General | Posted 9 years agoI don't know anymore...everyone I care for, or ever cared for I end up driving away. I'm alone. I have no one. I don't know if I can keep myself going anymore. I can't tell if I need help, or I need to be left alone. I'm afraid to be alone out of fear of what I may do. This isn't the first time I've felt like this...and the last time I felt this way, bad things happened. Very bad. Just...I don't know anymore.

General | Posted 13 years agoAt Karate I was testing all the Black red belts that were about to become black belts. Also they're my students that I get paid for teaching. Anyway, I had to demonstrate a Power break with wooden boards to the kids. A power break is haven over the common amount of boards. Normally we only use 2. So to demonstrate the power break I asked for 7 two inch thick boards...I demonstrated the break by just simply punching the boards. I had 3 trys to break all of them and trust me, if you don't break them the first time, the second time is gonna hurt like Hell, if you don't break them your second time the third time is going to be nothing but pain! If you don't break it the third time...you most likely broke your hand. So I go up there with 7 boards. I punch and the first one breaks. My hands starts to sting really badly. I go to punch again and only break 2. Now I'm down to the last 4 boards. My hand HURTS LIKE HELL. Then I go to punch again and break all the way through. The pain in my hand was as if someone shot it. So the lesson from this, do not chose a hand Technic to do a power break. Try a kick instead.
