My Art TOS + Info About Me
Posted 5 months ago☆ Payment through PayPal or CashApp only, unless it is an agreed art trade. (and therefore art as payment instead of money.) I do not do requests, but I am usually open for art trades. You can find my art in my gallery mixed in with pieces I've commissioned. (Just look in the description to see what's mine I've drawn and what has been done by other artists. I credit each individual piece.)
☆ Once work has officially started I do refunds based on how much work has been done. For example, a picture that is 50% done would get a 50% refund. The commissioner agrees to this when they initially pay for their commission. I do not do full refunds unless the piece has not been started.
☆ My wait time on average is between 2 weeks - 3 months for one piece, depending on the level of details and complexity of the image. I always give WIP images to the client and will gladly make changes for them. (However, constantly asking for changes will result in an upcharge fee of up to $15 per change.) Once your piece is finished, I will send it via email.
☆ You as the client have all rights to your character but you must credit me as the artist for my work. For example, if you commission a picture from me, you just have to say "Art by Hionlo" and link back to one of my social media profiles. My work is NEVER authorized to be used as NFT's or AI and legal action will occur if done so.
☆ I will draw: furries, Warhammer/D&D, monsters, some fandom work (ask!), humanoids/aliens, Transformers and mecha. I will draw gore and NSFW sexual scenes. (I will draw fetish art such as vore, inflation, pup play, bdsm/bondage, hypno and watersports.) I take commissions generally 3-4 at a time, sometimes 5 slots. I work a full time job during the week and do 12 hour shifts, so art is generally done either late at night or on my days off.
