edit 2: semi-complete list of characters can be found in these links: 1 2 and 3. most that don't have some sort of picture will have a description.
saw this on da, figured why not. pick a number and a character ( some characters here ), and i'll draw it, eventually. if no character's chosen, i'll assume you mean bunny.
(oh yeah, and characters will be drawn in their proper form. figured i'd specify that, since most of the refs i have there are feral or anthro.)

Posted 9 years ago after leaving it alone for a full day, my laptop's alive again! i'm guessing that the problem was caused by the drops of water i found on it, and giving it time for any leftover water to evaporate let it come back to life. or i could be completely wrong, but honestly, i don't care, cuz it's wooooooorkkkkiiiiiiiing, and i would go insane with loneliness and boredom if it didn't. so yay!laptop died

Posted 9 years agoi'm opening one large commission slot, for the things i normally won't offer because they cost too much/take too long.
price: $145 usd. payment up front, paypal only, no e-checks, all that jazz.
available commissions for this: (choose one)
~a ref sheet with front and back views, color palette, 4 chibi outfit slots, 3 expression slots, 3-4 accessories and/or marking closeups, and two alternate hairstyles. example
~a properly lined, fully colored and detailed fullbody image with background (very old) example
~an off-base character design with a basic ref and 4-5 outfits (depending on complexity) and 2-3 accessories
~something else (you come up with an idea of something else you want me to draw, and we can discuss it. tutorials? a bunch of smaller things? a pair of ears and a tail? who knows, not me!)
i can stream the whole process (as long as it's digital art), though i keep odd hours and my streams do go offline semi-frequently due to connection issues; this should only be considered a bonus, but the offer's there if anyone wants it.

Posted 9 years agoi've been working on some things and thinking up things and stuff like that lately, so here's what's been going on:
~main gallery pared down to my best/favorite pieces of art, and the two adopt sheets i have open right now (old things are in scraps where they belong)
~personal art folder group has a new folder that has all of the art i've made of bunny, i'm sure you can figure out which one it is ;3
~old adopts have been properly removed from the 'open adopts' folder and sent to the abyss where they belong.
in the (semi-short term) future:
~i finished one of my long term projects, i'll post pictures of that tomorrow/later today (after i sleep)
~i've decided that most adopts will be by custom order only. there are literally hundreds of adopts in the abyss that were never sold, and that's just wasted time and effort on my part. so, i'll be making some more plushlings because they're cute and simple, and try and get back into the once-a-month royal kirins, but anything else will only be available through customs.
~i'm going to try and make crafts for sale. probably mainly lolita-esque accessories at first, but maybe also some clay things and/or jewelry.
~commission prices will be changing, i just need to finish those freebies from forever ago first.
~i'm going to try and stream more, though whether or not it will actually happen is debatable, since it's almost summer time, and my room (and my laptop) gets unbearably hot during the summer.
~i'm going to individually thank you all for the faves on wednesday, and then hopefully get back on track with that. thanks for all of your patience!
~whether or not i stream more often, i'm planning on finishing some of the old art pieces i started ages ago; namely, orchid, serelucine, and angel. i'm going to try to keep those and the bunny's outfits project to streams though, since that's what i've been doing with them.

Posted 9 years agosorry i've been basically afk for a while now. i've been more depressed than usual, and not drawing much. doesn't really help that it feels like i could count on my fingers the people who actually care about my art, either. so yeah, sorry about that. hopefully i'll be back to my less-depressed self soon. i'm planning on having a really good deal (at least imo) then, so that's something to look forward to, right?

Posted 9 years agoso i've had this idea for a while, of doing an outfit ych auction, where the winner would get not only the finished picture, but also an irl version of the outfit, custom made by me. the main issues i can think of would be that 1) my ych auctions don't tend to go over very well to begin with, so would something like this be received any better? and 2) making clothes costs quite a bit of money, so how likely would it be that someone would want to pay for clothes and art? especially where my specialty in both drawing and sewing is fancier clothes, rather than something like jeans or a t-shirt. i have an idea for one i'd like to do, and chances are i'll end up trying it anyways, but it'd be nice to know if there's any interest.

Posted 9 years agostreamed for almost 13 hours, which means it took just over 12 to do a full pacifist run. not too bad for my second try, i shaved 1/3 the time off my original playthrough xD
i'm going to stream undertale, attempting to do it all in one run :3 running the pacifist route, also i've played it before so spoilers might happen. there will be breaks for food/bathroom of course, but i'm going to try and see how fast i can beat it. so yeah, come watch if you want! it's bound to be a long stream unless dumb things happen. if this journal's still up and the stream's down, just wait a minute, the stream probably died and i'll fix it asap :3

Posted 9 years agoi found something i reallllllllly really want, and it's on sale for a good deal, but the sale ends today. so i'm taking on really cheap commission! a flat-colored half-body commission, just $15usd. that's almost half price :O must pay today though, and no e-checks! by 11pm est. Posted 9 years ago taking eye icon commissions for just $5, and they'll be finished the same day! i don't have any recent examples of the icons, but this shows the kind of detail i put in eyes, and this and this are old examples, but they show how much of a closeup they'll be. the original picture will be about 1000pixels square, and i can resize it to whatever dimensions you'd like as well :3 and i can even do them in stream if you like! any interest is greatly appreciated ^.^please commission me?
Posted 9 years agoi've tried adopts and sales and ych, but i realized i never directly asked, so now i am. please, consider commissioning me? i'm not asking for free money, and if you pay today i'm not even asking for my regular prices, they're still pay what you want. some friends have given me money, so i only need about $25 to buy the rest of the materials for my outfit. anything more than that would be amazing of course, because as it stands now, i won't have internet by the end of the month, and it's cold so my cats are eating more food than normal, and it'd be really nice if i could actually do something on my birthday, but right now i'd really just love to be able to order the last of the materials i need. if adopts are more your style, i'll be posting a boatload of old egg adopts for a flat rate of $10 each soon, regardless of which base you want them on. so you could easily get a kirin for more than half off.
if you're not interested in commissioning me, that's cool, i understand. there are plenty of better artists on fa, with more pressing needs than mine, who'll draw nsfw stuff or fetishes or whatever else i won't draw. i get it, really. i just figured i'd ask one last time, because you never know if you don't try, right? thanks if you bothered to read this :3why are you watching me? and other questions + polls

so, i'm thinking about having a stream in a little while, which i know i haven't done in foreverrrrrrrrrrr. just curious if anyone would be interested in watching it, since i have to download the streaming stuff first. i'll probably be working on this picture, and maybe play some games too, i dunno.happy new year!

Posted 10 years agoi'm looking for someone around level 130-140 in el nido who can do 15 PQs with me in the next few days. i want to be able to finish the santa event, but the only friend i have who plays maple is busy with important stuff. i know the odds are low, but i figured i'd ask at least ^.^black friday/sbs/cm sale-last chance for old adopts+comms.
Posted 10 years agofrom now until 11:59pm on monday, november 30th, all of my old adopts will be 40% off, and commissions will be 20% off. after this is over, all of my old adopts will be gone, and commissions will be closed until after i change my price guide, which will probably be around the beginning of next year at the earliest. i doubt anyone's really going to care much about this, but figured i'd give you all one last chance in case you wanted any of the old adopts but hadn't bought them yet for whatever reason :3 anyways, that's all for now. i hope anyone who celebrates it had a good thanksgiving yesterday.all caught up!

edit 2- okay, it's re-opened until tomorrow (wednesday 6/3), so post your refs peeps! i've got some stuff i want to work on atm anyways. i'll pick 1-2 more from anyone else who adds refs now.
edit: so, apparently only three of my watchers wanted free art, so i'll just doodle something for each of you first three. it might take a bit, but it'll happen :3
so, a while ago i hit 500 watchers, and said i'd do something as a thank-you to you guys. don't worry, i didn't forget! i just changed my mind on what i was going to do :3 so, here's how it's gonna work:
1)comment here with a reference of one character, and a couple of words about them/things they like. (seriously, just a few. i don't want a paragraph for this, just a bit of insight into the character.)
2)must already be watching me. this is only for people who are already watching me as of posting this, sorry! (i don't want any people watching me just to get in on the free art and then unwatching.)
3)if you really want to, you can change your character before i pick the winners on monday. just reply to your original comment with the new ref.
i'll pick a couple of winners on monday, june 1st and doodle something up for them. not sure what yet, so no point in asking that :B any other questions are fine though! winners will be picked based on inspiration, because it's not fair for anyone if i'm drawing stuff i'm not even interested in, it'll just look bad.

Posted 10 years agoi kind of afked for about a month. whoops. i'm kind of mostly back now. i'm going to try and start making a big batch of adopts every month now, and then maybe an auction or two on the side. because unfortunately life costs money and i haven't figured out the motherlode cheat yet. i've got a couple of pictures i'm working on, so i should be posting them relatively soon, and hopefully that'll help throw me back into the arting game.contemplating patreon, and other ways of earning money.
Posted 10 years agoso, i've been thinking about starting a patreon for a while now, but i'm not sure if anyone would actually even be interested in it. for perks i was thinking exclusive wips, fullsize versions of pictures, and tutorials. the tutorials would be monthly, and the other things would be whenever i was working on personal art. (which might not sound like much, but most of my 'real' art is personal art, actually.) any thoughts or opinions on that?
other things i've considered is trying to sell adopts of my kristalandja, but i haven't really gotten the info for them written down yet; and maybe making a base to sell, but i don't really think that'd work too well, since most people don't seem to like my bases too much as it is.
by the way, i am still going to do the watcher appreciation thing, don't worry! i haven't forgotten, i'm just trying to figure out how i'm going to pay rent and feed my cats. any suggestions are welcome :3 (though a reminder/notice for those who don't know, 'get a job' isn't an option.)
