Reminder, Schedule, Commission Opening ... (FEBRUARY)

This journal is just a small organisation and administration stuff, though if you are a commissioner of mine, it might be good to read :]
First of all, I'm proud to announce that I should be back under 10 Commissions in queue at the end of this month! As some of you know (more or less depending of how close to me you may be) I was, in January 2021, at 45 Orders in queue due to a bad schedule + Money issue + Health issue, that made it a hell to work since I'm full-time artist who still need to pay bills and rent with art. Overdue work, long awaiting time, stressful moment for me, tried to keep it up ... And finally after a full year of hard work, we're almost back to a normale queue, and a normal wait for my commissions
Next Opening will be tomorrow evening ! Stay tuned !
About the commissions + work:
- I re-organised my TOS , made a Carrd for a first look on prices and exemples. Keep in mind that if you order from me, you should have read the TOS and be aware of everything related to it. The link is HERE for those who want it ; )
- I'm working on a way to show on My Trello the progress made on some comm more precise than just 'in progress' because you don't see it yet, but some 'in progress' comm are done at 80% when others are still a rough. It'll come in time!
I may add an icon to the finished piece for a sneak peak, but I'll keep the full image for the uploads.
- I have a backlog of work done, though I post everything on Telegram first to not flood my FA, if you want to see it before I post it on FA, don't hesitate to follow my Telegram Channel ! (It's free, so, go ahead ;) )
- On a more serious note : When there are RULES , please read them. Artistic freedom art are NOT regular commission. A HINT for the background is NOT made to add an idea. I accepted some because I didn't checked twice at first but I will now keep my eyes open about this. My Studies commissions may be the same quality art as my regular, though they are cheaper for a reason. Less communication for me , less stressful too, you pay less money for the same quality BUT the art on itself is my full decision, it's a deal , I may be too open sometimes and still have some who complaints because they didn't got sketches to validate... Read the rules, it will help both you and me to get nice art and a good mood! :]
- I changed my TOS about hyper sexualized characters, this INCLUDE hyper : genitals / boobs / bodies / multi-genitals / Multi-boobs.. .
Though I might still accept some characters because I love them or their owner, that means that before requesting a commission with an Hyper character now, please, toss me a note so I can tell you if I will or not draw them.
- About NOTEs or any communication (discord / telegram... ) : Be aware that I'm human too. That means that I can sleep, enjoy my week-end, be away from home... And not reply to you in the hour. The more time pass, the more I get people sending me 1, 2 or sometimes even 3 notes in less than a night between 00.00 and 09.00 when I generally ... well... Sleep? Wake up?
Please, be aware that internet doesn't means "instant reply" , even on instant messaging platform. Be patient when you send a note at 23.00 (Paris time) or on a Sunday. I took the personal decision to cut myself from internet (work) from 20.00 to 10.00 AND on the week-ends (especially Sunday) ; Communication will generally be done on Monday if long replies needs to be made, same thing for the High-resolution (as stated in the TOS) .
That's all for me. Don't take that journal personally as it's an overview from the last months , I try to stay kind , open and stuff, but I got nerves too. I keep myself polite, but sometimes it's good to post some reminder. In the end there is way more positive than negative people (those haters ah!) , I love what I do and enjoy doing it.. But sometimes the internet needs to reminds that we all get an IRL life too , artist are not machines on their computer/tablets :p
And to end on a positive note :
We are less that 80 watches away from the next raffle !

Artistic freedom for the pose. No WIP. No pre-Sketches/approval. Keep in mind that those are sketches/quick commissions and are done faster (at least faster than a refined commission) and require no communication, be sure to provide a correct reference please!

Nothing dramatic or anything, don't worry the pets are fine. The bill still need to be paid though and I can't split it as I don't have checks to give them as a "promise" to pay..

WORK UPDATE -- September Schedule

Summer is coming to and end with September rising... So here is a little update about work for this month :)
Work in queue at 1st day of the month : 22
Work in queue last day of the month : 16
For the first time since 4 years I'm under 20 pieces in queue and getting lower! I'm surprised that work went so fast this summer and I'm quite happy and proud about it!
I'm near to comeback to a normal 1/2month of wait for commission which is my main resolution for 2021
(As a reminder I was stuck à 42+ commissions in queue in February 2021, which proves that with your support, trust and a strict and good schedule, work goes well and I can't thank you all enough for that ! )
You can check the TRELLO QUEUE to keep an eye on the work expected to be done in September.
I will try to get a month a bit more slow about art than it was for the 6 past months in order to keep my mental health good. This doesn't mean I'm not going to work, just that I put less new art to do in my " To do list" this month that I usually do ;)
** MONTHLY COMMISSIONs will be OPEN tonight around 20 o'clock ( Paris time ) ; Only 5 slots available this month + 2 warm-Up space for the first time to be publicly open!
** ONE YCH will be up later this month if I work enough on my queue!
Please note that the commissions in the queue are NOT worked in order even if I tried to, they are also balanced to fit my week schedule balanced and not too heavy.

ABOUT COMM :
First of all I saw that I forgot to do my monthly journal here... Well it's a bit late for that now...
Though, I'd let you know that the queue is reducing for good and that I should be under 20 pictures by the end of the week! (As a reminder, I was at 45+ in February...) It's a long and hard work BUT it's paying and I'm quite proud of it!
I may, though, take it a bit slower in August to not burn out. So Instead of 10 pieces, I'll take only 5 pieces out of my queue for next month. Obviously if I do more than what I want, it'll be good, but I don't want to put pressure to high because summer make it Really hard to work under our 37+°C here...
PERSONAL :
Two things, first, I got my first vaccine shot yesterday and even though I don't have any particular effects much more than a small headache or some moment of being a bit away... I will not push myself too hard this week. I tend to have bad reactions to any vaccines so eh... Let's take a nice care of myself for once ahah.
Secondly : I finally manage to get some time to draw for myself. So be aware of seeing more of my characters soon !
Also, I finally managed to organize a brand fresh and new Telegram channel where I will post my art when it's done and probably some sketches, WIP, doodle... we'll see! If you want to skip the backlog I have when I post on FA. (because I post slower than I draw xD) Then you're welcome to follow my channel over HERE ; Be aware that I might take some times to take the habit to post in it, as well as it will evolve with time ;]

WORK UPDATE - May end + June to do list!

As a new month begins ; Let's have a look on the schedule!
Work in queue at 1st day of the month : 26
Work in queue last day of the month : 27 ( >:( That's called, frustration! )
Piece I was unable to end from April schedule : 6 (+1)
Last month was quite busy IRL with a lot of veterinarian events , spring is made of flying money toward the animals ah! (nothing bad though, only normal cares ;) ) , I did my best to work as much as I could, but I preferred to do larger pieces rather than only the smaller ones so I could keep easier delayed pic and get them done quicker in June without a quality loss (I'd rather have a lower quantity than rushed work.)
You can check the TRELLO QUEUE to keep an eye on the work expected to be done in June.
I got 6 (+1) pieces in priority that I couldn't end last month (1 of them is not related to FA and is just there until final completion with a private customer) ; They will be worked during the month and completed before the end of it in priority to the others.
** MONTHLY COMMISSIONs will be OPEN tonight around 20 o'clock ( Paris time ) ; Only 5 slots available this month again, in order to pay rent and bills only ;)
** ONE YCH will be up later this month.
Please note that the commissions in the queue are NOT worked in order even if I tried to, they are also balanced to fit my week schedule balanced and not too heavy.
Out of work to do list for this month :
- A re-do of the ToS to be able to open for new Regular commissions
- A re-do of my FA presentation, jeez, it's old and not up-to-date
- Opening of a Telegram Channel for my work only

As a new month begins ; Let's have a look on the schedule!

Piece I was unable to end from April schedule : 3 (+1)
As last month, the queue work lowered good and I'm happy about it I finally found a schedule that works fine for me since 2 months and will probably keep it that way!
I took no delay on previsional work this month <3
I still have 3 pieces from April to upload on FA and to send to their owners, this will be done shortly on the days to come!

As last month, the queue work lowered good and I'm happy about it I finally found a schedule that works fine for me since 2 months and will probably keep it that way!
I took no delay on previsional work this month <3
I still have 3 pieces from April to upload on FA and to send to their owners, this will be done shortly on the days to come!
MAY SCHEDULE

I got 4 pieces in priority that I couldn't end last month (1 of them is not related to FA and is just there until final completion with a private customer) ; They will be worked in the 2 first weeks of the month!

Just a journal to tell you that the Trello list has been Updated HERE with this month queue of work!
I took a bit of delay in January what was supposed to be done, but for now everything is running normally and fluent, the last comm on the trello Queue (March comm) are scheduled to be done on June.
I hope to be back on my feet in term of queue in July if I continue to work like the last 2 months!
As you may have seen, I haven't open any comm on here on March. The 5 slots were filled privately so I decided to not open any more slots. Though, commissions will be Open on 3rd April (Saturday) evening for this month.
5 Slots only, as the last three months so I can get to work on my queue and still pay for rent and bills.
1 YCH will be open later this month :]] ! (Yay, first since more than a year, I'm excited <3 )
As a side note : Remember that you can ALWAYS contact me via Note OR Telegram ( Psi Lone ) ; I will always reply.
THOUGH Remind that I am a Human, as you are all. I'm kind and generally try my best to please everyone... But sometimes one can be a bit unhappy about something on their art ; I can make mistakes on a design or on a body type, or whatever...
And I will most of the time work on it and edit it for free OR (if the error is not objective , like a ref I wasn't given etc etc) for a little amountt of money. But I will NEVER accept to be insulted, harassed or having my work downgraded.
Time are though, I can get it, but a "hello", "please", "thanks", "bye" and using correct wording with no slur / insulting term / degrading sentences is not mandatory.
Hate will be simply ignored and blocked.
However, thank you all for your meaningful support and love, just know that I am extremely happy to have most of you as watchers / supporters !
Just be kind to each other and take care of you !
