Yeah so! Things have been happening! Including me getting laid off.

On the one hand, it has given me the opportunity to rest, move to the apartment above my parents, do things I haven't done in ages

On the other hand - lack of income. It's not critical, and I know it's been a while since I offered commissions, but every little bit will give me a bit more of a cushion considering the job search is POOP right now

Anyways, I'll be putting some info together and putting up a post & journal about commissions soon!

That's just how I roll these days I guess long periods of nothing and then a lot of art at once. And I suppose I could like...space out my uploads. But I'm an impatient being lol

Anxiously awaiting the day I move to the upstairs apartment and have a whole room dedicated to art stuff :D hoping to have it usable by the end of this year.

I don't know what really to write here. As you may have noticed I have made a bunch of submissions recently. I did get an iPad last year sometime, I can't remember when. It's making digital art much easier for me. I say this through gritted teeth (i hate apple in so many ways) but I actually love the stupid thing. Was well worth the money tbh.

Anyways other than that I am just uh existing. Working. I started crocheting in november and haven't stopped yet, and I have more yarn than I know what to do with. Of course I do, that's just what happens right?

I have a canary now. Her name is Kora she is white with brown splotches and she's fantastic I love her so much.

My room is about 30-35% covered in plants. It is becoming a problem as they are outgrowing the space I have available for them D: I'll figure something out.

I MIGHT be able to make a Hollo suit partial for this MFF, depending on when I get the resin base for the head. I have most of the fur, so It shouldn't be that bad. Just need some neon green for the 'hawk and other bits.

Each time I hear about dogs and cats (and even ferrets ffff) on vegan pet foods I just can't handle it

Every now and then a post about vegan pet foods comes to my corner of tumblr and I just can't how is it a thing how can people think its morally sound to force animals onto a diet their bodies aren't meant to be eating why

-What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
I had ferrets, I loved ferrets, and then I remembered that ferrets are called carpet sharks and the rest is history.

-Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
How I want to be, I guess. How I think I would be if I had a chance to choose my own life sequence

-Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
At times! (Hollo is like half my personality and Ziggy/EC is the second half but Hollo is my main hrm)

-Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
Pretty much yeah. Except for swimming. I don't like swimming but Hollo's part shark it would be silly to keep him out of the water. Otherwise we're pretty spot-on with each other.

-Does your fursona look like you at all?
Body type wise yes except for uh gender stuff. Not the hair (though I wish I could).

-Is your fursona the same gender as you, if not why?
Hollo is MAAB genderfluid. I'm FAAB genderfluid. We're kind two sides of the same coin maybe.

-Do you have more then one main fursona?
Yes, Ziggy/Emocoati is the second.

-Do you have a back story for your fursona, if so does it have anything to do with your own history?
Yes and then no. Hollo (and Ziggy's) backstory isn't anything like mine (it involves crypto hunts and ghosts and magical stuff and a whole different world)

-Is your fursona mated, if so is it to your real life significant other?
Nope, and I don't foresee Hollo mated in the future. Or Ziggy.

-If not are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?
Nope. Both Hollo and Ziggy are polyamorous, neither is looking for a committed relationship. Hollo is all free love but he rarely gets into anything resembling relationships because he's not too good at getting hints and also he has other things to do like hunt cryptids and read ghost stories late into the night he just doesn't really think about relationships or meeting people or sexual stuff (whereas Ziggy isn't into relationships but is totally into the other stuff)

-Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart from others?
He's a carpet shark/shark ferret with a rad mohawk. Uh. I dunno.

-Do you have much art of your main fursona/s?
I love drawing Hollo! I haven't drawn him often lately because I've been feeling poopy and that's when I draw Ziggy and weird things :c

-Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona, if so why?

I haven't though it would be fun!
