Hey all, I've got a new Telegram Group beside my other one*.

FUCC or 'Furries Undergoing Commission Conversation', focuses on people who like to throw around commission ideas, have some money lying around, and get some joint artwork/stories together.
Solo Comms can be fun, but it's always better when you have a friend (or more) to be in it with you.

So if this is something that interests you, then please feel free to join, and even pass the word onto your friends.

This will also be a place for artists/writers to be in the conversation. If you hear something you like, feel free to chime in, and see if you can be the one to bring some ideas to light!

Layman’s Terms:
You have the ability to upload, modify, and transform the artwork/character, as long as ownership is not being claimed for the character or artwork.
The artwork is barred from containing watermarks, being uploaded to for-profit websites, used in advertisements of any sort, nor printed and sold as merchandise.
All artwork must properly be cited back to the original artist and original character.
You must give the ability for others to upload, modify, and transform the modified artwork/character.

Layman's Laymans Term:
Yes, you can use my character for your type-fucking sexcapades or your profile picture on random websites. (Just cite artists and me)
Yes, you can use my character in your artwork. (just cite me)
Yes, you can re-color the artwork of my character. (just cite artists and me)

Why would anyone want to use my character? I don't know, but I am tired of seeing "Original Character, do not steal/repost". Free (as in Freedom and beer) and Open, like a community should be.

CONTRACT FOR ARTISTS:
By drawing my character, you agree to the terms stated below. Failing to acknowledge these rules will automatically void the transaction and result in a refund.

As the Artist:
(1) You will receive half-rights to the work in any digital and print form. You may post it on any platform for anyone to freely view in the highest resolution.
(2) This includes, but is not limited to, selling physical merchandise of the artwork as long as additional revenue, outside the transaction between client and artist, is not made. (I.E. Sell prints for no profit, just enough to recuperate costs.)
(3) Issue a full refund to me at any point you do not feel comfortable continuing work.
(4) Give others the freedom to distribute, modify, and transform the artwork, as long as ownership is not being taken of the character(s) or the artwork and is properly documented as originally being the artwork of you with proper citation.

As the Client:
(1) I will receive half-rights to the work in any digital and print form. I may post it on any platform for anyone to freely view in the highest resolution.
(2) Request that the artwork is not hindered by watermarks that cover characters nor the presence of crowdfunding/subscription service logos or URLs in the artwork's final form.
(3) Request the artwork is not put behind any paywalls or means to make additional revenue outside the transaction between client and artist.
(4) Give others the freedom to distribute, modify, and transform the artwork, as long as ownership is not being taken of the character(s) or the artwork and is properly documented as originally being the artwork of the artist with proper citation.

PREFERENCES:
Although I would prefer these, we can discuss if you are unable to accommodate any requests prior to payment.
PAYMENTS:
I am able to pay via Paypal or Google Wallet.
If Colored: I pay half upfront and half prior to color.
If Sketch/Lines: All up front.
REFUNDS:
After 60 days of full-payment being received, a refund can be requested if art has yet to be completed.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
Providing a WIP so I can make any adjustments.
CANVAS:
Artwork to be done in 16:9/9:16 aspect ratio.
Artwork to be done at UHD Resolution - 3840 x 2160 / 2160 x 3840 OR Larger.
600 DPI.
FORMAT:
Unflattened PSD OR Flattened PSD OR PNG24 AND Lossless TIFF.
POSTING:
Tags that include correct species, subject matter, and character name(s).
Link to e621 or my Inkbunny page so users can download the full resolution image.
