in the way that least leads to tons of drama, since there is waaaay to much drama in the furry community that I see. So, sorry to add to it, here's what I'm doing.
So, if you saw my recent post about Twitter, you would know that I've been experimenting with the idea of gaining weight IRL. Well, my family found out, and they had an honest talk with me about it and their concerns for my health. They feel like I would be putting myself in a terrible position if I decide to disregard my health and gain weight, and also that the fatfur community is a catalyst for me normalizing and accepting something as unhealthy as obesity. I wasn't keen on what they were saying initially, but after we had our discussion, I think a lot of their points are right. So, I'm going to be leaving the fatfur community and trying to fit into the less kinky side of the community. This will likely take the form of a little bit of art and some more furry-ish game development, which you can follow at
ryujidev.
Since this is a pretty heavy topic and my decision has some weighty implications (puns half-intended), I would like to answer some questions right here and right now.
Q: Are you deleting your old art?
A: No. The one promise I made when I started doing art is that I'd leave everything up even if I personally hated it. If at least one person likes it, then removing it would do nothing but hurt them. There is definitely more than one person who likes my art, so it will stay in-tact. The only thing that will visually change on my page is likely a link to my new page.
Q: Are you deleting Ryuji and your other OCs?
A: I don't know, it will be a case-by-case basis kind of thing. I definitely will be keeping Ryuji around, although I've already slimmed him down to being mildly chubby instead of the squishy lardball he currently is.
Q: What will happen to SotFK?
A: I'm going to try and hand the creative reigns over to a close friend and will keep tabs on the game for about a month to try and get game developers into the SotFK community (or even make some people in the community already developers!). I don't know if the game will survive this change, but I hope it does for the sake of the fanbase it built over the past year.
Q: What about the other game ideas you had?
A: For those who don't know, I had two other fatfur game ideas I've been throwing around that I might work on over SotFK. And these ideas are coming with me, but will likely be reworked to not be fat-themed. I already know how I can do this with the action/puzzle platformer, but Blubbermon may be a bit more difficult to adapt. I'll give it the ol' college try, though.
Q: Why are you listening to your judgemental/fat-phobic family instead of what you want to do?
A: This is why I don't like politics; everyone is peer pressuring everyone else to the point that it is hard to know who is working in your best interest anymore. I don't think anyone here is being "the bad guy," anyways. My family care for my health and all of you just like a body type that goes against normal beauty standards by a couple hundred pounds. However, when it comes to who I'll listen to, I will choose my family. I know that they care deeply about me, which is why they wanted to change my mind so much.
Q: So you hate fatties now, just after one overnight talk?
A: No, not at all. I still think that this community is really strong and positive towards diversity and alternate beauty standards, and I love it for that. However, the thing that it is striving for is not healthy, and I do not want to be sucked into it, especially if it means I'll be too fat to do anything for the best years of my life. For those of you sticking in the community (which, don't let my departure be the only thing that makes you leave if you aren't), I love and respect you. However, I would also like you to think about the health of yourself and what you're glorifying. If you want to gain weight or idolize weight gain, only do it because you think it's worth it despite the health concerns, not because obesity is actually healthy somehow. It isn't for me, but if it is for you, I respect you entirely.
Q: Will you ever return?
A: The chance is small, but not nonexistent. To be honest, this is also a bit of an experiment for me, seeing if my love of fat furs and people is just a phase in my life or if running away from it is me repressing my sexuality. I want to try and become a healthier person by leaving, but it it leads me into an unhealthy mindset by avoiding something I really resonate with, I will come back. Until then, however, I'll see you on the other side of the community. Thank you so much for the support you have given me this past year and a half.

Final Statement on the Ko-Fi For Now
Posted 7 years agoHello, I just wanted to say that I decided on what I wanna do with the Ko-Fi that I set up. More specifically, what it will do now vs. what it will do later.
What it will do now is nothing. Just donations at the moment. I've already got 5 pieces of art, a pixel art app beta, and possibly more that I would like to ideally have done in the next week or so before my summer term starts, so I'm going to veto any attempts to add fuel to the flame.
What it will do later is commissions. 2 of the 5 art things I'm working on were from commissions from friends who found out about my Ko-Fi one way or another. I don't think it'll be something I do often, but I think that it could work out to do every once-in-a-while. So yeah. I'll do commissions on my Ko-Fi at some point, but right now it does nothing but give me money. You can do that if you want, but I don't wanna make anyone do it obviously ^^

Nevermind on the Game
Posted 7 years agoThe game I mentioned in the last journal, the one I was making sprites for on donations, is going through some difficulties right now. I don't wanna say too much more because it is kinda personal to the people involved. What does matter is that donations no longer go towards making sprites.
So what do donations go towards?
I dunno.
I didn't really have a backup plan and i still don't. One thing that I learned from this experience is that I don't really like doing tons of commissions, so I don't think I'll do that. I dunno what else to do, though. So if you have suggestions, let me know, and in the meantime my Ko-fi page will just kinda exist. I won't link it here because I don't wanna ask for money while I still figure out how to give back. That's all though, thank you for your time.

I have a Ko-fi or something!
Posted 7 years agoSo, I've recently been commissioned to do some sprite work for another person's fatfur game! However, he doesn't wanna buy my art in bulk, but rather he wants to set up donations so that people can pay me to make some assets for the game. Now that I have that foot in the door for donations, I figured that I might as well make the Ko-fi public!
The link is https://ko-fi.com/herpaderp . Right now the only benefit is that I'll make more basic tubby Pokemon sprites for the game, the first of which I'll upload hopefully soon, and then I'll figure it out from there. I'm thinking that, in the future, I might do Spoopup raffles when I get a certain amount of donations or something, but right now I'm only focusing on the sprites ^^

150 Watcher Q&A!
Posted 7 years agoI just got 150 watchers! I want to do something for the occasion, but I have way too much on my plate to announce another huge project or anything, so instead I'm just gonna open up this journal for people to ask me questions about whatever! I'll respond to anything I have a valid response to, so ask away!
Where I've Been
Posted 7 years agoHey, it's been awhile! And it'll likely be awhile again, since I'm not really back yet! I'm just here to give a little bit of context as to why my art, the platformer, and SotFK kinda fell off of the map this past month. Recently, a family member moved in with me, turning my quaint house of 3 into an overstuffed house of 4. Since I now have to share a room and since I spend a lot more time hanging out with family now that there is more around, I don't really have the time to dedicate to making stuff or talking. This is (hopefully) only a temporary change in living situation, so I should be back at some point in the not-so-distant future, but until I say so I will be pretty unresponsive. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope to be back soon <3

Platformer Game - About the First Update
Posted 8 years agoI basically have two options for you on the first patch for the platformer game.
The first option is to release a quick tech demo of the engine as-is with a few modifications. This would be fairly quick to be released, but there will be a lot of content in the engine currently that will be removed. As such, there will be some whiplash between the first and second updates plus some confusing mechanics in the first update that will not be at all like the game prompt.
The second idea is to wait until I have what I proposed for early development, which was an update with a glut of mechanics to test things out. This would also happen for the first option, but it would be the second update in option 1 whereas its the first update for this option. This option gives more of an emphasis on mechanics that could actually fit the prompt more, but will make the first patch take much longer to arrive
These are the two choices I have for you on what to do for the first update. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am pretty tired as I write this, so I may have explained something poorly.

Game Contest Winner + Follow-up Questions
Posted 8 years agoThe contest for the free game is officially over, and we have a winner:
smart~guy, with his concept for a 2D platformer with cartoony & fetishy deaths akin to Crash Bandicoot! This is a good base concept to work off of, but it obviously still leaves a lot of unanswered questions to be developed further. More of them will become apparent as development continues, but for now there are two main questions I would like to ask.
Question #1: What specie should our protagonist be?
This is a pretty open question, since pretty much every specie under the sun is applicable here. The only two species I will not be open to are foxes and humans. Humans are out because they do not fit under the umbrella of anthro animal and foxes are out because I already have a fox protagonist for Staff of the Fat King and for a personal project I am doing outside of the furry community. Other than that, also keep in mind that the specie in question will undergo a lot of different means of death, including squishing, fattening, inflating, being eaten, and many more. Don't pick something if you don't wanna see it undergo a variety of kinky deaths.
Question #2: What other game mechanics should be present?
Move and jump are good fundamentals for a game, but they don't make a game fun all on their own. There need to be other game mechanics to go alongside the fun deaths, and that's what I need you to decide. I already have an idea or two of my own, but I would like to see what external mechanic ideas all of you had. They could be focused on utility (like a double jump), combat (like a ground pound), or something completely different. My plan is to try and put most of these suggested mechanics into the game and have each one usable for a single test stage. Then, the mechanics that get a positive response will be put into the final game.
That is about all I need to know for now. I don't know when the first pre-alpha release will be, since I already have a pretty competent platformer engine yet also kinda wanna wait until the long-awaited SotFK Alpha 1.2 is released so I don't get further distracted from my original furry game venture. Until then, I will eagerly await your responses and see you all soon ^^

Thoughts on Various Fetishes (For Game Contest)
Posted 8 years agoBased on people's feedback, there seems to be an interest in the game suggestion contest thing, so that is what I plan to do for the anniversary of my art stuff. More details on that, however, will arrive in the coming days. For now, here's a list of fetishes that I will and will not be willing to make in game form. I was going to upload this at the same time as the contest thread, but I have already written it out, so I decided to upload it now. If you have questions, let me know below! ^^
FETISHES I USUALLY ACCEPT:
With only a few exceptions, I am usually open to these.
FAT FURS:
Surprise surprise, the tubby tanuki with the 300 pound dog monster likes fat things. The things I usually will not accept with fat are things I can't draw or animate well in pixel art (like slobs) or sub-fetishes I don't enjoy as much (like muscleguts). That said, if you have something fat, I will likely accept it.
INFLATION:
Pretty much the only other fetishy thing I draw on FA, I am a bit accepting of inflation, but I am also pretty harsh on what I'll deny. First, no popping. The gruesome nature of popping completely kills my mood on the thing in question. Also, for some reason, I don't like blueberry inflation, so that is off of the list as well. Other than that, ask away and I'll let you know if there is a problem.
VORE:
I don't draw it often, but I'm down with vore. Fatal or non-fatal, it's okay with me. The only stipulations I have with vore are no x-ray shots and no anal vore. Anal vore is a no-go due to the relative SFW focus of my works, and x-ray shots are off the table because, for me personally, it highlights vore's infamously bizarre proportions and kills the mood. Typically, however, vore is fine with me.
MICRO/MACRO:
Another fetish I don't typically explore in my art, micro and macro art is fine with me. It can create cool gameplay ideas and there is nothing about it that turns me away (that I know of), so I am fine with these two.
GORE:
Now HERE'S a surprising one! Let me say this up front -- no, I do not like gore in the same way I like fat and stuff. I know some people are attracted to it, but not me. However, you don't need to be turned on by blood to get a kick out of Saw. Gore can lead to a ton of awesomely gruesome action and horror games that can be enjoyed outside the fetish and really strike home to people inside the fetish. The only thing I won't do with gore is merge it with other fetishes, like doing popping with inflation or anything explicitly sexual.
GENERAL FURRY STUFF:
Who says furry stuff needs to have another fetish with it? I'm fine with generic furry folk being used for a game.
FETISHES I SOMETIMES ACCEPT:
These are things that I might do or might not do. It's really determined on a case-by-case basis.
MUSCLE FURS: I'm only down with muscular furs when it is realistic. If there is a buff boi, I am okay with it. If the buff boi has pecs that are three times bigger than his head, I start to tune out. I'm also not a super big fan of muscleguts, as stated above, since I am a pudge purist who likes his fatties nice and soft.
TRANSFORMATION: I am fine with things becoming other things, but I don't really like the transformation process. I don't know how to draw it well, either. If the transformations are quick or instantaneous, I am all for it.
FURSUIT: I don't know how a fursuit pixel art game would work, but if you figure it out, I'll be happy to oblige.
ANY FETISH NOT LISTED HERE: If I don't mention something, go ahead and ask about it and hope for the best! You'll either get what you want or help make the list more specific for others ^^.
FETISHES I WON'T ACCEPT:
I don't like these. Not much else to say.
HYPER/EXPLICIT SEXUALITY (ANYTHING MORE THAN PG-13)
DIAPERS
WATER SPORTS/SCAT
FARTING
PREGNANCY
FETISHES I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT:
I don't have experience with these, so I will tentatively accept these and cancel them if I can't work with them.
PAWS
BONDAGE
That's about it for what I can think of! If I am missing anything, let me know and I'll get it up here!~

Ideas for 1 Year Anniversary?
Posted 8 years agoOn the 21st, I will have officially been an artist for one year on FurAffinity! I feel like I should do something for the occasion, but I don't really know what. As such, I'd like to open it up to all of you. What ideas do you have for this event.
If you need help, I do have two ideas that I have been tossing around. The first is an AMA or Q&A. This would be simple and sweet, but also pretty boring. The other idea is to start preproduction on a new game, with the game's premise either being randomly picked from someone in a raffle or voted on by all of you. This would be much more fun to do, but it would also probably take a backseat to Staff of the Fat King, so its development would be incredibly slow. I would like to hear your guys' thoughts on the matter, and whether you want one of these two options or have a better idea of your own. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
EDIT: A friend of mine gave me three other suggestions! His suggestions were for an art raffle, a comic to thank everyone, or a weight gain drive for Ryuji! If you would like these options as well, let me know! ^^

Any Ideas for Ryuji Art?
Posted 8 years agoAs I said in the Ryuji ref sheet, I don't have too many ideas on what to do with the guy. I have an idea for a Christmas thing, but that will probably be made closer to actual Christmas day. Do you guys have any other ideas for the fat tanuki?
New Stance on Requests
Posted 8 years agoI figured I shluld let you all know what is happening with requests and stuff since it has been a bit of a mess since Staff of the Fat King began production. Basically, since I have little external incentive to work on request art, whether or not I work on your requests or not is basically determined on my mood. Since moods can change, that means that my stance on art pieces can change dramatically as well. One day I may feel like I can't do a certain piece at my upmost quality and should cancel it, while the next day I could find a new way to think about it and resume work on it. Some days, I'll even just ignore this question and work on SotFK instead. Basically, the status of everything I do is always on a razor's edge, so I didn't want to make any official statement on a piece of art one way or the other if my stance would change at a moment's notice.
As such, I'm gonna finally aknowledge it and let this indecisiveness stop haunting me. As of now, every request is officially on the table yet also somewhat in the dark. Since I can change my mind on anything at a moment's notice, I will not give any matter-of-fact status updates on request art. Every pieces is in limbo between cancellation and completion until they are released.
In other words, things will basically stay the same as they have been. It's just official now.
Also, as a benefit to this, I'm going to open back up to suggestions, but they will be held to the same standard. Contact me by any means that you are most comfortable with and, unless it is something I absolutely will not do, it will rejoin the same limbo as all the old requests. If you are imaptient, however, you can also schedule a trade of some kind. I'm generally willing to trade with most artists if I have the time ^^

Cerberus Halloween Costume Suggestions
Posted 8 years agoI wanted to celebrate Halloween somehow, so I decided to do a short weight gain series with my old-ish OC Cerberus. However, he needs a costume of some sort to get candy with (and later tear through). Suggestions?
The Near Future - Art & Commissions
Posted 8 years agoNOTE: I am pretty bad at determining what will and will not affect my productivity, so this journal may be entirely pointless. However, I figured that it'd be better to explain my situation than leave everyone clueless.
Tomorrow I am going to be moving to live with other family so that I can attend college. This is probably going to rattle up my ability to work on stuff like SotFK and my normal art commissions, so scheduling may be a tad bit wonky while I settle into my new abode and schedule.
So whqt does this mean for the art side of things? Honestly, it may improve my productivity. My time spent working on art commissions is inversely proportional to the time I spend on SotFK, so there's a chance I'll make more art in the coming months. This is because I have more opportunities to make art than I do to make SotFK, and said art time gets eaten up by a need for more SotFK art when I am working on the game. Also, if I do make more art, I may experiment more. Namely, I want to try doing more pixel art with low resolutions and some animation, like the art I have done for SotFK, and maybe try to expand my horizons when it comes to stuff I kinda avoided before, like vore or big-breasted BBWs. Only time will tell if this will actually happen or not, however.

Fat RPG - Possible Idea for 100 Watcher Special
Posted 8 years agoNote: Everything I mention here is not guaranteed, since I just had this idea and haven't had time to develop it further. I don't even know how plausible it is to make the game, so I don't know when -- if at all -- it will be completed.
I've been a tad bit obsessed with the idea of a fat-based game since I started (when you make pixel art, it's kinda inevitable) and, since I just hit this milestone, I figured that giving a crack at it might turn out well. As such, I would like to hear some feedback on my idea for a weight gain RPG tentatively known as "Staff of the Fat King."
STORY CONCEPT: The world was once ruled by a benevolent king that brought years of peace to his kingdom. His name has been lost to time, but everyone now calls him the Fat King due to his impressive weight (Imagine William Taft times 2). Right before his demise, he promised the people one thing; the peaceful rule of the kingdom would return once someone as large as him can wield his staff. Many years later, after numerous unsuccessful attempts to gain the weight for such a feat, your hero comes into place to reach the improbable goal and reinstate the peaceful rule promised so long ago.
GAMEPLAY CONCEPT: The idea behind SotFK is not too unlike the recent game "Miitopia" in that you can talk up a town or go out on a journey where the player walks automatically to encounter obstacles. After that, however, the similarities start to disappear. First, instead of short roads with frequent inns, the road is infinite and randomly generates every time you set out from the town. The town also serves as the hub for buying things and healing, and you can return to the town at any time. Finally, combat will be different. You can only play as yourself, rather than having a party, and the combat is turn-based with each ability having some kind of trick to using it better like in the Mario & Luigi series.
The most unique aspect, however, is food. Rather than drop experience immediately on death, enemies will drop a plethora of food that you can eat at the press of a button to gain experience and weight. However, you can also sell food for gold in the town or toss food at enemies in battle to fatten THEM, increasing the chances for a higher food payout at the end of the battle to make back what you lose and, with enough skill or patience, immobilizing them to stun them for a short duration if not the whole battle. Finally, since weight is a huge aspect of the game, your character will actively grow in size every ten levels, with armor needing to be in a certain size range to be worn and old armor tearing off of your character when it no longer fits. Finally, there will also be a "God Mode" where you can mess with things like your level or stats at any time that is mostly used for players who don't care about RPG gameplay and just want to see copious amounts of fattening protagonists.
OTHER STUFF: The game will be made either in Java or straight JavaScript/HTML5 to allow for easy playing through the browser. If the game is made with Java (which is quite likely atm), players will be able to also download a desktop version of the game that can save your progress. Still not sure how I will make the game, since I do most of my furry-related stuff on my phone, where developing a desktop game is impossible, but I will try to figure it out. If I can't get any meaningful progress, I will probably just upload all of the unfinished assets onto an alternate FA account for y'all to pick through and then I'll make a YCH or something.
WHERE YOU GUYS COME IN: You all are probably the most important aspect to this project, since it was made to thank you all for supporting me.
First, I need to know if this is something you are interested in. I don't want to make a game nobody wants.
Secondly, I need you to help make the game playable by testing it as progress is made. The game will probably launch quite rough around the edges, as well as possibly incomplete if I need early feedback on how the game plays. I need you to tell me what you do and do not like/want in the game. Even without a playable demo, I am open to critiques and suggestions based on what I described above.
Finally, I would like you to be in the game. I thought it would be a cute idea to have your OCs as the NPCs in the game, so I will soon be opening applications where you can request your OC to be put into the game. I don't know exactly what I need right now, but I think I just need name, appearance, preferred size (I will have a chart), and gender. Do not submit an application yet; The thread to do so will be uploaded soonish. This isn't a YCH or auction, either; I am willing to accept pretty much every OC, although they will likely need to be anthro-ified if they are not already anthro.
In conclusion, thanks again for 100 watchers and for reading about my weird random passion project! Hopefully more details soon
