Switching to a new name
General | Posted 14 years agoAfter a long hiatus I'm finally doing something on FA, namely changing over to my updated account at 
HikaruKitsune here on FA. It will simply be a continuation of where I post the commissions I bought. And boy do I have a big stockpile, it's going to be added gradually in the next few days.
Everything on this account will stay as it is. ^_^.

General | Posted 16 years agoThrough my own stupidity I messed up a hard drive switch and the backups for my computer, losing a lot of art/journals/memories.
But you know what... I don't feel angry. Or sad. I actually feel relieved because it was becoming a huge mess to manage and now it's just all gone.
Time to start anew from a blank canvas...

Furfright con blip

silvanoir . Lost early in the poker tournament, and glad for it as I decided to check out the Masquerade which was an absolute blast. I was especially appreciative of the skit by 
kiffa_kitmouse and 
sedge as well as the dance routine by 
nekomon. Must buy the DVD next year.
I had a discussion with one of the artists there. This person clearly wishes to sell his/her works. However he/she does not buy anything from other artists. Money isn't the problem, as this person has a decent amount of savings available.
Obviously he/she does not have any obligation to buy anything, but it sounded strange to me how this artist is trying so hard to sell his/her artwork, yet steadfastly declines to buy anything from other artists. If everybody had his/her attitude, nobody would sell anything at the con.
Would it really hurt that much to buy a few prints for $10?

It's always hard to leave behind a piece of yourself, but it was time for me to move on with my current fursona. This will be my new home from now.
