[TMI] Life stuff, abusive household and asking for help

I´m doing alright. I´m home alone and waiting for a trial to go through so that I can get a restraining order (judges went on strike so this is painstakingly slow).
My mother tried to murder me on the night of the 24th. I have witnesses and I went straight to the police to file a report. She was taken away to a psych ward and I am being updated on her state by the psychiatrist who handles her case. I am also in contact with the medical team in my city who might be able to help me by talking to the public prosecutor in my behalf (because of their involvement with both me and my mother, whatever they say is stronger than any claims I can make on my own) and will be meeting with social services on Tuesday to handle Stuff like basic needs and whatnot.
I´m injured (just a small cut on my knee, but it makes walking difficult) and doing tons of stuff irl, but I´m trying to ease back into doing art again. I´m sketching out some stuff that I hope I can share soon. <3

I'm currently unemployed since I got fired for taking medical leave. I spent the last year trying to get hired in a new place but I can only work remote where I don't even get interviewed or in my town irl where you are required to have a car license to work (which I can't afford to get). I live with my mother in a flat I inherited (she didn't and this will be relevant later)
My mom is a coke addict and threatens me daily. She has bipolar disorder and BPD and doesn't receive any medication nor go to therapy. I'm 23 now, but when I was 13 I was taken into a house for minors because she was deemed unfit to have my guardianship. I only came "back home" because I didn't have any other family nor place to stay. She's trying to kick me out of MY house by breaking my stuff (she broke my ipad a month or so ago, it -still- works but who knows for how long the screen will keep up), throwing out my clothes, throwing out my food, threatening me, yelling at the mic when I have online classes, cutting off the power for my entire household so my PC shuts down, throwing away medical supplies I *need* to live (insulin), forcefully getting me out of the flat and locking the door so I can't go in until she deems fit and I'm not receiving any help since she hasn't hit me -yet- (word for word what a policeman said- always remember ACAB and won't help you at all). I wake up daily by hearing her screaming at me things like I don't deserve to be alive and that she will whore me out so she can pay her coke. She sexually abused me when I was 12 so I don't have much in me to want to draw anything NSFW for myself anymore- I'm just not in touch with sexuality as anything but an active threat.
She gets paid by the government and, since I'm part of her household, I can't receive -any- monetary help by the government. She spends it all on coke and tobacco. I can barely afford to eat once a day (sometimes not even that since she periodically throws away my stuff) I would only be considered as my own household if I move out for at least 2 years so I won't be able to get any help atm.
One of my teachers wants to hire me, but I haven't been given an estimate on *when* that would happen and I can't stretch my stay here much longer. I am actively looking for a place I could at least couchsurf at- but I also need to find someone who will look after my two cats so I'm still forced to stay here until I can take care of them. I graduated with honors so I'm actively trying to find someone who could let me stay with them at a city where I could keep studying programming since I'd be at the top of the list.
The only money I get comes from comms and tips I get from old clients. I can still draw NSFW stuff- it just doesn't come to me naturally, you know? I'm okay doing discounts or whatever for older clients but I basically need to save up as much as possible so I can MAYBE leave this summer or at least afford to pay a lawyer to kick her out of my house (she actually has another place to stay in in a different town, it's not like she'd go homeless- which I would if she manages to kick me out by changing the lock when I go out (another threat!)).

Police can't do anything, medical team can't do anything. I'm meeting with a public defender on Monday. I'm currently looking for someone who might be able to send me 15 euros monthly (maybe something like a monthly sketch for a discounted price?) so I can keep paying my phone line. I haven't slept over 3 hours for a single day since I wrote this original post... please be patient with me. Kisses.

Surgery recovery funds - Commissions/donations/tips welco...
Posted 2 years agoI'm getting surgery later this year! The surgery itself will be free since it's covered by public healthcare, but the surgeon told me that everything healing-related is not. I'll be needing a compression vest and want to get stuff like pillows, no-rinse wipes, buy groceries in advance... (with my current income i usually buy week-to-week, but I probably won't be able to go outside for at least two weeks) It will also probably make me have to stop drawing for a bit, which is why I'm trying to save up some money specifically for when I need to take this break.
