Hey guys! As some know from my twitters I've been trying to sort of exercise my eye more and learning more art stuff! Seeing as our money situation has been better but with me not being able to work- money has been very tight. Getting a job here is near impossible so art is my only real option.

So I usually open for free sketches via twitter, but im going to start making this a normal thing so I'm going to start posting them via journals too. Mainly to try and keep record of people I've done stuff for.

Anyways, opening for SIX sketches tonight. They will range from fullbody to headshot- it really just depends on if my creativity sparks! Hey everyone!

Just wanted to give an update!

My eye is healing. Still giving me some pain and VERY itchy but Its definitely trying to recover.

Most likely going to need glasses after this whole things over but hey- its better than being completely blind.


In other news, been just generally dealing with a lot of emotional pain as well. Some people might notice the change in my page, some might not. Im trying to stay strong but its still really upsetting to me to be honest. I don't know if I'll ever be completely ok about what happened because I was removed and blocked from everything before they read my messages.. idk its just tough loosing a friendship of 8+ years like it was nothing then having the blame being pointed at me.

IDK I wont talk about it anymore. I'll keep all the artwork still up because most of my best pieces were pieces with them. They were pretty much my greatest inspiration.

BUT I wont let that stop me from trying to keep doing artwork. as soon as im not in any pain from my surgery- I'll be getting back into the art swing. Including more free doodles <3 And possibly some more collab work

Hey guys, short update since I cant see very good with my left eye and my right eye is still wanting to stay closed haha

Had my surgery for my lens! They thought it had been still in place by one side by turns out both sides had ruptured haha. So they ditched the lens and gave me a new one that is now clipped onto my iris.

Lots of pain bu it will get better. Dr said it will take 7+ weeks for my vision to be 100% but I might still need glasses now. Oh well. Thank you all for your support seriously <3

Gonna be out of commission for a while!

Tomorrow I check into the hospital then surgery some time on thursday!

Thank you to every one that's wished me luck and kept me positive this past week- seriously meant a lot to me. Thanks to the people that have truly been here for me this week to talk with so I didn't over stress about this.

Forgot to let people know I will be having my eye surgery soon!!

I've got everything set up so far and will be checking into the hospital on the 25th with my surgery being the next day!

They said I'll have to stay in the hospital a few days because it's a pretty risky thing I guess. Basically they need to open my eye, detach and remove the old lens, then attach a new lens to the iris instead of to where it was attached before. I guess eye doctors hate removing these lens after they've been in there. But it has to be done.

Hopefully everything will go ok and I'll be back to drawing in no time <3
I'm a bit nervous still about it but HEY. GOTTA HAPPEN.

Thank you to anyone that helped out towards getting me help. It really means a lot to know some people that didn't even know me before helped me get to an eye doctor and everything. Thank you guys so much.

Letting people know im alive I guess haha.
I've been really out of it recently as far as talking to people so I'm sorry if I've been quiet.

I will be getting to the doodles! I didnt have much ambition to draw these past two weeks. But I will be making a schedule for myself where everyday I have to draw for at least an hour. Eventually when our stuff gets here in Germany and I have access to the other computer- I can stream and take requests that way. I dont think my laptop could handle streaming :C Might try though.

I finally got an appointment to have basically a consult with a professor in a city an hour away about fixing my lens! That'll be on the 28th and the surgery to fix it should be soon after! It's kinda making me nervous cause eye surgeries are just not fun- but im excited to be able to have my vision back to normal in that eye.

On a different health note; I had to get an ultrasound of my thyroid this week and learned I have a cyst on my thyroid.. in my thyroid? IDK. Theres a cyst in the area of my thyroid. SO I dont know what my doctor will want to do. Apparently though that might be why that no matter how I changed my diet these past few years- ive never been able to escape the 180-190lbs zone.

So yeah. Make sure you get a check up every few years folks. Never know what's going on with your body lol I had no clue about the cyst. Its not something I felt on a daily basis.

Still trying to catch up with things. Our stuff wont be delivered until the 30th >:C I want my thingssss.

Hey guys!

My insurance is looking into approving surgery! Went to that german eye doctor and they said it looks like a suture? came off on one side of the lens causing it to be off center and down. So they're looking into surgery on getting it back into place.

Bad news kinda is that it appears ive got some early symptoms of glaucoma; which runs in my family.

So I have to be checked up on that on another date.


In art news- im going to be doing a lot of new things with some tips and help from  rhia

She's been awesome with helping me get ideas to help anatomy and stuff! Go check her out, shes a sweetheart and the best <3

We're still in the process of trying to get our cats here in Germany but yesterday my dad finally just drove the paper up to the usda to get stamped so they might be flying out on Monday!

And my appointment to talk about my eye is coming up next week. Which is good.. I noticed yesterday my field of vision is getting worse :/ Like.. really worse. Vision to the right and bottom of my eye is blurry or just gone.

BUT im not going to stress more about it. We will be talking to the dr soon who will send us off the base with an interpreter or something.

HEY EVERYONE

Ive been in Germany.. about 3 weeks now? Its interesting to say the least.

Im adapting to our weird army life with living on a base and all the noises that go along with that. Also adapting to what we have out here and what we dont. Theres a lot of food Im going to want when I get back to the states haha

Speaking of going back to the states; as of right now Im only planning on being in the states for MFF. Id like to visit people for other cons.. but I feel bad leaving Crush behind while I go hang out with friends.. Doesnt seem fair to me. So He's hoping to go to MFF as well as long as the army lets him.

We get out stuff from our house shipped tomorrow.. meaning it'll be here in about 30-45 days. It will be nice to have our bed again. Army rental one is extremely uncomfortable.

We are slowly moving along though. We've started paying for the things we need to, paying off bills, repairing what two+ years living in FL did to us financially.

Im looking at giving at least 2 of the 3 refunds I need to here soon. We have to pay to ship our cats out from FL to Germany and thats going to cost a lot. but once thats done. the refunds will be given soon.

Im not looking at doing art for money again for a while. I want to learn more and explore new techniques and styles. I might have some free sketch streams every now and then though! So keep an eye out!

Hey everyone, just wanted people to know that I'm in Germany safe and sound!

Was kind of a pain in the ass since my flight from Baltimore to Ramstein was "delayed" over 24 hours. Thanks air force. Flight went from being Saturday at 11:50pm to 3:30AM on Monday morning. Yeah. That was a blast. They didnt give us a hotel room either so my dad had to find one for me .-.

I landed about 4pm Germany time, went through customs, and then took our 4-5 hour drive to Vilseck.

Needless to say, traveling has left me pretty exhausted.

Living on a military base is weird but I'll get used to it. Just odd hearing gunshots or tanks or helicopters haha its always something in the distance. Our townhouse isnt too bad. Its a 2 bedroom so we are looking into making the spare one into our computer/video game room. Time zone change has been hard to adjust to also. I still havent quite gotten it down.. It'll be really late at night and I'll be wide awake cause my brain thinks its still afternoon since it was used to EST.

We're hoping to ship the cats out at the end of the month, and have our household stuff shipped out soon too(though that'll take a good 45 days). But I'd be so happy to get the cats back :C I miss my babies...

As far as artwork goes, I'm sorry I wasn't able to complete stuff before I left like I had hoped. I will be getting in contact with people soon about refunds since I did promise to have them done before I left or I'd refund. Thank you guys for being polite about it.

Hey everyone. I just wanted to make a quick update.

So I got word on Monday- I'm leaving this Saturday for Germany. It's a two day trip but I'll be in my new home in Vilseck, Germany on Sunday night c:

Bad news is I've haven't had the spark to sketched the rest of the commissions.. I'm for sure going to finish Kerochu's tomorrow- but after that I will be most likely scheduling refunds. Inking and coloring is easy for me when my minds racing.. Actually making a half way decent sketch.. Not so easy.

I'll let everyone know. I'll see how tomorrow pans out first. I have a lot to get done during usual daytime business hours but after that I'm usually free. Maybe I can finish the last headshot at least.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to judge my time better. But I know it'll be a bit until I do commissions over in Germany. I want to get settled in and spend time with my husband since we've been away from each other almost two months <3
