She made it through the surgery okay, though she was slow to respond. As a result, the tube have to remain in her mouth. They hope she'll be stable enough to remove the tube today if not last night. Mom will most likely remain in recovery til Friday and even then, we won't get the full detail for about another week or so.

Recently, my mom has been having breathing issues and went to the hospital. Athough she's been doing fairly well, she now has to undergo surgery on Monday.

I have a pink eye in my left eye and it's irritating me.

2018 has ended. We shall cherish the good things that came this year, overcome the bad moments, honor those we have lost this year, and most importantly, make the most of 2019.

The doorbell rang and my mother went to answer it (I had just gotten out of the shower at the time). The delivery woman said that the delivery, which is an edible arrangement, is for my father. Mom wasn't all too happy about that, as it looked like some random woman sent it to him, and it didn't help that the card said "I LOVE YOU". And then when she called him to ask if he was expecting something to come in, he asked if his champion hoodie came in, which was almost the final nail on his coffin. Thankfully, he revealed that the edible arrangement was for her (guess he didn't fill the order correctly). Heartwarming gesture, no doubt about that, but also the most hilarious moment ever.

Not too long ago, my laptop caught some nasty viruses and I had spent 2 days trying to remove them. While waiting for the anti-virus to do its thing, I also had to clean my bathroom cause it also looked nasty. So in short, I've been doing a lot of clean-ups.

...or in my case, the couch. Around midnight last night, my dad decided he was gonna play online gta in my room. After almost 2 hours of trying to sleep, I just grabbed my covers and left my room to get some sleep, with little success. It wasn't til after 3 in the morning that I was able to sleep in my own bed again. Dad did apologized, but the lost sleep is having a bad effect on getting through with my day.

The other day, I saw Cars 3 and it was enjoyable. It's a good story regarding being outmoded by newer race-cars and remembering the late Doc Hudson/Hudson Hornet (and to the extent, Paul Newman). I also liked how Lightning McQueen honored him at the end of the movie.

Wished today was just as great, though. While doing yard-work, I was stung by wasps. Had to jump out of my sweat pants and shoes before I could even reached the door to my house. My feet are still sore from the incident.

Just came back from watching the new Power Rangers movie and it was awesome. No, not awesome. It was morphenomenal! It was like an in-depth, humorous version of the first Mighty Morphing Power Rangers episode, complete with some of the classic phrases, a reference to a possible sequel, and the theme from the first MMPR movie. Even my dad enjoyed the movie and he's not that big of a rangers fan. So if you're a ranger fan, then I urge you to give the movie a shot, because that's what I would call some real ranger power.

I meant to post this yesterday, but I was to busy moving stuff to think about it. Anyways, I went to the circus yesterday. While I regret not going before they removed the elephants from their acts, I'm glad I got to see it one last time, even if it was the first time I've been to a circus in over 10 years.

Just a few things I've noticed within Zelda games:
1) several games often have a nod to the title theme of A Link to the Past. This includes the first Triforce cutscene in Ocarina of Time, the cutscene where Tetra is revealed to be Zelda in Wind Waker as well as the beta theme for Wind Waker, and obviously, the theme of A Link Between Worlds.

2) I'm sure people who played this game already know, but Cia in Hyrule Warriors has an extreme crush for Link as she has pictures of him as well as statues of his past incarnations. There's one of Child Link playing the ocarina, one of Wolf Link, and one of Link raising his sword skyward. Cia must have a real dirty mind to worship a child and a wolf.

3) Speaking of Hyrule Warriors, in the Sealed Grounds story mode map, Ghirahim takes controls over several hyrulian soldiers in a attempt to destroy Link. This should be familiar to many Zelda fans as this concept was first seen in A Link to the Past.

4) *spoiler warning* In Breath of the Wild, we are treated to 4 mechanical wonders called Divine Beasts, each with there own names. While Medoh's name is still a mystery to me, the other 3 are named after the sages from Ocarina of Time. Ruta - Ruto; Rudania - Darunia; Nabooris - Nabooru

That's about everything I can think of that hasn't been noted yet.

The one day couples get chocolate and roses, as well as finding crazy ways of getting engaged.
