I don't know if any of you liked Rick Riordan's Olympians book series, I for one tore through it like a tornado on speed. But whether you were into the books or not, do NOT see the movie version of Lightning Thief in the theater. It was an absolute shit-pile, which is a real shame considering how great it could have been.

The attention to detail was very impressive. I thought it was funny they took all the smoking away from the characters that smoked in the book. Like, they can show Roshach splitting a man's skull in half but smoking is too graphic and evil.
