Since I can't upload I figure this might be the best route to let ya'll know hahaha!

Do to recent trouble I had, I felt the need to properly post a TOS so others know what the rules should be!



TOS RULES

1) I will not draw any "hardcore" subjects such as Hard Vore, Watersports, Scat etc

2) Commissioners will receive 1 WIP for any Inked or Inked/Color picture and any/all changes need to be made known with that WIP!

3) Given the price/time it takes for them, Sketch Commissions won't receive a WIP, any small changes that need to be made after image is posted can be made!

4) I also prefer to use note as my means of communication! Using Discord/Telegram is rare and usually ends up cluttering my list, so I'd prefer to use FA notes! If that's your comfortable and only other means of communication then we can use that!

5) 9 times out of 10 I usually won't post a picture on a specifically requested day. VERY rare instances I will do so. If the commission wants to be hidden as a surprise until (x) date, I can wait to post for the commissioner if that is the case

((ALSO at the moment, I don't do detailed backgrounds for pictures! Small things to give context to the image is fine though!))

Journal title is exactly what it means, I'm gonna be giving my commissioners, who've yet received their art yet, refunds.


Reason?

Well....honestly I just can't keep up with anything art related as much anymore. Work life has been sucking me dry to the point of anxiety/stress/anger and just overall a lot of other laundry list of problems that arise from just working there. Only recently have I been able to buckle down and start to get a break from it all, but only since I had to force their hand in this one. Either way, me not being able to work on artwork because my IRL work and life stresses are a prominent thing, shouldn't be an excuse for me to not get my commissioners the art they deserve and have waited months for.


I don't want to be one of those artists who have these commissions from commissioners and then spend a year to get it out for them. That's not who I was when I originally did commissions and that's not who I want to become. I don't even work on any other pictures on the side because that wouldn't be right on my commissioners who wait so long for their art, only to see art of something else. Hell, it even takes me ages to just get PERSONAL art done. I just don't have the time/energy/skill/strength to keep up with it anymore. At least for now. I hate doing this and it makes me feel horrible for doing so, like I can't even keep up with my own damn art, but it's a decision that's just better for everyone else involved with it. Both me and my commissioners alike.


So to my commissioners who've been waiting this long, I incredibly apologize for this long wait, and I do understand if you're upset with it coming to this. I'll be sending all of you your refunds as soon I click upload with this journal. Again, I really do apologize....it shouldn't have gotten this far. I mostly blame my stubborn nature for it, like "I shouldn't have to give up, I KNOW I can do this." When it was only just more damaging to myself and you.


For everyone else, for me doing art in general? I'm not gonna stop doing art, no worries about that, but....it's just gonna take a bit. Honestly, might just practice here and there maybe. Some doodles or whatever I get in the mood to do, if I get the time/inspiration to do so. I just need some time for myself, I don't really have the skill and only just now got the time to do things again.


I do love all of you guys, and I do apologize if this did upset anyone at all. Just hope I can get better with the arts sooner then later.

My friend is having a really really rough time right now, having recently been kicked out by his roommate after he lost his job and is currently staying in a hospital for his own self safety because of his major depression that was brought on by all this and having to live out on the streets.

He doesn't have a roof over his head and only has about a couple weeks to stay in the hospital until he's back on the streets.

If anyone can give ANY help or anything at all to help him find a place to stay so he can get back on his feet, PLEASE let me or him know. Share this around if anything! Any help will be appreciated!

The controls were strange at first but when you get used to them, it's actually really fun, which seems to have been the way they designed it to be. FUN. <3

I've like....already been denied by like...3 suit makers so far for my suit commission, and don't know who else who would be open at this time. Still no idea why apparently my suit is difficult to make I guess considering I'm like...only white. Other 2 makers I sent quote requests to never sent me a reply back yet either.

Over all of it though, I need to give a personal shout out to and , for being THE biggest sweethearts of all, finally got to meet Brej for the first time, and was introduced to Torrle, who I've apparently even seen pictures off and seen around even before I was even in the fandom. He's also one of the nicest guys you can ever meet and was just overall honored to hang out with him <3. Then Brej who was always there for cuddles, talking with, and over all being one of the greatest and nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting <3

SO! Since me, and are in need of a room a couple of roommates!

We're staying in a one King Sized bed room, and we could use all the help we can get since Lux may or may not be able to stay with us towards the con.


At the moment, if we get two more roommates, the roomshare would be: $200 if there was just 4 of us!

The room is going to be available from the 13th to the 18th, we'd have to leave the room by the morning of the 19th

As I'm sure a lot of you have noticed, I haven't really been posting much art and also being very hard to peg down in notes/Skype. I do apologize for all this! Here's a heads up as to whats been goin' on~


Well, to really try and summarize it up, I've been incredibly busy with my job, I work from Wednesday to Sunday, 40hrs a week, working almost 100% late night shifts. So that means when I wake up, I only have an hour or two to get things done to get ready for work and everything. Then I get home around 1:30am usually, which is around the time everyone is asleep normally, and after that I only get about a couple of hours to again catch up on things before I have to go to bed and repeat the same process all over again. I work Weekends ALL the time so I don't get to enjoy a "weekend", Mondays and Tuesdays are basically my "Weekends". Even then I'm usually busy trying to catch up with everything and everyone.


I've been having a lot of my own personal issues that's been really hammering me down along with IRL problems too and even a lil bit of some depression with a lot of other thoughts simmering around in my head. Plus the incredible stress that work brings, since I'm a DMO worker at a really busy restaurant, it can cause a lot of stress and difficulty, specially when you have co-workers that don't do their job right and hinders the whole team, etc etc.


Just wanted to give a heads up of whats been going on with me! Doesn't mean I won't try my best to talk with all of ya <3 Love everyone of you to bits and don't be afraid to try and poke me! If I don't respond on a heartbeat's note then I'm 9 out of 10 a bit busy and will get back to ya as soon as I can!


I still am drawing whatever I can in my spare time, it's just really slow and it takes up a lot of my time when the time off I have is quite precious, but I still do my best <3
