Cosplay ideas
Posted 12 years agoSince forces outside of my control have delayed my fursuit endeavor, any cons I attend this year, I will be doing a few different cosplays. My question is, anyone have any good/fun ideas for me.
So far I have in the works, Brick Tamland from Anchorman, Axe Cop from Axe Cop, and Michael Scott from The Office.
I just like to see what you guys think. Thanks :3

BF4 for PC.

Pre-Post MFF update
Posted 12 years agoI am just laying in bed at the last night of MFF thinking back of the last 4 days. I took almost 200 pictures and videos, met some very cool people I intend to keep in touch with as much as possible, and a new desire to get a fursuit. I will update a more lengthy journal when I get home along with the pics and videos. Love you fuzzles!
MFF
Posted 12 years agoI'm in transit. Please do not touch me, or look at me, or talk to me and we will get along just fine. Unless you want to give me free drinks and touch my no no zone. Then I shall acknowledge you.
Fandom is Lol.
Posted 12 years agoThe fandom, and life in general, is a glorified high school. Can't be friends with the "popular" fursuiters, judging everyone around every corner just to make yourself look/feel better, and everyone in their own little cliches. It's amazing how far we haven't come from high school.
I am just in a pissy mood tonight, don't mind me.
Buncha faggots, the lot of you. <3

Question for MFF brofuzzles.
Posted 12 years agoShould I wear my WWII German soldier impression at MFF, or leave it at home. Just wondering if it's worth it or not to wear it at a furcon. Questions, thoughts, comments?
Found a video of when I was a little puppy!

Posted 12 years agoI need people to play with online and I play a very specific group of games so...if you play any of the following please leave a comment or a note:
War Thunder
Company of Heroes
Company of Heroes 2
Warcraft III:FT
Red Orchestra 2/Rising Sun
I really hate playing online games by myself with random people. So I am just looking for furs to play any or all of these games with, so I can have a team again! :3
Thanks!

Try to imagine your life without timekeeping.
Posted 12 years agoYou probably can't. You know the month, the year, the day of the week. There is a clock on your wall or in the dashboard of your car. You have a schedule, a calender, a time for dinner, or when your favorite show starts.
Yet all around you, timekeeping is ignored. Birds are not late for anything, a dog does not check a watch, and deer to not worry about getting another year older.
Man alone measures time.
Man alone chimes the hour.
And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other creature endures...
...A fear of time running out.

Hey, bored furries. Question!
Posted 12 years agoAnyone want to play a game with me and a good friend of mine? It's called Mechwarrior: Online, it's free to play battlemech (giant robots essentially) fighting sim that we have been playing. And want more friends/furs to play with us in our lance! If interested, leave a comment! If not, I didn't want to play with you anyway!! :3
I'm going to rant, ya cool wit dat?
Posted 12 years agoSo, things have just been pretty shitty the last few months. When something good happens, it seems something worse is around the corner to beat me into the ground. I won't go into great detail but all of my future plans have imploded and put on hold because of unknown seizures, that not even the epilepsy "specialists" know anything about. You would think they could give me some information about what is causing my seizures but all of my blood work is normal, my sleep patterns are normal, my EEG and brain look normal, which is all well in good. Yet, all they can tell me is that I have epilepsy...WITHOUT A CAUSE. Which has fucked my railroad career for at least 5 years. Wish there was something I could take, do, research to fix any of this...but I can't.
My car is beginning to fall out of good running condition. All my brakes are warped and need to be replaced, my tires are worse than a balding 70 year old man, and I have a sensor going out on my car that likes to not let me shift into 2nd gear a lot. It runs okay, for now, but I am beginning to get nervous driving it more and more.
Last but not least (not that any of you need to know this, but I really don't give a shit) I have been having some health issues lately and found out that I contracted chlamydia WITHOUT SEX!! Without. Sex. I mean, wtf?! Both recent partners were tested and both came up clean, yet I received it. I mean, I am trying not to say that life is out to get me but...it is so hard to not think that way when this type of shit keeps piling up on me.
Things have to get better, right? I mean, I don't think I can be beaten any lower. Then again, I have been proven wrong about that before. Ah well, hope AC was fun for the fuzzies that went.
Keep calm, and suit on boys n girls.

Posted 12 years agoMen of all countries and backrounds were forced to invade and defend the French coastline and surrounding towns. These men have more balls and courage than I will ever think of having, and to them I say...thank you. Thank you for defending your countries to the best of your abilities, both Allied and Axis soldiers.
There will never be a day like the D-Day invasion on June 6th, 1944 again. Remember these men, because time will not.

Husky update, 'yo.
Posted 12 years agoHey boys n gals, just giving y'all a quick update on this ole rustybutt's life. As many of you know, I have had to start over on my job hunting, since my diagnosis for my "seizures" puts me on a 5 year waiting list for working on a train crew position at any railroad in the U.S. This has been bothering me ever since I received the news about it, but luckily I had a couple of friends that turned this weekend into an amazing lifting of my spirits.
First off, I want to just say thank you to everyone that came over this weekend that tallked/hung out with/text me this weekend, it turned out to be a better time than I had originally anticipated.
A special thank you to
for visiting all the way from Winnipeg, Manitoba this weekend and proving to me that maybe having a friend as close as him can really turn things around, even if for just a little bit. Although I don't think the dark chocolate cookies were that great, him and Omen seemed to love them so that is all that matters. Also, trading Canadian husky plushies and surprise REAL Maple syrup from north of the border? I guess he ain't all that bad.
Thank you to
for driving all the way up from Iowa to bring his pretty little face to this wondering gathering of furs this weekend. Toay, I am sorry that Drunk Mario Party did not go your way, but there is always next time! Hell, we can even do Drunk Mario Kart instead! :P
Big thank you to
for gracing us with his presence all weekend also. His energy level and positive attitude is always welcoming, especially with how things have been going for me lately. Having him and Socket suit on Saturday was a very nice break from reality.
Thanks to my roommate
for picking me up on Thursday and getting my weekend started early! Also, I don't know how the hell you managed to win at drunk Mario party when you didn't even finish the damn game D:
Thanks also to
for coming over, and bringing his brand of witty yet very sarcastic humor along with him. I don't think our get togethers would ever be the same if he wasn't around :P
And of course, my BF
I know it had to suck for him working all weekend on one such as this one, but it just isn't the same when he isn't around. Love you hun.
Thanks again to everyone who have been helping me in person and through the net to help me move passed the shitty news lately, this special shout out goes to
. Lakota, we have only just been talking for a short while but you never cease to make me laugh. People like you should be in everyones life! :D
This weekend was amazing, and I apologize if I left anyone out x.x

Up and down weekend, overall it was A.O.K.
Posted 12 years agoHad a fun weekend overall, had some moments where I let myself get depressed for losing my job offer for the railroad on Wednesday. Had a fun time at the picnic throwing the football around with some close friends, and unknowns. Was a bit upset at myself for not attending the WWII reenactment in Farmington, as I tried to predict how the weather was going to go but it isn't the end of the world, still had fun with some new and old friends!
Thanks
and of course my Fennec
for making my weekend not suck :)
Oh, and for those of you interested here is a video from last years Farmington reenactment, I am in it from :33 to 1:20. I am the German behind the Scout Car who gets shot and precedes to scream for help :P So there is that.

Anyway, have fun boys and girls and dogs and whatever.

MNfurs anyone want an old computer for parts?
Posted 12 years agoOr to fuck with? I have my old frankencomp I have had since 09 and was built in 07, it's had upgraded graphics cards and stuff since then but I no longer use it now that I have the beast sitting next to me. I am moving to Oakdale today and have the tower (with everything in it still) and a flat screen monitor if anyone wants these two items for free, just have to come get them. :) Just trying to get rid of stuff. Thanks!

Dance in fursuit?
Posted 12 years agoYes plz. Whenever I get the money/time to get a fursuit and go to a con, I want to bring a small iPod home or something and walk around and just dance whenever I can.
I implore anyone to join me whenever, because life is too short to not dance randomly.
<3 you all.

I need opinions!
Posted 12 years agoHey pups n kits, I have a question to ask you and I want as much feedback as possible.
I will be attending my last public WWII reenactment next month, and I want feedback on whether I should do hollywood, realistic, or over the top deaths when I get "shot".
Please be as detailed as possible, I have 4 battles I'll be in so 4 different deaths would be preferable! I love asking weird questions to my friends!

New job offer? I think hell yes!
Posted 12 years agoJust received a phone call from Union Pacific railroad extending a job offer for me to start their conductor training on June 1st. This could not of come at a better time, debt piling up, my job getting worse and worse to handle on a daily basis, and not knowing where or when we would find an apartment. All this is beginning to turn around. Finally...
Thought you oughta know.
Posted 12 years agoYou need to watch this artist, check out this link http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7320787/ and maybe even give him some compliments because he still doesn't know how to receive them. (I suggested maybe making a compliment email for him to receive them...)
Anyway
Toay_k is a fairly unknown artist, yet his use of lighting and weather effects are particularly well done. Also his Odacassie comic is really interesting and the world he has created for it is very well done.
Another artist you should also watch/follow is my friend
Colin. His styles vary, yet all seem to be very detailed! He ranges from sexual to adorable, so I feel he fits a lot of different furries tastes :3
Also he likes to draw muscle furs cause he is one, so if you fall into that category or enjoy muscle furs, just go watch him already!!
Anyway, thought you oughta know you should follow these artists if you already haven't.
Cheers

Shitty is, as shitty does.
Posted 12 years agoI feel shitty. Started getting a stomachache this morning, then that turned into a headache, and now I have tried puking like a popular valley girl but nothing will come out. Also it doesn't help that it is cold as a witches flappy vag outside either.
I hope to Raptor Jesus that this is not turning into the flu because if it is, my bills and my gaming computer will be taking one hell of a hit. Not to mention I like money...I like to touch it, smell it, taste it, bath naked in it. So without working, you get no money.
That is all, I really should try to go be more popular with the toilet now.

Life Update #1 2013
Posted 13 years agoWelp, it's that time of year where I threw all of my New Year's resolutions out of the window...again.
TWANSITION!
I will be moving to the Twin Cities in May with
, myself, and a non furry good friend of mine. Part of it is to be closer in case I get an interview in the Cities, thus if I get a job I am already living there, and the other part is living with my boy and my friend that I have wanted to live with for a while, so I am excited about that.
I am building a new, badass gaming rig within the next few weeks but this cold weather is putting a dent into my work hours, thus making it hard to buy the remaining components for my computer. But patience is a virtue...or just really annoying.
On the note of getting a new gaming rig, I have a huge Company of Heroes battle coming up with my sometimes friend, sometimes annoying enemy
and his Canadian friends. So I have dubbed it, "Canada vs. U.S. battle". It is my American friends ('MURICA!" against Socket and his Canadian friends (Hahahaha, Canada...). 4v4 Canada gets the Allies, U.S. gets the Germans. Should be one hell of a night.
On a sad note, I will be retiring myself from WWII reenacting come May. I have one last reenactment I will be in, and then I will be liquidating my gear. It has been a fun 5 years, but I think it is time to save my money, get my boy a fursuit, and be more mature for my future career. Although, once I get hired on by a railroad my 'buying Nazi stuff' will only begin!
For those of you who read this, thanks for taking an interest in updating yourself on my life. For those of you who don't, well just fuck you because you won't see this anyway!
