Extending Comic Hiatus - Head Fucked; Needs Repairs
General | Posted 12 years agoAs the title may suggest, I'm extending the hiatus on my comic updates. Things have honestly been very challenging for me recently and though I hate to admit I'm struggling, fact is that I am. Without going into details, a lot of shit has been going down around me, and it's really taken its toll on me. Couple that with the constant nightmares I can't escape from, and you've got some major brain-malfunctions that I need to resolve. I'm still working on my comic constantly, but at this point I don't feel I should bog myself down further with the added stress of falling behind in my updates. For whoever's been following Dungeonscape so far: I'm sorry. Updates will resume again at the end of April, I promise.

Hex's One-Hour Pornography
General | Posted 13 years agoSo... minor idea. Thinking of doing a regular first-come, first-serve art offer. Hex's One-Hour Pornography (Gonna be under the hash-tag #HOHP)! I will give warning (or won't) as to when I'm planning on it, and I will try to draw a sexy-sexy-hexy-fun-time picture featuring your char with Hex within a single hour, then I'll send you the sketch showcasing however much I managed to complete!
Why, you may ask? For one: minor reason, really wanna get more erotic art of Hex. I mean, why not, right? Porn's kinda fun in its own naughty lil way. It's fun seeing what kind of kinky shenanigans our favourite six-fold Hare gets in to. Two: It'll be one hour of focused drawing to help me warm up before I start work on my comic. So far, I've noticed this really helps me get into the drawing mood, and really keeps me focused on my work.
So win win win. Show of hands: yay? Nay?

Irawn Comics Begins When The World Ends
General | Posted 13 years agoYou read that right. I finally have a launch date for Irawn Comics! After six years of day-dreaming, plotting, planning and talking about it, it is finally happening!
The first comic to be featured on Irawn Comics, and the comic I am working on, is "Dungeonscape". Without going too far into detail and risking spoilers, Dungeonscape is about the creation and destruction of worlds! It's a fight against change and a desperate gambit to preserve the past! It's about comaraderie and betrayal! It's the comic that will define the Irawn multiverse!
Currently I have three pages finished and another in progress. I can say this for sure: it is ugly as sin by sin's standards. However, nothing will come of my dreams if I let that stop me! Small beginnings.

General | Posted 13 years agoSo I left early Friday morning... About 6:00am. But not to RF. Instead, I had to go to work in a dull, life-less soul-prison called an office because I couldn't book the time off. Needless to say, Twitter was my worst enemy. All those merry tweets of RF! I had to avoid the Twitter... It was so painful to read... But work was SOOO boring without it!
But then, to soothe my boredom... SHE came...
She is Muffapuff Snugglepops the Sprinkle Fairy. She came out of nowhere, all sunshine and rainbows, to make my day easier despite the fact that she was probably just a byproduct of my declining sanity. How cheerful she was...
"Was" being the operative word. All the happy died the minute I discovered what her sprinkles were...
...Dead orphans in a blender... THEY WERE MADE FROM BLENDED DEAD ORPHANS!!!
And that's when she turned on me. Brandishing a knife, she chased me out of the office! But I had backup!!
urudezu in an abrams tank! We made our daring getaway!
But she had the megazord. THE FUCKIN MEGAZORD!!!
Through traffic and border police, we made our daring escape! But it was for nothing! She destroyed the tank! She somehow found a Star Destroyer and star destroyed our tank!!
So we made our getaway on the back of a caffinated moose.
We rode into the night! Dodging and galloping away from lasers the size of small buildings! But despite our best evasive maneuvers... We didn't expect...
The laser she rigged on the space-needle. The poor moose... Didn't see it coming...
In a hurry, we hijacked some dumpy Chevy Cobalt and continued our escape... BUT DATBAN LEFT THE FREAKIN KEYS TO THE DEATH STAR UNATTENDED!! GUESS WHO GOT AHOLD OF THEM?!?! SNUGGLEPOOOOOOOOOOPS!!!
Fortunately, we were saved by a bunch of teenagers with starships, lasers, and amazing hair! The Deathstar went BOOM! We were saved!!
...Until we saw her Dr Strangelove-ing the fucking laser straight towards us!!
We survived only because of a near miss... But she's died... Or so I thought.
We arrived at the hotel at around 9:00.
As a side note: we found Temrin

Saturday: I introduced Urudezu to his first furry con. It was funny, he seemed so out of place... But he seemed to have had fun.
I bought pictures from Nim-nim and Luckypan. Concept sketches of a new character of mine: a robo-shark named Cael. Long story short? Those two make anything and everything sexy. The pics turned out WONDERFULY
We went to a couple of panels, had dinner with Dragonman Mike, then danced the night away during Akonite's set.
Whole lot of craziness went on. Bunch of us Canaderps got wounded all over the place! Dunno all the details, so it's not my place to remark on that.
Sunday: we grabbed Sepiaa and went home. And that was that!
