New folders
Posted 3 months agoI decided to organise my gallery a bit and created folders for most of the sequences I've made so far. To go under the folders limit I only counted sequences with four and more parts as such, so I'm sorry about that. There are two groups: sequences I did for myself and all the commissioned ones. The folders in them go from the oldest to the newest, and have tags to show what's waiting for you inside.
Go have a look, revisit some older artworks and have fun :)
If you think I missed something or need to change anything, you can let me know here. I did all this impulsively very late at night in one sitting so I very well may have made some mistakes.

OPENING COMMISSIONS (5 slots)
Posted a year agoI can't remember the last time I did this, with all the burnout, health issues and technical limitations, but I am opening commissions again! Just a few slots this time to test my limits but if everything goes well, I will continue taking small batches maybe once every 1-2 weeks or so. We'll see how it goes.
There are a few changes in my TOS, mainly regarding the payment process. In short, I've written down why I'm using the platforms I'm using and how, which I'm hoping will save me some explaining in the process. (It seems every time I open commissions it's getting harder for the customers sooo I really appreciate everyone who is still ready to go through all this lol)

Posted a year agoEverything went very well. My cat left one tooth at the clinic but the rest are nice and clean :)

She's had very bad teeth for quite a while, and now that I have the time and money I decided to finally get her some help. Posted a year agoThe last couple of months weren't great on me so I pretty much left online spaces for a while, focusing instead on my mental and physical health. I'm very sorry if anyone was worried about me but I barely had any energy. I hope the habits I've picked up will stay with me once I start being active here again because I DO NOT want to spiral back to whatever was going on with my head. Basically, I realised I should be easier on myself, in every possible sense, lest I start imploding, so here's to that *raises a glass of orange juice*.

Posted 2 years agoUnlimited slots this time: I want to make up for the last month and maybe give more people the opportunity to get something nice for the holidays :)
Since I'll be taking as many comms as I can and they tend to come in quickly, please be mindful of my queue. Although I work fast, it may take me a few days to get back to you. And if you want your comm done by a certain deadline, do let me know in advance.
Another important thing: my prices may go up a bit next year depending on a few factors. Not by much, I was thinking +5$ to the flat colour & fully rendered tiers, but it's definitely not something I want to just change without any previous announcements.

Posted 2 years agoI realised that I actually have quite a lot of online presence besides the home-made accounts and that someone might be interested in other stuff I do. So, I put together a list of every blog/account/whatever where I would be comfortable with people watching me do my thing.

• I decided to start sharing my commission queue to provide a rough idea of my workload and possible waiting time. I tend to work on multiple comms at a time and usually don't spend more than a few days on 1 commission but I still think it'll be useful. I reflected this change in my ToS.
• I made a new price sheet since my style has changed a bit + the lowest sketch tier is now $15. I can still do b&w sketches (for $20) or anything else in-between the provided tiers, just ask.
• I'm back to using Boosty as a payment method, seems like I can only have one available option at a time. Oh well.

No commissions in June
Posted 2 years agoI decided I won't take commissions in June for several reasons.
The main one is that I'm having issues with receiving payment yet again so I hope to find a more reliable option.
Another reason is that I finally got a tablet, and I imagine it will take some time to get used to. I'd prefer to do it in my own time without external pressure.
I also want to focus more on personal drawings. There are a few things I've been wanting to do for quite a while but couldn't find the time for it. So I'm going to take this month to make whatever art I want.
Finally, I feel like I haven't been doing too well in general, and I need some time to get rest and try to deal with whatever issues I have. Hopefully, I'll manage to do it, or at least get closer to doing it.
Overall, June promises to be good for me, there'll be my birthday and all sorts of other great things. I hope it'll be a good month for you, too.

To begin with, I think I need to mention that the prices stay the same as before. I am thinking of raising them at some point but for this month at least there will be no changes here.
As for the actual changes, you may be aware that I've been having some issues with boosty. For now I have found another platform, FanTalks. It seems easy to use and it's more convenient for donations, not to mention that the support actually solved my problems, and pretty quickly, too. I do hope it won't give anyone any trouble.
Another thing is that for the first time I will be limiting the number of commissions to 25 slots for April. I don't know yet if it's too much or too little; I have done many more a month but ended up barely surviving. I feel like this is a reasonable amount to start with, and I can always change it the next month. We'll see how it goes.
Finally, I updated my ToS to make them more elaborate, to reflect the recent tendencies and to add a few things to my dos and don'ts. I also put them in a separate google doc. Not sure if it will be more convenient but to be honest I'm just experimenting here.

FA blocked?
Posted 3 years agoI've been seeing the news that FurAffinity is officially blocked in my country, although so far it works fine for me. To be honest, I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use a VPN to reach it. If at some point I disappear from here after all, you can find me on Twitter: @h0me_made. Considering everything, it's far from perfect so I'm also thinking about setting up a tumblr and possibly some other options.
