so i come home to find out that my ferret Coco passed away during last night. She was active and alert while I was still home, eating and such. She did have problems with IBD and possibly insulinoma (blood sugar stuff) but she didn't look bad.
I have no idea why, what, how... why.

I miss her already. She was a cute little princess. Ferrets live way too short, with all the genetic problems and diseases it's just up in the air how long they make it.

I still have Mis, he's big and so far healthy and hopefully stays that way for a while.

I don't think I can handle any more ferrets after this though. Tikki went early this year and now Coco. merry fucking christmas indeed

So I was supposed to make a payment on the 11th on my student loans, but finding out I didn't have enough to cover it, I cancelled it. BUt they told me it might go through anyways, so I should call back on Monday 14th to get my refund.
Was told that it would show on my account within 7-10 days.
Call today to find out that the refund never went through because it would put my account past due. Was told that if I had called yesterday I might have gotten it refunded because it was within 15 days after my payment grace period but not today because it is day 16. So I can't get my money back. Because no one told me any of the actual information I needed to take care of this matter properly.

I'm over $200 in the red on my checking account, my other loans need payments, and I have no way of paying anything. Called my bank and I know that they can only do so much, but they did file a claim for me to try and get that money back. It's going to take a while though.

I don't know if it will work.

My mom is going to Poland, my dad is being a dick in a sense, and my new job, while awesome, has accepted me on as a permanent employee (yay) but I have to wait a month for my next paycheck (boo), sooooo...

I'll be opening for commissions, this weekend. I'm going to practice to get back up to speed on my tablet and I'm hoping if anyone wants Halloween things then yes. But really anything will go because I am down to a couple of dollars on my bank.

I'm finally finishing editing the longer one of my short (HAHA 14kwords isn't short I guess) stories that involves Hollo and Ziggy, and well I need to figure out where to put it out. I'm considering putting it up on Amazon Kindle for like $0.99 or $1.50 or something for shits'n'giggles and then like put a preview on here and also give people an option to read it for free because like no one knows me and how well will furry stories read on Kindle anyways? Ahaha...

ANYWAYS I guess I just wanted to let you all know? I've got a few other stories I've gotten finished/started that are part of Hollo and Ziggy's world (thank you NaNoWriMo) that I"m going to be editing and then putting out.

I'll see if there are any other writing things/furry related writer whatevers to look into...

Hey everybody. It's been a while.
I started my new job and its been interesting getting used to having a lot less free time than before. Also my mom is having worse periods in her depression, and my dad can't figure out if he wants to be supportive or a dick so things are just really stressful. My brothers are acting distant, and I seriously feel like the only person who's trying to help make things work. I need to get my license because it should make life a tiny bit easier to be able to drive if need be.

Anyways, I'm slowly working on some things to add to my etsy shop, and hopefully I'll have art to put up here soon.

So had my first full day of training today! It was pretty interesting, and it's something I've never done before. I'd say it went well. :) I go back on Monday; the hours are going to be very fun, 6am-2:30pm, but at least I'll have most of the day left to do stuff still. Can't complain, considering I'm going to be earning 2.25 more per hour over my last job, ahaha.... xD Let's hope next week goes well!

I have an adult account, yes, but I'm posting this here because well people know who Hollo is here and no one knows Hollo over there and also I have only like 24 watchers on that account, ahaha...

Okay, so I know like porn and adult artwork isn't exactly a sort-of-philosophical thing for a lot of people. It's porn. But when it comes to Hollo it was a bit of a decision for me - Emocoati is all about sex, Hollo never was as promiscuous as EC. I feel, however, that his time has come, and considering I don't know when will be the next time I'll want to draw Hollo in an adult picture, I figured I should make it special somehow.

SO, this is where you watchers come in. I need your help. See, I'll be drawing 2 pictures of Hollo with your characters

Since Hollo is pansexual I decided two pictures to be appropriate, one with a male character and one with a female. Trans* characters are absolutely awesome and welcome. If someone wants to submit two characters for like a three-way (hot), that's cool too. It's just that one pic will focus on males and the other on females.

Also, I'll be honest I have mixed feelings about herms, so please don't feel bad if I don't accept your herm character. :'C

These pictures will be fully colored and shaded with simple backgrounds. This is a sort of big deal for me (like my boy's growing up awww or something) so I am going to put effort into making these pictures awesome.

How we gonna do this

I don't want to make this sound like a contest or something, ahaha (watch no one responds to this and I will feel extremely stupid) but we're gonna do this as a random sort of thing:

You comment on this journal with a ref to your char (please mark if it is SFW or NSFW) and their gender identifier. You can comment with multiple chars if you'd like. If you'd like two of your chars included in the pic with Hollo, make sure to note it.

I will write the char's names down (males and females separate) and then use a random thingy generator to pick the lucky chars.
I will contact the owners of the chars and figure out what we want to do with the pics.

Finished pictures will be posted on my NSFW account,  fkncooti not on this one. I will note you when the picture is finished, but be forewarned it might take a little while because I want to make sure they come out really good. :)

I might be able to get a new job. But like anxiety just makes me want to not go in for training because that means change and my brain apparently doesn't like that.

I don't know hoe to feel anymore....

So a few days ago I had an experience that I had not expected to happen (or maybe at least not so soon). I mean, I'm not exactly known around the fandom, so it probably shouldn't have been a surprise, but it was.

I won't put down names because it's pretty much been handled, but I just wanted to I guess talk about it? Because I'm still flabbergasted and a bit amused at the situation...

Anyways, someone had gotten custom charms from my Etsy shop, and after they messaged me on Etsy to say they'd received them, I saw a photo of the charms pop up here on FA. Cool, I thought, I should go say hi. In the same span of time, I received a message on Etsy from this person asking if they can put orders in for multiple charms sometime soon - before I could respond to that, I noticed that the photo of the charms I had made this person was actually an ad to sell custom charms like that for $10 (which is way more than I charge) with no mention of the artist who made the charms, and basically really vague information that did not make it clear who made the charms, or anything... ("Just send me the refs and I'll take care of the rest!")

It was just really almost surreal that something like that would happen? When I contacted the person on FA and Etsy, they played it off as if the Etsy account and the FA accounts belonged to different people (despite evidence to the contrary) and that the person trying to take custom orders did not realize that I was the one making the charms. I really don't believe them at all right now, because... like I said, I see evidence that they're the same person, and no evidence that they aren't.

What boggled my mind the most, is that after having been called out on this, they came back to me on Etsy and asked if they could order stuff from me to sell somewhere, as a way to 'advertise' my art and get me a larger audience (or something). I'm sorry, I can't deal with people who aren't being straightforward and honest with me. I believe I laughed out loud, riotously, when I read that message. If they had come up with that from the beginning, I might have thought about it, but this way? No.

This isn't a post to make this a bigger deal, because like I said it's been handled and it's over with. I just thought it was the weirdest thing that I have experienced in relation to my art, so far. I just don't get how people think. I don't know that their little plan would have worked, but if it had I would've been busting my ass to make these custom charms, and they would have been pulling a $4-5 profit for literally copy-pasting and sending information to me. ?__/
