12/11/09 19:52:47 Hikari Shade: How is buying art in a game any diffrent then buying any other art online?

12/11/09 19:53:14 E: Not on some game.
12/11/09 19:53:17 Hikari Shade: And I would love to, but I have no way to pull the money off my paypal without jumping through hoops and losing a good chunk of it to transfer fee's
12/11/09 19:53:21 Hikari Shade: Cant.
12/11/09 19:53:28 E: Bullcrap.
12/11/09 19:53:41 E: thats what bank accounts are for. <.<
12/11/09 19:53:59 Hikari Shade: Please dont tell me its bullcrap when I know its not. I know the situation and you do not.
12/11/09 19:54:07 Hikari Shade: My account is American. I am living in Canada
12/11/09 19:54:14 E: Haha, you're a Canadian?
12/11/09 19:54:19 Hikari Shade: my husbands bank has issues with paypal, believe me we have tried
12/11/09 19:54:22 Hikari Shade: my husband is
12/11/09 19:54:39 E: I'm sorry but that makes my sides hurt with laughter.
12/11/09 19:54:47 Hikari Shade: *flattens ears*
12/11/09 19:55:06 E: Anyway, have fun with that. *snickers*
12/11/09 19:56:26 Hikari Shade: You know what, Im done talking to you. I dont like talking to rude people, especially ones who make assumptions about things they dont know about.
Things done wrong here.
1) Demanding free art. While I do art for friends free sometimes, and with close friends we even joke about free art, something about his tone didnt sit right with me, especially sense Ive only spoken with this person a few times, and never in depth except on the topic of kitsune lore.
2) Assuming he knows what situation I have with my paypal and the issues we have getting money off of it (just ask
and
about the fun we have to have to get our money off online). And just just assuming, but doing so in a rude way.
3) Whenever I say "flattens ears", people thats a warning. Seriously. Just like with an animal, that means your treading dangerous waters and to back off. Maybe he didn't know that, but even so... Use common sense.
4) Laughing at or insulting my husbands nationality, or my own, or anyone else's. It doesn't matter what country or where you come from. People should be judged for themselves, not their nationality. Yes, Ive made my share of jokes about the nationality of my friends. But its always in jest, and they know that. They know I dont see them as a nationality but as a person, and their nationality is just a flavoring on top of the main dish.
I went back to furcadia for a friend, he missed a dream he used to go to that closed down, and I happened to be one of the original creators of said dream and had a copy of it, actualy I had an improved version of the dream he had missed. Ive been uploading it for about the last month now. I havent strayed too much from my dream, and as a gift for my husband, I was going to buy him a ferin foxen for life for christmas, since they have a good sale going on, and its about the only avatar that might tempt him to get back on furc and keep some company with me. And its one of the few things I can buy online that I know he would enjoy and that I could afford. Hence why I have been doing the icons, to save up for it.
So yeah.. Im a little annoyed right now... *is done ranting*

I dislike being called a Nogitsune... -.-
Posted 16 years agoApparently I need to do some clarification.
1- I am NOT a nogitsune character. Hikari abides by all of Inari's Laws and is therefore not a nogitsune, even if her element is Shadow and not Celestial.
2- Just because a kitsune's element isn't celestial, does not mark them as a nogitsune. Kitsune dont get a choice as to what element they are born as. Inari isn't going to discriminate against Her children just because they were born to the fire element, and not the celestial. So long as a kitsune abides by Her Laws, they are not a nogitsune. Nogitsune are 'wild foxes'. They have not sworn themselves to Inari or have turned away from Her laws, and are not necessarily evil. Kitsune will often drive off or kill nogitsune who refuse to atone and repent (A kitsune will ALWAYS attempt to first bring the nogitsune back to Inari's ways before driving them off or killing them) as Nogitsune are troublesome and can cause many problems (which can be blamed on the kitsune by the mortals), and kitsune by nature are protective of those living within their territories.
3- Celestial is the most COMMON element for kitsune, however other elements are well known about. Other most common elements for kitsune are Shadow and Wind, however they can be tied to any of the 13 low elements, which are:
Earth
Wind
Fire
River
Ocean
Thunder
Music
Void (aka Shadow)
Celestial (Aka Heaven, aka Light)
Time
Mountain
Forrest
Spirit
4- Educate Yourself
5- If you want to know more, or discuss things with me, IM me on MSN.

Goodbye Grandpa
Posted 16 years agothis is for my own... grief... and for my lack of being able to whisper it to him in person since I cannot make it to his funeral on Monday. I dont need any words of condolences, as I know people are apt to do. He has had Alzheimers for many years, so in a way, this is a happy time.
Hello Grandpa. I know its been a long time since you saw me last. I was what, sixteen then? Seventeen? I dont even remember. But I do remember you. I remember how you smelled, like spice. And how whenever I hugged you, your stubble always scratched my cheek. I remember how you laughed and smiled at me whenever we visited. I always looked forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that we could come and visit you and Grandma.
Im sorry we didn't get to visit more. And its only now that youve passed on, that I realize how much I missed you. And how much I wish I could have visited more. I know, that Alzheimer's took your memory away, and perhaps its best that my last visit with you was the last, so I did not see you as you withered. But I still regret not being able to see you more. You were such a strong male figure in my life, and almost the only one I had, since dad lived so far from us and could not see us. I remember thinking how huge you were, and that you had to be immortal. But those were my childish thoughts of fancy, and now with you going to your final rest, I know that no matter how much I wished it, no man is immortal, not even you.
I will miss you, more then I think even I know. We became distant as I grew older, but somehow, you always had a part of my heart. And now there is a hole where I know you used to be. But that pain is alleviated by the fact, that I know you are finally at peace. The ghosts of your memories of WW2 and Korea are gone, and your mind is once more your own. Sickness no longer clouds your mind and you are free to know more then any mere mortal is allowed. I wish you many safe journeys on your new path on the great blue road. And I know that you will watch over us. I will keep my mind and heart open to receive any messages you might give to me.
May warm winds blow at your back, and the road you now travel be soft underfoot. I love you grandpa. And I will miss you. And one day, I will find you on that great blue road of the afterlife and follow swiftly at your feet, tugging at your hand as I so often did as a child.
