So anyone want to share criticisms and opinions?

Getting sick of being poor and waiting for people who draw well to open.
I'm seriously considering just becoming an artist as a hobby. Where do I start? What should I be most aware of? Where should I begin on a budget?

So I just back from looking at my bank account and yeah it's gonna be long while before I get anymore commissions.
But I still need the dopamine rush from other people commenting on my characters and ideas so I thought why not ask the audience to guess the lore of my characters.
When you look at my art I have commissioned what do you think is the lore of my characters?
What do you think the setting is supposed to be?

How?

Does anyone remember a kobold comic thing?
It was like a tumblr webcomic after tumblr shot itself but used twitter responses. She was illiterate so people had to use pictures and their responses showed up in this magic book.
It had a female Kobold who was trying to open a weird chest with a weird lock that was like a keypad with multiple colors. If it helps it was kinda done in the style of Prequel.

I'm a genwunner so I don't know much after Pokemon Yellow besides the mons I already like such as Blaziken, Lugia, and the other sexy mons.
Now the most important thing here is the beauty of the 'mon in an anthro form. Things like type, techniques, etc. are secondary at best.

I understand that you put a great deal of time into creating your adopt and YCH but you also made the time limit. Yes it sucks that you aren't getting hundreds of dollars because for some reason interest in your amazing designs fell drastically but that changes nothing. You set the time limit.

Is there a means to get notified when an artist opens for comms or posts a new journal besides constantly reloading the webpage? I feel like there must be because otherwise it makes no freakin' sense to me how some people routinely find out about openings so much faster than I do so consistently.
