Posted 14 years agoToday is a very special week end. It is the time when the bells will ring the sound of death. A lot of thinking, a lot of writting. I'm still uncertain about the outcome. Will it be a physical death, an emotionnal one are an entire rebirth? I can not say. No reason to live but simply the fact that the one i love would feel guilty. Yet something itches at the back of my mind and tells me to wait a little longer and i can't pinpoint what it is.... Interresting week end of introspection to come. I'll post those thought on sunday. And we shall see on wich path it will lead me.

follow up
Posted 14 years agostrangely enough seems calmed down before i made it to the hospital. therefor i was able to wait for my psy appointment. After wich i manage to understand manythings. possibly the best appointment i ever had.
I must stop dragging people down with me. When ever i spiral down in despair only 1 thing can settle my thoughts but it never happenned and never will. Therefor i must focus into stopping myself before i get to that point or isolate myself instead of screaming my lung out. Cause anyone who would want to help me will have there energy sapped for i feed on others like a vampire to keep me afloat.
i have hurted to many love oned in this fashion already. From suicidal thoughts to lashing out in pain to those who only try to do good yet innavertantly triggers strings of thoughts i can't controle.
also, i construct my own failures without realising it. i most stop this chain of event.
a lot of work, not a lot of time and a my life hangs in that balance for i am diseased. mental health issue that can never be cured only contained and manage.
i do not mind hurting myself because of it but i most learn to stop hurting others.

after much thinking on past events i decided I need to return to the hospital next monday.
It will be no suprise to most to know that i ackowledge my suicidal tendencies. I thought i was done with those, but when i fell in love with a men and things started to get complicated i fell back heavily within that mind set. I tried using him as a cane hoping he would help me stand back up, but instead my dark mood just sticked to him and my pain hurted him as much as me. so he ended up running away. with good reasons. yet somehow ... i still hope he'll reconcider..
i have but 1 month for a no die deal left and i doubt i'd be able to go further then that. Tho considering the peoples around me, my death would propably destroy everyone who tried to help me with guilt of failure, my grandma just passed away and therefor my mother is already pained with a significant lost and that's not even concidering my ex who left me when all that started and the men i love who would also be pained with guilt and unfortunatly i care to much for him to do that. therefor i'm trap within my sufferring.
that is why i have decided to try to get a nice comfy white room with padded walls and a jacket with very long sleeves.... i just can't take the praying god for him to take my soul everyning.
