So for the passed however many years, all I've done is show up to submit something, not even "poking my head in." I'd use the "life got crazy as hell" excuse, but that'd be cliché. I've become so detached from these sites I'm on, my presence has become basically mechanical, lacking emotion or interaction. I feel like I should invest more into being a member, maybe even talk to someone for a change! My laziness could be considered selfish. All I've done is come to post my own stuff, neglecting the thousands of messages piling up. I'd like to make an apology to the people I watch. I've completely ignored you all for so long, you don't deserve that. You work hard, and deserve the attention that is due. Your work is worth my time- however limited it may be. If you're someone I watch and happen to see this, I hope you'll accept this apology. I want to be a living person again. I'm tired of being a mindless submission-bot. I don't want to feel like an outsider anymore, I want to feel like I'm part of this community again.

Fellow artists, I have stumbled into the world of digital drawing and well, it seems in order to draw decently I have to "be one with technology" and so I seek something that I can be most comfortable with.

My questions for you all is what works best for you/what do you use? What do you recommend? Any other advice you can provide?

Several of my songs from "Chocolate" have a "Comment Hidden By Administrator" so I'm wondering if someone kept posting something inappropriate.

It just hit me.

It takes a lot more effort/practice/skill to draw Anthros as opposed to simple people ("simple" not to trivialize what goes into drawing people people but just to be used for sake of argument) so all the people out there who are like "OMG You draw Furries!? You sick perv!" are really just jealous because Furries are that much more of a better artist than they are.

I'm just curious as to who else uses the beta app. ... I submitted this very journal entry hours ago via said app which said it posted successfully but apparently not.

Are you a trance artist? Do you know one?

Inspired by the music, I wrote a song about trance, for trance.
My experience with music is still miniscule and so I am seeking a collaboration with someone.
If possible, I'd like that someone to not mind doing it for free because I'm broke.

February is here! The month of love! Do you love the month of love? Probably yes because you get to do things extra special things for the one you love. I will make this journal interactive and ask you my dear watchers:

It will probably be a misconception that due to the name of the album it's on and the fact that I am starting to really work on it this month, that the album is a "Love Album". It's not. It's like another "Sweet & Sour Fantasy" of which four of its songs are on here. The good songs make up the "Sweet" and the bad ones the "Sour". Because good and bad songs make up my new album, I needed a fitting name and "Crystal Roses" came into my head; because flowers are used for bad times as well. Good is like petals on a rose, and the bad is like the thorns. You can't have the good without the bad and that fact is the "Rose". Imagine yourself holding a rose, but a crystal rose. The thorns are sharp and if you try to let go, letting of the thorns (the bad), the crystal rose drops and shatters and you don't get the good. That is the meaning behind the name.

So indeed I have officially started working on a new album, will try to write more poetry as well, and am celebrating this month with a Month-Themed Avatar.

How many people have played the series and have seen the Book of Life a major focus of it? I'm sure everyone knows that in Christianity there is a Book of Life, but does everyone know how much more of an influence Christianity has on the games? That's what I'm going to explore:

Mari(sounded as "Mary"), Jowee(sounded as "Joey", a nickname for Joseph), Mari&Jowee=Mary&Joseph
Wilfre=Satan
"Creator"=God
"Hero"=Jesus

When Wilfre began questioned the Creator's power and attempted to have that same power, he was driven out of the village. When Satan questioned God's power and attempted to be like God, he was cast out of Heaven.

When all seemed lost, the Creator sent a Hero to save the Raposa from Wilfre's wrath. God sent the world Jesus so that he may save the world from Satan and the sin he puts in our hearts.

Wilfre questions the Raposas' loyalty to the Hero. Satan questions people's loyalty to Jesus.

Wilfre disguises himself as others and trick the characters to benefit himself. Satan uses many forms to benefit himself. It may not be a person, but anything that causes us to sin.

Wilfre deceives Mari and manipulates her judgment. We've all seen cartoons with the angel and devil on people's shoulders. That's what Satan does. He fools us into thinking the wrong things are right.


Now we see the games makes several allusions to Christianity, including another allusion as clear as the Book of Life which is when Heather prays to God to save her brother Mike. It's all clear now and safe to say the Drawn To Life series is a Christian one.
