Today, I wanted to bring up a discussion topic fro you guys to talk over: Hookah maintenance and cleaning. We all have our different ways that we clean our hookah out so share yours!!
Also I am going to try to post updates and information about meetups at cons, meets, or just hookah-friendly parties! So if you have any please note us so we can share it with everyone!!!

Hello all! It's time to get active again!

It's been almost a year since the last group update, so let's get this group going again!! :D
We received a note about a hookahfurs forum. We will be working with the forum admins and will hopefully be joining forces
etequuis did a kickASS job on creating an avatar for us! Give them some love!! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8067420/
Those going to Rainfurrest we will be doing our yearly meetup again, note for more info~!
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for the group let us know!!! We want to get this group active once more!!!

DieselCub brought up a good question and topic for discussion- For those that buy shisha that has been imported, or any hookah products in general, what is the highest tariff/duty that you have had to pay?
And on the lines of spending-How much do you spend in say a month on hookah supplies

I am talking to a few hookah bars in Seattle about reserving some space for a hookah meet durin Rainfurrest!!! So far we have 5 going.
If you're going or know anyone that is going to Rainfurrest then float me or have them float mr a message/comment here and i'll put out more info and get ahold of you guys!!!! :D
Let's see how many we can get! The more the merrier!!

Come the new year, I'm thinking of running a giveaway or 2 to have some fun with this group. So come up with some ideas for a contest!

Wanted to say thank you to all of the new watchers and members and welcome!! Getting close to the holidays so we wish everyone the best this holiday season~~
Want to especially point out a new member,
riverbreak who has volunteered to make us a second icon for the group!!
Alright now for the question of the month~ What is your favorite shisha? Flavor? Brand?
I like Al-Waha. Mint flavored. Goes down really smooth, Slip some ice into your water and you're filled with a nice, cool, light mint smoke that is pure love <3

Do you like to add anything to your water? Something to add a little flavor? Or maybe an additional kick? :p
I like adding a tiny bit of fruit juice to mine. Gives it a bit of a sweeter taste. And if there's a party I'll add a bit of alcohol to it as well >:)
This also leads me to my second question:
Do you have a water preference for your hookah? Filtered? Distilled? Tap? um....I don't know any more kinds of water...

I come to you tonight (And within the fog of my hookah smoke) to ask you all one simple question!!:
Tell us where you like to smoke! Is it your room? A part of your home? A park? Your porch? by a man named Jim? Tell us about your favorite hookah hangout place and why you like it so much! I know for me my favorite place is in the park in the evening when it's empty and quiet. That is when i can get the time to pack it all up and haul it over there ^^
Also if you're looking to meet-up with other furs for a friendly smoke this is the place to find them! Just let us know who ya are and we'll spread the word!!
Those going to RF I am thinking of having a small meet-and-smoke possibly Friday or Saturday (rain permitting). And I know there's a lot of hookah bars in Seattle so if anyone wants to get together float barisaxophone77 a note!!

Sorry about the inactivity of the group but things have been a bit crazy with me life. But if you wanna help maintain the group just send me a pm and ill get you the info.
But! Something a little different, a little question to you all...
What is your favorite flavor? Can be any crazy blend you can think of or just the basic of basic flavor.
For me it has and always be Double Apple. The simple but unique flavor it has to offer just gets me every time i smoke it. From the smoothness the the small differences from brand to brand. Ill always love this flavor.
So what's yours?
