I'm short people in the room, money is tight and I don't even know if I have the room at all! I was really excited and looking forward to this trip and this con, but argh!

The hotel was sold out of Thursday, but I was told to try to extend it forward if possible on the 22 of December, but I call the hotel and they don't have my reservation at all!!!

FC Hotel staff says it's been found after I have had to stress over it this Christmas because they were unable to get to the information, and now they confirm that everything is sorted. A day after the confirmation from FC I call the hotel and they don't have my reservation. Argh!!!!

Still short Thursday, still need 2 more people in the room and still not even sure if I HAVE A ROOM!!!

Last night we had to take our middle cat, Bob, to the hospital for respiratory problems. He was having a severe asthmatic attack, and had a couple issues related to that. The vet did what they could to try to help, but in the end, recommended that we let him go...

I had to sign the papers to permit euthanizing him... we saw him before and the poor guy couldn't breath. :(

Coming home it keeps hitting me. Bob was an amazing little guy. He always wanted to be around us, at all times. He gave my dad company all the time since he retired and has been home all day. Putting out one less food bowl, not having to find him and carry him to eat, and waking up to find him not in the hallway waiting for us in the morning has all been very heartbreaking.

I love him and will miss him...

Argh! Almost another year older. Will probably celebrate with friends on Wednesday after a comic book signing, with Dad Thursday and hopefully furry friends on Friday and with  tomleo all weekend.
